The photoelectric sensor 210 can horizontally detect that the garbage at the opening of the garbage can is overflowed; the ultrasonic probe can vertically detect the overflow of the garbage at the opening of the garbage can; when the garbage overflows, the indicator light lights the red light, and at the moment, any induction cannot open the door; after the garbage is cleared, the photoelectric sensor 210 and the ultrasonic probe cannot sense that the garbage overflows, the indicator light turns on the green light, the equipment is reset to be in a normal state, and the door can be opened in sensing.
The delivery panel 21 is further provided with a temperature and humidity sensor 211 which can monitor the environmental temperature and humidity data in the garbage station room, and the data are transmitted to the property platform through a network for display.
A pedal inductive switch 212 for opening the slot door 24 is further arranged below the upper delivery port 22 and the upper delivery port 23, and the pedal inductive switch 212 is in control connection with the slot door 24. The delivery panel frame 21 is further provided with a driving mechanism 214 for controlling the opening and closing of the drop door 24, the driving mechanism 214 comprises an installation rod 2141, a push rod motor 2142 and an electric push rod 2143, the installation rod 2141 is fixed on the back side of the delivery panel frame 21, the electric push rod 2143 is connected with the drop door 24, and the push rod motor 2142 is arranged on the installation rod 2141 and is in driving connection with the electric push rod 2143. The push rod motor 2142 can drive the electric push rod 2143 to move, so as to drive the slot door 24 to rotate, and open or close.
The edges of the upper delivery opening 22 and the lower delivery opening 23 are also provided with anti-collision pads 215, and the anti-collision pads 215 can buffer the impact force on the upper delivery opening 22 and the lower delivery opening 23 when the delivery opening door 24 is closed; and also seals between the slot door 24 and the upper and lower delivery slots 22, 23.
The upper delivery port 22 and the lower delivery port 23 are also provided with a safety grating 217. In the closing process of the slot door 24 or in a short time after closing, the safety grating 217 can sense whether articles exist on the delivery port, if so, the slot door 24 stops closing and opening, and through the arrangement of the safety grating 217, the clamping of hands can be effectively avoided, and the equipment is safer to use.
An emergency switch 218 is also arranged on the delivery panel frame 21. When the door opening of the non-contact inductive switch 28 and the foot inductive switch 212 fails or the safety grating 217 fails, the throwing door 24 is clamped by hands, and the emergency switch can be pressed to force the throwing door 24 to be automatically opened.

The non-inductive garbage throwing device according to claim 1, wherein a hinge for driving the throwing port door to rotate is installed between the throwing port door and the delivery port, and the length of an installation piece of the hinge is the same as the width of the throwing port door; the delivery panel frame is also provided with a driving mechanism for controlling the opening and closing of the delivery port door, the driving mechanism comprises an installation rod, a push rod motor and an electric push rod, the installation rod is fixed on the back side of the delivery panel frame, the electric push rod is connected with the delivery port door, and the push rod motor is arranged on the installation rod and is in driving connection with the electric push rod.
