This position is the detection position of the bamboo curtain unhooking detection sensor 45. When the bamboo curtain unhooking detection sensor 45 detects that the bamboo curtain is to be unhooked, the curtain collecting device 6 starts curtain collecting operation, and the clamp 61 of the curtain collecting device 6 clamps the bamboo curtain. The curtain-off crosspiece 43 helps the bamboo curtain to break away from the lifting hook 42, the bamboo curtain unhooking detection sensor 45 can also be installed on the curtain-off crosspiece 43, the bamboo curtain unhooking detection sensor 45 is a microswitch at the moment, after the top end of the dried bamboo curtain 201 is touched on the curtain-off crosspiece, the microswitch is triggered, the microswitch feeds back to the control system, and the control system controls the curtain-collecting device 6 to collect the curtain operation.
And the control system is electrically connected with the bamboo curtain detection sensor 19, the bamboo curtain high-position detection sensor 110, the bamboo curtain low-position detection sensor 120, the curtain placing deceleration detection sensor 130, the hook and curtain hanging detection sensor 44 and the bamboo curtain unhooking detection sensor 45, and is also in control connection with the curtain placing device 1, the first conveying device 3, the hanger chain type conveyor 4, the curtain collecting device 6 and the second conveying device 7.

The curtain-dividing cross bar 91 moves upwards again to finish one-time curtain paving.
The second conveying device 7 continues to drive the curtain collecting device 6 to move towards the right and downwards, when the clamp 61 reaches a position parallel to the curtain paving position of the material collecting vehicle 20, namely when the clamp 61 clamps the bamboo curtain to move to the bamboo curtain laying position, the control mechanism 62 moves to a stepped positioning function position, namely if the control mechanism 62 is an air cylinder, the movement change of a piston of the air cylinder is divided into two gears, the first gear is that the piston moves to the bottom, and the second gear is that the piston does not move to the bottom; the movement of the piston of the cylinder of the control mechanism 62 is shifted from first gear to second gear.
