This application is rational in infrastructure, through adopting the hollow fiber line as the material of the soft layer of cavity, can improve the fluffy softness performance of surface fabric, through being connected the soft layer of cavity through tearing the stratum reticulare and the wearing layer of tearing, the fastness of connection, tear resistance and wearability have been strengthened, through the mosquito repellent stratum reticulare that contains chinese mugwort grass fiber line with inside sets up in PU basic unit both sides, reach the effect of mosquito repellent worm, and the bamboo fibrous layer that sets up, play antibacterial effect, reduce bacterial growing.

Background

The hollow soft layer 5 is formed by weaving hollow thread bodies together; the mosquito repelling net layer 4 is formed by interweaving cotton yarns and wormwood fiber yarns; the antistatic layer 1 and the bamboo fiber layer 2 are both of a net structure; the wear-resistant layer 7 is made of polyester materials, and the edge of the wear-resistant layer 7 is sewn with the edge of the anti-static layer 1.
When the fabric is used, the hollow fiber threads are used as the material of the hollow soft layer 5, so that the fluffy and soft performance of the fabric can be improved, and the firmness, the tear resistance and the wear resistance of connection are enhanced by connecting the hollow soft layer 5 with the wear-resistant layer 7 through the tear-resistant net layer 6;
