7. The water pump of claim 2, wherein the plunger cavity is further connected to the return passage by a pressure relief valve configured to open and communicate the plunger cavity and the return passage when hydraulic pressure in the plunger cavity reaches a preset threshold.

The water pump according to claim 7, wherein a second backflow passage extending along a rotation center line of the knob is further provided in the pump body, one end of the second backflow passage is connected to the first chamber, the other end of the second backflow passage is connected to the plunger cavity, and an inner wall at the other end of the second backflow passage is provided with a third sealing portion;
the pressure relief valve comprises a second elastic piece and a second valve plug, the second valve plug extends into the second backflow channel, two ends of the second elastic piece are respectively abutted to the knob and the second valve plug, and the second elastic piece is used for applying elastic force to the second valve plug so that the second valve plug abuts against the third sealing portion.
9. The water pump of claim 1, wherein the first valve plug comprises a valve body and an elastic sealing plug, the elastic sealing plug is sleeved on one end of the valve body close to the first sealing portion and forms the second sealing portion.
