The base 143 has a second cavity 145 exposed through the opening, the second cavity 145 receives the rotary member 141, and the rotary member 141 is movably moved in the second cavity 145 so that the base 143 and the rotary member 141 constitute a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanism, thereby easily aligning the dental scaler 100 of the rotatable nozzle head with different positions of teeth for cleaning. In use, the dental scaler 100 with the rotatable spray head is inverted, water is injected into the third cavity 114 of the storage tank 11 through the water inlet hole 112, and the sealing plug 113 blocks the water inlet hole 112 to seal the storage tank 11.
