In one embodiment, the pedals 171 of the chassis unit 110 may be provided with stripes to increase friction force to enhance skid resistance. The two side ends of the chassis main body 150 have two mounting locking plates 113, and the mounting locking plates 113 have a receiving surface 114 thereon, which is flush with the flat upper surface 112 of the chassis unit 110, for receiving and supporting other components.
The auxiliary wheel leg assembly 120 at least comprises a plurality of universal wheel sets 122, at least one directional wheel set 124, two long foot stands 121 and two short foot stands 123. The direction of displacement of the universal wheel set 122 in the horizontal plane is not limited when it rotates. In the illustrated embodiment, the set of casters 120 includes at least four sets of universal wheels 122. The four universal wheel sets 122 are pivotally mounted at both side ends of the chassis unit 110 by two long foot stands 121, two short foot stands 123 and a pivot shaft 125, and the long foot stands 121 and the short foot stands 123 are mounted below the chassis unit 110 by mounting the locking plate 113 and the pivot shaft 125. That is, one long foot stand 121, one short foot stand 123, and two universal wheel sets 122 are provided on each side end of the chassis unit 110. One end of each long foot stand 121 and each short foot stand 123 is provided with a universal wheel set 122, and the other end is fixed below the chassis unit 110. Two long foot rests 121 and two short foot rests 123 are distributed on the front and rear sides of the chassis unit 110. The directional wheel set 124 comprises a directional wheel 127, an elastic device 128 and a switching device 126; the directional wheel 127 is movably installed below the directional wheel set 124 through an elastic device 128, so that the axial center of the directional wheel 127 can move elastically and freely in the vertical direction. Due to the action of the elastic device 128, the directional wheel 127 can be kept in contact with the ground at all times, and the effectiveness of the directional wheel 127 in the whole moving process can be ensured; the switching device 126 is disposed next to the directional wheel 127, and the switching device 126 can control the directional wheel 127 in a directional or freely steerable state. In other words, when the switching device 126 is switched, the moving direction of the guide wheel 127 can be fixed, and the shift module 100 can be moved in the set direction. Alternatively, when the switching device 126 is switched, the directional wheel 127 can be released from the directional state, and the directional wheel 127 can be freely turned like a universal wheel, so that the shift module 100 can be moved in any direction. The above directional or non-directional switching operation may be accomplished by any suitable directional mechanism. For example, the switching device 126 and the orientation wheel 127 may respectively include a positioning pin and a positioning hole (not shown), and the orientation wheel 127 is in an oriented state or a non-oriented state by switching operation of coupling or decoupling the two, so as to meet the requirement of shifting operation in different applications. In addition, instead of the single directional positioning, the direction wheel 127 may be provided with a plurality of directional positioning, so that the direction of positioning of the direction wheel 127 is changed by operating the switching device 126. The wheel leg assembly 120 is disposed in such a way that the movement of the shift module 100 and the host module 1 is more stable and labor-saving, and the operation is more convenient. In addition, the directional wheel set 124 and the movable pedal 170 can move toward the short foot stand 123 relative to the long foot stand 121.
The supporting frame module 200 includes a plurality of vertical rods 210 and a plurality of connecting plates 220. One end of the plurality of vertical rods 210 is fixed to the chassis unit 110 of the shift module 100, and the other end is connected to the plurality of connecting plates 220 and fixed below the plurality of connecting plates 220. That is, the plurality of connection plates 220 are located above the chassis unit 110, and the plurality of uprights 210 are connected between the chassis unit 110 and the plurality of connection plates 220. As shown in the figure, one end of the plurality of vertical rods 210 is fixed on the receiving surface 114 of the mounting lock plate 113 of the chassis unit 110, so as to prevent the movable range of the movable pedal 170 of the chassis unit 110 when moving relative to the long foot frame 121 toward the short foot frame 123.
The upright posts 210 are vertically provided with a plurality of first locking holes 212 to form a coupling interface for mounting and locking the care modules with different functions, and the four upright posts 210 are provided with the first locking holes 212 with required number and spacing according to requirements to form four independent and mutually matched coupling interfaces. The height of the nursing module with different functions can be adjusted by the first locking holes 212 installed on the vertical rods 210 with different heights. The connecting plate 220 has a plurality of first coupling holes 222 (coupling interfaces) disposed on a horizontal surface thereof and a plurality of second locking holes 224 disposed on a vertical surface thereof, and can be used with a plurality of locking members 226 to form another coupling module device for fixing the components mounted in the first coupling holes 222. One end of the upright rod 210 is fixed below the connecting plate 220 through the second locking holes 224 and the locking members 226 after being connected to the first connecting holes 222. The first locking holes 212, the first mounting holes 222, and the second locking holes 224 may be, but not limited to, arranged at equal intervals. It can be understood that the plurality of uprights 210 are used for mounting and fixing the plurality of connecting plates 220 above the chassis unit 110, so that the main unit module 1 can be used for mounting nursing modules or other members with different functions through the plurality of uprights 210 and the plurality of connecting plates 220.
To further illustrate, in one embodiment, the plurality of connecting plates 220 are horizontally disposed and perpendicular to the plurality of uprights 210. The upright 210 may be a hollow cylindrical tube made of metal, and the connecting plate 220 has a substantially elongated shape and a certain thickness to facilitate the arrangement of through holes. The plurality of first attaching holes 222 on the connecting plate 220 are vertically arranged and are through holes. The second locking holes 224 and the locking members 226 on the connecting plate 220 are horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the first mounting holes 222.
The coupling module 10 includes a plurality of coupling devices 12 and a plurality of coupling interfaces, which are disposed on the supporting frame module 200, and can be used alone or in cooperation with the supporting frame module 200 for mounting and locking the nursing module with different functions. The coupling device 12 is slidably sleeved on the upright rod 210 and is locked on the upright rod 210 through the first locking holes 212. The nursing module with different functions can be fixed on the vertical rod 210 through the first locking holes 212 and the coupling device 12 and located at one side of the supporting frame module 200, so as to achieve the purpose of easily and rapidly adjusting the height. In addition to the first lock hole, a first attachment hole disposed on the connection plate and a second attachment hole disposed on the chassis unit may also serve as a coupling interface for attaching the camera module. That is, the coupling interface of the coupling module 10 may include, but is not limited to, the first locking holes 212, the first mounting holes 222, and the second mounting holes 115. In some applications, the care module can be directly combined with the corresponding coupling interface without the aid of a coupling device and installed on the host module 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to achieve a simple and fast height adjustment, the coupling device 12 further comprises a height adjustment device 311. The height adjusting device 311 is sleeved on the upright 210 and provided with a positioning pin 3110 for being combined and locked with the plurality of first locking holes 212 of the upright 210. The number of the positioning pins 3110 may be one or more so as to stably lock the fence 320 to the upright 210; and a switch operator 3111 for operating the engagement or disengagement of the positioning pin 3110 with or from the first locking hole 212.

The supporting rod 130 can be locked and cross-mounted above the connecting plate 220 through the first mounting hole 222, the second locking hole 224 and the locking member 226, and is located in front of the user (based on the vertical rod 210 of the host module 1, the user side is the front, and the caregiver standing side is the rear) for the user to hold and support. In one example, the support rod 130 may be a hollow cylindrical tube made of metal material to maintain certain rigidity and bearing strength.
The supporting rod 140 can be locked and cross-bridged above the connecting plate 220 through the first connecting hole 222, the second locking hole 224 and the locking member 226, and is located behind the user (with the upright rod 210 of the host module 1 as a base point, one side of the user is the front, and one side of the caregiver is the back) for the caregiver or the user to control the movement of the host module 1. The support bar 140 may be symmetrically provided with two handles 142 at two ends of the support bar 140. The grip 142 is substantially L-shaped and is located in the upper area space between the plurality of webs 220. The handle 142 may be integrally formed with the support rod 140. Alternatively, the handle 142 may be formed separately and then installed on the supporting rod 140, such as by welding or by being fixed by being sleeved. The two handles 142 are respectively provided with a control handle 144, and the control handle 144 is connected to and can control the two brake devices 129 symmetrically arranged on the chassis unit 110, so that the caregiver or the user can control the movement of the host module 1 by operating the control handle 144. At this time, the supporting rod 140 can be used as the pushing module 3.
According to the requirement, the supporting rods 140 can have different orientations when being mounted on the connecting plates 220 to achieve different functions. When the handle 142 of the supporting rod 140 and the control handle 144 face the caregiver, the caregiver can control the movement of the host module 1. When the handle 142 and the control handle 144 of the support rod 140 face the user, the user can control the movement of the host module 1, or the user can hold and support the host module 1, so that the user can perform standing training and/or walking training with the host module 1. When a user stands on the chassis unit 110 of the shift module 100, the user can hold the support rods 130 and 140 with both hands, respectively, and the user can perform standing training or simple walking exercise by means of the host module 1.
Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 4 is a perspective schematic view of an embodiment of the nursing machine of the present invention. The mounting bracket 32 is mounted above the connection plate 220 of the supporting frame module 200 through a plurality of first mounting holes 222. The handrail 34 is generally U-shaped, and is attached and fixed to one side of the mounting bracket 32, and can be located above one side of the short leg 123 of the wheel leg set 120 of the shift module 100 for being held and supported by a user or a caregiver. A plurality of control levers 36 are symmetrically disposed around the rod 34 and locked to face the mounting bracket 32 for controlling the operation of the nursing machine 2. The control handle 36 can be connected to two brake devices 129 symmetrically mounted on the chassis unit 110 to control the operation of the nursing machine 2. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the braking device 129 includes an operating lever 1291 and a braking lever 1292. The operating lever 1291 is coupled to the control grip 36 by a brake cable (not shown) and is coupled to the brake lever 1292 in a lever manner. In this way, the user can grip or release the control grip 36 on the holding rod 34, and the operating rod 1291 can operate the brake lever to close to or separate from the ground, thereby completing the braking operation. Therefore, the two brake devices 129 and the two corresponding control levers 36 are symmetrically installed to form a complete brake module, thereby improving the safety of the moving operation of the care machine 2. Of course, the components and the combined operation of the brake module are only examples, and can be replaced by other brake modules with the same or similar functions. The mounting bracket 32 can be assembled by a plurality of rods and a plurality of mounting members, and then mounted on the top of the connecting plate 220 of the supporting frame module 200 through a plurality of first mounting holes 222. The two ends of the handrail 34 are mounted and locked on the mounting bracket frame 32 through a plurality of mounting members. The mounting member of the mounting bracket frame 32 is provided with a hook ring 38 for hanging a strap or the like.
When the user stands on the base unit 110 of the shift module 100 for training with the help of the nursing machine 2, the user can hold the mounting bracket 32 of the push module 3 with his/her hands, and at this time, the user's hip can be supported by the sling, and both ends of the sling are hung on the hook ring 38 of the mounting bracket 32, and provide a certain tension and enough bearing force to protect and support the user.
Referring to fig. 4 again, in an example, the nursing machine 2 may further include a leaning module 500 installed on the supporting frame module 200 of the host module 1. Specifically, the first locking holes 212 can be locked and fixed on the vertical rods 210 of the supporting frame module 200. The leaning module 500 may have an adjusting function, and may adjust the position of the upper, lower, front, and rear portions according to the use condition.
The reclining module 500 may include an attachment frame 501 and a backrest cushion 502. The mounting frame 501 is mounted on the upright rod 210 of the supporting frame module 200 through the first locking holes 212, and the backrest cushion 502 is mounted on the mounting frame 501 and faces the user to support the knees of the user, so as to assist the user in the transformation between sitting and standing. In different usage scenarios, the leaning module 500 can be used for leaning on body parts such as body trunk, head, and hands, in addition to the knees or legs.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in an example, the caregiver 2 may include a carrying module 300 installed on the host module 1, and the carrying module 300 may have a plurality of different caring functions. The carrying module 300 at least includes two mounting bases 310, two side rails 320, a backrest assembly 330 and two carrying plates 340.
Two mounting bases 310 are mounted on the supporting frame module 200 of the host module 1. The carrying module 300 can be installed at different positions/heights on the host module 1 according to different functions or requirements of use. As shown in the figure, the two mounting bases 310 can be mounted on the upright rod 210 and then fastened and locked by the first locking holes 212, so as to be mounted on the upright rod 210 of the cradle module 200 in the host module 1. One end of each of the two guard rails 320 is pivotally connected to the two mounting bases 310, and can rotate around the mounting bases 310 in the horizontal direction, and can be unfolded outwards and leftwards and rightwards or folded inwards. The other ends of the two guard rails 320 can be connected and locked with the backrest assembly 330. The carriage module 300 further includes a self-locking positioning device 328 for automatically locking the balustrade 320 when the balustrade 320 is closed or in a specific orientation, so as to limit the horizontal rotation of the balustrade 320.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 310 is telescopically mounted on the coupling device 12, and each of the side rails 320 has a pivot device 321 mounted at an end of the side rail 320 near the upright 210. The self-locking positioning device 328 includes at least one positioning hole 3281 and at least one positioning pin 3282, which are respectively and correspondingly disposed on the mounting base 310 and the guardrail 320, and when the guardrail 320 is folded or in a specific orientation, the positioning pin 3282 mounted on the mounting base 310 or the guardrail 320 is automatically clamped in the positioning hole 3281 mounted on the guardrail 320 or the mounting base 310. In the example of fig. 5, the attachment base 310 is integrated with the coupling device 12, i.e., the attachment base 310 of this embodiment combines the functions of the coupling device 12, and the height adjustment of the carrying module 300 can be easily and quickly performed by operating the height adjusting device 311. The pivot device 321 has a pivot hole 3210 for engaging with the pivot of the mounting base 310. The positioning hole 3281 of the self-locking positioning device 328 can be disposed on the pivoting device 321, and the positioning pin 3282 can be disposed on the mounting base 310, so that when the guardrail 320 is folded or in a specific orientation, the positioning pin 3282 of the self-locking positioning device 328 can be automatically clamped in the positioning hole 3281, thereby limiting the horizontal rotation of the guardrail 320. When the position of the guard rail 320 is to be rotated again, the user simply presses the release key 3283 provided on the attachment base 310 and connected to the positioning pin 3282 to separate the positioning pin 3282 from the positioning hole 3281, and the self-locking positioning state can be released.
Each guardrail 320 includes at least two elongate bars 322, 323. The two long rods 322, 323 are disposed in parallel up and down, and can be connected and fixed by a plurality of connecting rods (not shown), and a certain distance is provided between the two long rods 322, 323. The two ends of the long rods 322, 323 are respectively provided with a pivot device 321 and a pivot locking device 326 for mounting and locking, so that the two long rods 322, 323 are positioned in the same plane after being fixed. In addition to the connecting rod, in other embodiments, the pivot tube 3261 can also be connected to the vertical rod at one side of the guardrail.
As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 5A, the lower long rod 323 of the two parallel long rods of each guardrail 340 is horizontally installed on the bottom of the guardrail 320 to serve as a rotation shaft of the bearing plate 300. The rotating shaft 323 has a plurality of limit pins 345. The two bearing plates 340 are rotatably mounted on the bottom or lower rotating shaft 323 of the two guardrails 320, respectively. One side of each bearing plate 340 is provided with a pivot groove 346, which can be a U-shaped groove, sleeved on the pivot rod 323, the pivot groove 346 is provided with a plurality of elongated holes 347 for sleeving a plurality of limit pins 345, so that the bearing plate 340 can be horizontally placed to carry weight and lifted upwards to be close to the guardrail 320; when the loading plate 340 is lifted upwards, the pivoting slot 346 rotates around the rotating shaft 323 and can be fixed by the locking pin 348 when being close to the protection fence 320, so as to prevent the lifted loading plate 340 from falling down and affecting the use of the protection fence 320 during the use process. When the supporting plate 340 is lifted up to be close to the guardrail 320, the carrying module 300 can be used for other functions besides carrying, such as the carrying module 300 can be supported by a user. When the two supporting plates 340 are horizontally disposed, the backrest assembly 330 can support and protect the back of the user when the user sits on the supporting plates 340. When the carrying plate 340 is not needed, it can be quickly removed after being lifted up, so that the carrying module 300 can be used for other functions besides carrying.
The carrier plate 340 is disposed below or at the bottom of the guardrail 320. The loading plate 340 can be detachably mounted to the bottom of the guard rail 320 through the pivoting groove 346 and can rotate relative to the rotating shaft 323. The carrier plate 340 has an arc-shaped notch 342. When the two supporting plates 340 are laid flat and folded, the two arc-shaped notches 342 are opposite to each other to form an opening 344. At this time, the two supporting plates 340 can be used for supporting the user, i.e. the carrying module 300 can be used for the user to ride. Furthermore, when the two supporting plates 340 are laid flat and folded, an opening 344 is formed, and the opening 344 can correspond to the size of the cavity of the toilet, so that the user with disability can use the toilet conveniently.
Referring again to fig. 4 and 5, the backrest assembly 330 includes a backrest seat 332 and a backrest 334. The backrest mount 332 has a plurality of hook latches 336 and a backrest mount 338; each hook locking member 336 comprises a locking member 337 connected and locked with the pivotal tube sleeve 3261 of the guardrail 320; the backrest mounting seat 338 is disposed above the backrest seat 332 or other suitable locations for receiving different types of backrest 334. In addition to the two back jacks, the back rest mount 338 may be configured such that the back rest 334 is removably attached to the back rest mount 332 by other means. In one embodiment, the backrest seat 332 is formed of a flat plate, and the hook-locking members 336 are disposed on both sides of the flat plate and respectively connected and locked with the positioning grooves 3262 of the pivot pipe sleeves 3261 of the two balustrades 320, so that the two balustrades 320 can be kept at the same positions in the vertical direction and the front-rear direction. In addition, when the hook lock 336 of only one side of the backrest seat 332 is locked with the pivot pipe sleeve 3261, the backrest seat 332 can rotate with the pivot pipe sleeve 3261 at any angle. The backrest mount 338 illustrated in fig. 5A is comprised of two backrest receptacles mounted centrally behind the backrest mount. The back jacks 338 may be used to plug different types of backs 334 to accommodate different applications or personalization requirements. The hook lock 336 and the pivot pipe sleeve 3261 installed on both sides of the backrest seat can be locked after being sleeved, locked and locked, or other locking devices which can be quickly installed and disassembled.
