The multipurpose shower head according to claim 1, wherein the valve core has the shaft end and a sealing end along a length direction thereof, and an elastic ring is sleeved on the sealing end, and the elastic ring can be abutted against an edge of the first hole and/or an edge of the channel so as to seal the first hole and/or the channel.
3. The multipurpose shower head of claim 1, wherein the shaft end is slidably and sealingly connected to the sealing plug.
4. The multipurpose shower head of claim 1, wherein the waterway switching assembly further includes a button, the button is abutted against the shaft end, the button is slidably connected to the shower head body, and the button is slidable along an axial direction of the valve core.
5. The multipurpose shower head of claim 4, further comprising a water inlet connector in communication with said water inlet channel, said button being located on a side of said shower head body proximate said water inlet connector.
6. The multipurpose shower head of claim 1, wherein a plugging piece is arranged in the water outlet end of the spray gun water channel, and a plurality of spray gun water holes are arranged on the plugging piece at intervals.
7. A shower device comprising the multipurpose shower head as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
