Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an injector with a misoperation prevention function, which can enable a user to clearly and effectively judge whether a tubular piston moves to a preset position.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a syringe comprising a first needle, a second needle, a barrel piston, a plunger, and a channel changer; the first needle comprises a first connecting pipe and a first contact pin; the second needle head comprises a second connecting pipe and a second contact pin; the second needle head is arranged in the cavity of the first needle head, the cavity of the second needle head forms a second channel, and a first channel is formed between the outer wall of the second needle head and the inner wall of the first needle head; the channel converter comprises a connector and a conversion pipe; the connector comprises a base plate, a first convex pipe and a second convex pipe which are arranged at one side end of the base plate, and a first sliding pipe and a second sliding pipe which are arranged at the other side end of the base plate; the second convex pipe is positioned in the pipe cavity of the first convex pipe, the first convex pipe is in sealing connection with the first connecting pipe, and the second convex pipe is in sealing connection with the second connecting pipe; the substrate is provided with four first through holes communicated with the first channels and four second through holes communicated with the second channels; the second sliding tube is positioned in the tube cavity of the first sliding tube; the four first through holes and the four second through holes are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the first sliding pipe; the conversion pipe comprises a base pipe and a seal plate fixedly arranged at one end of the base pipe; one side end of the sealing plate is provided with a first plugging part matched with the first sliding pipe and a second plugging part matched with the second sliding pipe, and the other side end of the sealing plate is provided with an inner pipe positioned in the cavity of the base pipe; the outer wall of the inner pipe and the inner wall of the base pipe are clamped to form a first working cavity, and the pipe cavity of the inner pipe forms a second working cavity; the first plugging part is provided with four first conversion holes communicated with the first working cavity, and the second plugging part is provided with four second conversion holes communicated with the second working cavity; the four first conversion holes are uniformly distributed on the first plugging part in an annular shape, and the four second conversion holes are uniformly distributed on the second plugging part in an annular shape; the inner pipe and the base pipe are concentrically arranged; the base tube is provided with four longitudinal guide sliding grooves extending along the central line direction of the base tube on the inner wall of one end of the opening of the base tube, namely the inner wall of one end of the base tube far away from the closing plate; the wall of the inner tube is provided with four elastic pieces, and each elastic piece comprises a boss protruding towards the tube cavity of the inner tube.
The scheme is further preferable that: the tubular piston comprises an annular sealing plug and a tubular pull handle, and the annular sealing plug and the tubular pull handle can slide in a reciprocating manner along the first working cavity; four longitudinal guide limiting plates protruding along the radial direction of the base tube are arranged on the outer wall of the tubular pull handle, and four longitudinal guide positioning plates protruding along the radial direction of the base tube are arranged on the inner wall of the tubular pull handle; each longitudinal guide limiting plate is positioned in a corresponding longitudinal guide sliding chute, and the inner end of each longitudinal guide limiting plate is in pressure joint with the outer wall of the inner pipe; each longitudinal guide positioning plate is provided with an unlocking notch at the position adjacent to the annular sealing plug, and the length of the unlocking notch along the central line direction of the base pipe is greater than that of the elastic part along the central line direction of the base pipe, so that each elastic part can enter one corresponding unlocking notch under the action of external force; the annular sealing plug is matched with the first working cavity, and the shape of the radial section of the annular sealing plug is annular; the shape of the radial section of the tubular pull handle is annular, and the inner tube penetrates through the tubular pull handle; each longitudinal guide positioning plate is arranged right opposite to a corresponding elastic piece.
The scheme is further preferable that: the plunger comprises an elastic plug cap and a handle column; the outer wall of the handle column is provided with a protruding annular baffle table matched with the inner pipe cavity; the elastic plug cap and the handle column can slide along the second working cavity in a reciprocating manner, the elastic plug cap is matched with the second working cavity, and the radial section of the elastic plug cap is circular; a gap is arranged between the annular blocking platform and the elastic plug cap, and the length of the gap along the central line direction of the base pipe is greater than that of the protruding platform of the elastic part along the central line direction of the base pipe; two sides of the annular blocking table are respectively provided with a guide inclined plane.
The scheme is further preferable that: the wall of the inner tube of the conversion tube is provided with four through holes, and the elastic piece is positioned between the through holes and the sealing plate; each longitudinal guide positioning plate of the tubular piston is also provided with an accommodating notch and an elastic clamping hook, each elastic clamping hook comprises an elastic arm connected with a corresponding longitudinal guide positioning plate and a hook tooth positioned at the tail end of the elastic arm, and each hook tooth protrudes towards the inner tube cavity of the switching tube; each elastic clamping hook is arranged at the opening of the corresponding accommodating notch.
The invention has the positive effects that: (1) let the user can know effectively and judge whether tubular piston moves to preset position, have better prevent the maloperation function.

Detailed Description
(example 1, plunger)
This embodiment is a plunger for a syringe, and as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the plunger 4 includes an elastic plug cap 41 having a circular shape in a radial cross section and a stem 42. The outer wall of the handle column is provided with a protruding annular stop 421, and a gap 422 is arranged between the annular stop and the elastic plug cap.
Two sides of the annular blocking platform are respectively provided with a guide inclined plane 423.
The embodiment is suitable for the anti-misoperation syringe, and is matched with an external component, so that the syringe must perform actions of pumping before injection forcibly, and the anti-misoperation syringe has a better anti-misoperation function.
(example 2, Syringe)
This embodiment is an anti-misoperation syringe manufactured by the above embodiment 1, and is shown in fig. 4 to 10, and comprises a first needle 1, a second needle 2, a tubular piston 3, a plunger 4 and a channel converter.
As shown in fig. 4 to 10, the first needle comprises a first connecting tube 11 and a first pin 12; the second needle comprises a second connecting tube 21 and a second inserting pin 22; the second needle is arranged in the cavity of the first needle, the cavity of the second needle forms a second channel 23, and a first channel 13 is formed between the outer wall of the second needle and the inner wall of the first needle.
The channel switch comprises a connection head 5 and a switch tube 6.
The connector comprises a base plate 51, a first convex pipe 52 and a second convex pipe 53 which are arranged at one side end of the base plate, and a first sliding pipe 54 and a second sliding pipe 55 which are arranged at the other side end of the base plate; the second convex pipe is positioned in the pipe cavity of the first convex pipe, the first convex pipe is in sealing connection with the first connecting pipe, and the second convex pipe is in sealing connection with the second connecting pipe; the substrate is provided with four first through holes 511 communicated with the first channel and four second through holes 512 communicated with the second channel; the second slide is located in the lumen of the first slide. The four first through holes and the four second through holes are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the first sliding pipe.
The conversion pipe comprises a base pipe 61 and a closing plate 62 fixedly arranged at one end of the base pipe; one side end of the sealing plate is provided with a first plugging part 63 matched with the first sliding pipe and a second plugging part 64 matched with the second sliding pipe, and the other side end of the sealing plate is provided with an inner pipe 65 positioned in the cavity of the base pipe; the outer wall of the inner pipe and the inner wall of the base pipe are clamped to form a first working cavity 66, and the pipe cavity of the inner pipe forms a second working cavity 67; the first blocking part is provided with four first conversion holes 631 communicated with the first working cavity, and the second blocking part is provided with four second conversion holes 641 communicated with the second working cavity. The four first conversion holes are uniformly distributed on the first plugging part in an annular shape, and the four second conversion holes are uniformly distributed on the second plugging part in an annular shape. The inner tube and the base tube are concentrically arranged.
The base pipe is equipped with four longitudinal guide sliding grooves 611 extending along the central line direction of the base pipe on the inner wall of one end of the opening of the base pipe, namely, the inner wall of one end of the base pipe far away from the closing plate. Four elastic members 651 are provided on the wall of the inner tube, each including a boss 652 projecting toward the lumen of the inner tube. In this embodiment, each of the elastic members is formed by die cutting the wall of the inner tube.
In this embodiment, base tube and shrouding make through moulding plastics integrated into one piece.
The base pipe drives the sealing plate and the first conversion hole and the second conversion hole of the sealing plate to rotate, and when the first conversion hole rotates to be communicated with the first through hole, the second plugging part plugs the second through hole; when the second conversion hole rotates to be communicated with the second through hole, the first blocking part blocks the first through hole.
The first through hole is arranged in a clamping space of the first convex pipe and the second convex pipe on the base plate, and the second through hole is arranged in a space enclosed by the first convex pipe on the base plate.
The first blocking part and the second blocking part are clamped to form an annular groove 68 matched with the second sliding pipe, and the second sliding pipe of the connecting head is inserted into the annular groove.
The first plugging portion and the second plugging portion are provided with sealing surfaces which abut against the base plate of the connector, and the sealing surfaces are in sliding sealing fit with the base plate.
An arc-shaped guide groove 541 is formed in the inner wall of the first sliding pipe of the connector and is arranged along the circumferential direction of the first sliding pipe; the outer peripheral wall of the base pipe is provided with a guide boss 69 located in the guide groove. The advantages of this structure are: the guide boss rotates in the guide groove in a reciprocating manner along with the reciprocating rotation of the base pipe, and the first through hole is communicated with the first conversion hole and the second through hole is blocked when the guide boss rotates to the bottom in one direction by presetting the positions of the first through hole, the second through hole, the first conversion hole and the second conversion hole; when the guide boss rotates to the bottom in the other direction, the second through hole is communicated with the second conversion hole, and the first through hole is blocked from the first conversion hole; the structure is convenient to switch between two working states of sucking accumulated liquid and injecting medicine.
The inner wall of the first sliding pipe is also provided with a guide notch 542 arranged along the central line direction of the first sliding pipe, and a guide boss on the connector is in interference fit with the guide notch. The advantages of this structure are: the base pipe and the connector can be assembled and matched in an inserting mode, the operation is simple and convenient, and the base pipe can be prevented from falling off from the connector in the rotating process.
The first working chamber is annular in radial cross-section and the second working chamber is circular in radial cross-section.
The tubular piston 3 comprises an annular sealing plug 31 and a tubular pull handle 32, and the annular sealing plug and the tubular pull handle can slide in a reciprocating manner along the first working cavity; four longitudinal guide limiting plates 321 protruding along the radial direction of the base tube are arranged on the outer wall of the tubular pull handle, and four longitudinal guide positioning plates 322 protruding along the radial direction of the base tube are arranged on the inner wall of the tubular pull handle; each longitudinal guide limiting plate is positioned in a corresponding longitudinal guide sliding chute, and the inner end of each longitudinal guide limiting plate is in pressure joint with the outer wall of the inner pipe; each longitudinal guide positioning plate is provided with an unlocking notch 323 at the position adjacent to the annular sealing plug, and the length of the unlocking notch along the central line direction of the base pipe is greater than that of the elastic part along the central line direction of the base pipe, so that each elastic part can enter into a corresponding unlocking notch under the action of external force. The pipe type pull handle, the longitudinal guide limiting plate and the longitudinal guide positioning plate are integrally formed by injection molding. The annular sealing plug is matched with the first working cavity, and the shape of the radial section of the annular sealing plug is annular; the shape of the radial section of the tubular pull handle is annular, and the inner tube penetrates through the tubular pull handle. Each longitudinal guide positioning plate is arranged right opposite to a corresponding elastic piece.
The plunger comprises a resilient plug cap 41 and a stem 42 which are reciprocally slidable along the second working chamber. The elastic plug cap is matched with the second working cavity, and the shape of the radial section of the elastic plug cap is circular. The outer wall of the handle column is provided with a protruding annular baffle 421 matched with the inner tube cavity, a gap 422 is arranged between the annular baffle and the elastic plug cap, and the length of the gap along the central line direction of the base tube is greater than that of the protruding platform of the elastic piece along the central direction of the base tube. When the boss of the elastic member is located in the gap, the plunger can reciprocate within a certain distance for discharging air that enters the second working chamber when sucking the liquid medicine to be injected.
The two sides of the annular blocking table are respectively provided with a guide inclined plane 423, and due to the guide inclined planes, the annular blocking table is more labor-saving when passing through the elastic piece.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 5, at this time, the first switching hole is communicated with the first through hole, and the second switching hole is blocked from the second through hole, so that effusion pumping operation can be performed; after the base pipe is twisted to a preset angle, the first switching hole and the first through hole are blocked, the second switching hole and the second through hole are communicated, and medicine injection operation can be carried out. So this embodiment need not the dismouting and can accomplish two kinds of operations of suction hydrops and injection liquid medicine.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, at this time, since the elastic member is pressed by the longitudinal guiding positioning plate of the tubular piston, the elastic member has no return space, and the boss thereof blocks the passage of the annular baffle table, so that the plunger cannot perform an injection action, that is, no matter whether the base tube is twisted to a correct position, the plunger cannot perform an injection action, and only when the tubular piston completes a suction action, and the tubular piston moves to make the unlocking notch 323 directly face the elastic member 611, under the urging force of the annular baffle table 421 on the plunger, the boss of each elastic member enters into a corresponding unlocking notch 323, and the plunger can reciprocate in the inner tube, thereby completing the operation of injecting the liquid medicine. The present embodiment can effectively prevent the malfunction.
In order to allow the user to determine whether the tubular piston moves to the position opposite to the elastic member 611, the present embodiment further includes four through holes 653 formed on the inner tubular wall of the transition tube, and the elastic member is located between the through holes and the sealing plate; each longitudinal guide positioning plate of the tubular piston is also provided with an accommodating notch 33 and an elastic clamping hook 34, each elastic clamping hook comprises an elastic arm 341 connected with a corresponding longitudinal guide positioning plate and a hook tooth 342 positioned at the tail end of the elastic arm, and each hook tooth protrudes towards the inner tube cavity of the inner tube of the switching tube; each elastic clamping hook is arranged at the opening of the corresponding accommodating notch; when the tubular piston moves in the first working cavity in a reciprocating mode, if the hook teeth of the elastic hooks are pressed on the outer wall of the inner tube, the unlocking notches of the tubular piston are not aligned with the elastic pieces on the inner tube, and each elastic hook is compressed by the inner tube and rebounded to the corresponding accommodating notch, so that the tubular piston can smoothly slide in the first working cavity; when the hook teeth move to the through holes opposite to the inner tube wall, each hook tooth extends into a corresponding through hole, the unlocking notch of the tube type piston is opposite to the elastic piece, the boss of each elastic piece enters into a corresponding unlocking notch, and when the tube type piston moves again, the resistance of the elastic clamping hook needs to be overcome, so that a larger acting force is needed, and a user can clearly perceive the elastic clamping hook; in addition, by presetting the size between the elastic clamping hook and the inner pipe wall, a sound such as 'click' can be heard as a prompt sound when each hook tooth extends into a corresponding through hole.
