As shown in fig. 1, the air intake device 10 includes an air inlet 11, an intake air duct housing 12 and a filter screen 13, and the filter screen 13 is detachably mounted at one end of the air duct housing far away from the air inlet 11.
Further, an actuator 40 is installed outside the air intake duct housing 12, and the actuator 40 is connected to a controller of the vehicle air conditioner through a wire harness. The intake port 11 is provided with a damper, and the actuator 40 is used to control the opening and closing of the damper. As shown in fig. 2, the air outlet device 30 includes an air outlet duct housing 31, a first air outlet 32 and a second air outlet 33, a first end of the air outlet duct housing 31 is assembled with a second end of the fan heater mounting housing 21, a first air outlet is located at the second end of the air outlet duct housing 31 and connected to an air duct of the vehicle air conditioning system, and a second air outlet is located at a side surface of the air outlet duct housing 31 and provided with an adjusting component.
Further, one end of the air outlet duct shell connected with the fan heater mounting shell is designed according to the shape and size of the second end of the fan heater mounting shell, namely the air outlet device 30 and the fan heater device 20 are combined and mounted in a matched manner.
Further, the second air outlet 33 may adjust the air outlet direction, and may be a grid-shaped air outlet, which is not limited to this application, and may adopt a technique of adjusting an air outlet commonly used by those skilled in the art.
The air inlet device 10, the warm air blower device 20 and the air outlet device 30 are sequentially assembled and installed, as shown in fig. 3, the whole warm air blower system is in an L shape. The mounting shells of the three devices are provided with corresponding mounting holes, and can be connected by screws or mounted by other connection modes in the field.
