After the terminal 35 is fixed, the signal plate 38 is fixed to the housing 31 because the terminal surface is engaged with the surface on the notch 313.
Referring to fig. 14a to 14d and referring to fig. 1, in order to realize the position signal transmission of the switch body 1 during the insertion process of the switch body 1 and the drawer base 2, a drawer base three-position signal column 300 is disposed on one of the signal plates of the switch body contact group 3, the three-position signal column 300 is higher than other signal columns (may be the same height, but the copper-clad layer on the surface, i.e. the conductive area, has a short length or is provided with signal columns 421 with different lengths), the three-position signal columns 300 are four in total, which are respectively a separation position trigger signal column 301, a test position trigger signal column 302, a connection position trigger signal column 303 and a common signal column 304, which are respectively matched with the switch position, so that the lengths of the conductive layers thereon are different, wherein the conductive layer on the common end is a full coating. When the switch body enters the separation position, the corresponding contact piece on the drawer seat is contacted with the conductive layer on the separation signal column on the switch body to output a separation signal, and at the moment, no conductive layer exists on the test signal column and the connection signal column, so that no test position signal and no connection position signal exist; when the switch body enters a test position, the corresponding contact piece of the drawer seat is contacted with the conductive layer on the test signal column to output a test position signal, and at the moment, the separation signal column and the connection signal column are not provided with conductive layers, so that the separation position signal and the connection position signal are not generated; when the switch body enters the connecting position, the corresponding contact piece of the drawer seat is contacted with the conductive layer on the connecting signal column, a connecting position signal is output, and at the moment, the separating signal column and the test signal column are not provided with the conductive layers, so that no separating position signal and no test position signal exist.
In conclusion, the technical scheme provided by the utility model overcomes the defects in the prior art, successfully completes the utility model task and faithfully realizes the technical effects listed in the technical effect column by the applicant.
