Description

Tooth washing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oral care appliances, in particular to a tooth cleaner.
Background
The tooth cleaner is generally used for nursing an oral cavity and mainly comprises a main machine, a water tank, a nozzle and the like, wherein a power pump and a water flow channel formed by a water inlet flow channel and a water outlet flow channel are arranged in the main machine; the power pump is communicated with the water outlet flow passage, and the water outlet flow passage conveys the pressurized water to the nozzle, so that the nozzle can spray high-pressure water flow for tooth flushing.
In order to achieve the purpose, a one-way valve is arranged between the power pump and the water inlet flow channel, so that the power pump can pump water in the water inlet flow channel in a one-way mode to enter the power pump, and the power pump outputs the water through the water outlet flow channel after applying a certain pressure to the water. Similarly, a one-way valve can be arranged between the power pump and the water outlet flow passage and used for preventing water in the water outlet flow passage from flowing back.
The power pump is connected in the water flow channel, and the dental washer generally needs to meet the sealing requirement of the IPX7, namely, the water in the water flow channel is not easy to infiltrate with external media due to the fact that the water is immersed in water under specified conditions and cannot enter the water flow channel, so that the power pump needs to be connected in the water flow channel in a sealing mode through a one-way valve, or the power pump needs to be connected in the water flow channel through other sealing pieces. However, in the existing tooth cleaner, when the power pump is connected with the water inlet flow channel through the rigid check valve such as the valve plate or the ball valve, the conducted water inlet is greatly influenced by the valve value, so that the requirement of accurate water taking is difficult to meet, and when the power pump is connected with the water inlet flow channel through the flexible check valve such as the duckbill valve, the flexible part is easy to lose efficacy under the action of higher pressure, so that the reliability of the tooth cleaner is poor.
