Background

The flame-retardant protective layer 1 is woven by adopting core-spun yarns 9, first flame-retardant strips 901 are fixedly connected inside the core-spun yarns 9, second flame-retardant strips 902 are twisted inside the first flame-retardant strips 901, and the diameters of the first flame-retardant strips 901 and the second flame-retardant strips 902 are the same, so that the flame-retardant property of the fabric is improved conveniently; the internal structures of the first wear-resistant layer 2 and the second wear-resistant layer 7 are the same, the first wear-resistant layer 2 is formed by blending polyamide fibers and cotton fibers into twill, the thickness of the first wear-resistant layer 2 is smaller than that of the first anti-wrinkle layer 3, and therefore the first wear-resistant layer 2 and the second wear-resistant layer 7 can protect cloth conveniently; the first crease-resistant layer 3 is formed by blending 65% of polyester fibers and 35% of pineapple fibers, the second crease-resistant layer 6 is bonded to the bottom of the breathable layer 5, a plurality of T400 fibers are contained in the second crease-resistant layer 6, and the thickness of the second crease-resistant layer 6 is larger than that of the first crease-resistant layer 3, so that the first crease-resistant layer 3 and the second crease-resistant layer 6 are in shape retention on cloth; the breathable layer 5 is bonded at the bottom of the elastic base layer 4, a plurality of rectangular through holes are formed in the breathable layer 5 in a net structure, the thickness of the breathable layer 5 is larger than that of the second wear-resistant layer 7, and the second wear-resistant layer 7 is bonded between the second crease-resistant layer 6 and the skin-friendly layer 8, so that the breathable layer 5 can improve the breathable effect of the cloth; the skin-friendly layer 8 is formed by blending 1.5D 38mm aloe fibers and milk protein fibers, the skin-friendly layer 8 and the second wear-resistant layer 7 are bonded by glue, the thickness of the skin-friendly layer 8 is the same as that of the flame-retardant protective layer 1, and the cloth skin-friendly layer 8 is convenient to use by being skin-friendly on one side.
