As shown in fig. 16 and 17, when the air conditioner is in the shutdown state, the rubber track drives the novel air inlet baffle to be in the leftmost position of the air inlet cover plate, and the novel air inlet baffle is in the unfolding state at the moment and can completely cover the air inlet of the air conditioner, so that the problems of dust settlement, insect damage and the like existing in the air inlet of the air conditioner in the shutdown state can be effectively solved.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, when the air conditioner is in the power-on state, the rubber track drives the novel air inlet baffle to be in the rightmost end position of the air inlet cover plate, the novel air inlet baffle is in the folding state, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner can conduct air suction and heat exchange from the air inlet above, so that the normal operation of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
Therefore, the novel air inlet baffle device of the wall-mounted air conditioner is characterized in that the moving mechanism of the air inlet baffle is optimized, the novel folding type air inlet baffle is adopted, the air inlet baffle can perform plane telescopic motion under the driving of the reciprocating motion of the rubber track, the expansion and closing states of the novel air inlet baffle are realized, the existing air inlet baffle device can be simplified, the number of parts is effectively reduced, the assembly process is simplified, the stress state of the baffle moving mechanism is improved, and the long-term operation reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
When the air conditioner is in a shutdown state, the novel air inlet baffle plate can move to an expansion state under the driving and transmission of the movement mechanism and covers the air inlet of the air conditioner, so that the problems of dust settlement, insect and ant hidden danger and the like of the indoor environment are solved, and the functions of closing and preventing dust and insects and ants of the air inlet of the air conditioner are realized; when the air conditioner is in a starting state, the novel air inlet baffle is in a folding closed state, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner can normally suck air, exchange heat and the like from an air inlet above the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
