8. A developing cartridge according to claim 7, wherein said powder feed roller electrode and said developing roller electrode are not in contact with said electrophotographic apparatus.
9. A developing cartridge according to claim 8, wherein said holder is fixed to a side wall of said cartridge body; the conductive member is supported by the holder.
10. A developing cartridge according to claim 8, wherein said conductive member is supported by said cartridge body.
