a fixed support is installed on the third moving plate (21), the edge tearing device is installed on the front face outside the fixed support, a worm and gear speed reducer (26) is installed in the fixed support, a servo motor (27) is installed at the top of the fixed support, the servo motor (27) is coupled with the worm and gear speed reducer (26), the power output end of the worm and gear speed reducer (26) is connected with the rotating shaft (16), two ends of the rotating shaft (16) are respectively fixed on the fixed support, and one end of the rotating shaft (16) extends out of the fixed support and is coupled with the edge tearing device;

The automatic edge tearing device for the automobile aluminum profile according to claim 5, wherein the triangular chain wheel mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft (32), a first chain wheel (33), a second rotating shaft (34), a second chain wheel (35), a third rotating shaft (36) and a third chain wheel (37), the first rotating shaft (32) is fixedly connected with the center of the first chain wheel (33), the first rotating shaft (32) is perpendicular to the plane where the first chain wheel (33) is located, the second rotating shaft (34) is fixedly connected with the center of the second chain wheel (35), the second rotating shaft (34) is perpendicular to the plane where the second chain wheel (35) is located, the third rotating shaft (36) is fixedly connected with the center of the third chain wheel (37), the third rotating shaft (36) is perpendicular to the plane where the third chain wheel (37) is located, and the second rotating shaft (34) is connected with the planetary speed reducer (28).

The automatic edge tearing device for the automobile aluminum profiles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing support comprises a first fixing plate (19), a second fixing plate (20), a third fixing plate (24) and a fourth fixing plate (25), the first fixing plate (19), the second fixing plate (20), the third fixing plate (24) and the fourth fixing plate (25) are vertically installed on a third moving plate (21) and enclose a quadrangle, the first fixing plate (19) is opposite to the second fixing plate (20), the third fixing plate (24) is opposite to the fourth fixing plate (25), the worm gear speed reducer (26) is fixed between the third fixing plate (24) and the fourth fixing plate (25), and two ends of the rotating shaft (16) are installed on the first fixing plate (19) and the second fixing plate (20) through a first bearing (39) and a second bearing (40) respectively.
