Claims (12)
1. A flexible corner base fixture, comprising:
a base plate;
the flexible mounting plate is arranged on the bottom plate;
the positioning assembly is arranged on the bottom plate and the flexible mounting plate and used for positioning the angle seat workpiece;
the flexible limiting piece is movably arranged on the positioning assembly and used for assisting the positioning assembly to position the angle seat workpiece;
and the clamping assembly is arranged on the positioning assembly and used for clamping the corner seat workpiece.
2. The flexible corner seat clamp of claim 1 wherein the positioning assembly comprises: the first positioning block is arranged on one side of the flexible mounting plate and is fixed with the bottom plate; the second positioning block is adjacent to the first positioning block and fixedly arranged on the flexible mounting plate; the third positioning block is adjacent to the second positioning block and fixedly arranged on the flexible mounting plate; and the fourth positioning block is adjacent to the third positioning block and movably arranged on the flexible mounting plate.
3. The flexible angle seat clamp of claim 2, wherein the first positioning block is provided with a first positioning surface, the first positioning surface is provided with a first positioning lug and a second positioning lug, and a limiting channel is formed between the first positioning lug and the second positioning lug; the positioning surface of the first positioning lug is provided with a yielding groove, and the top of the first positioning lug is provided with a clamping assembly; the first locating block is provided with an installation boss on one side close to the flexible installation plate, and the installation boss is provided with a flexible locating part.

The flexible corner seat clamp of claim 2 wherein the second locating block is secured to the flexible mounting plate by a first mounting plate; the second positioning block is provided with a second positioning surface, and a third positioning lug is arranged on the second positioning surface; a clamping assembly is mounted at the top of the third positioning lug; one end of the second positioning block is provided with an installation step, and the step surface of the installation step is lower than the second positioning surface; a positioning plate is arranged on one side of the mounting step, and the mounting step is provided with a flexible limiting piece; the flexible limiting part is arranged on the mounting step in a manner of clinging to the inner side of the positioning plate.

The flexible corner seat clamp of claim 2, wherein the third locating block is secured to the flexible mounting plate by a second mounting plate; the third positioning block is provided with a third positioning surface, and a fourth positioning lug is arranged on the third positioning surface; and a clamping assembly is mounted at the top of the fourth positioning lug.

The flexible corner seat clamp of claim 2, wherein the fourth locating block is disposed on the flexible mounting plate through a third mounting plate; the third mounting plate is provided with an adjusting through groove and is fixed on the flexible mounting plate in a position-adjustable manner through a screw arranged at the adjusting through groove; the fourth positioning block is provided with a fourth positioning surface, and the fourth positioning surface is provided with a fifth positioning lug; and a clamping assembly is mounted at the top of the fifth positioning lug.
7. The flexible corner seat clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the flexible limiting member has a base, and a mounting block is provided on one side of the base, and has a sliding groove thereon; the mounting block is provided with a limiting block which is connected with the mounting block in a sliding manner along the sliding groove; the limiting block is connected with the lug at the top of the base through a spring; and a wedge block is arranged between the limiting block and the convex block, the wedge block is installed on the base through an adjusting screw, and the limiting block is pushed out by the wedge block.

The flexible corner seat clamp of claim 7, wherein the base has a sliding through slot corresponding to the push-out direction of the limiting block; at least two sliding through grooves are arranged and arranged in parallel; the flexible limiting part is fixed on the positioning assembly in a position-adjustable manner through a screw arranged at the sliding through groove.
9. The flexible corner seat clamp of any one of claims 1-6 and 8 wherein the base plate has a first pre-positioned hole, a second pre-positioned hole; a guide bolt is arranged in the first prepositioning hole and inserted into the first positioning block for prepositioning, and a screw is arranged on the bottom surface of the bottom plate to be fixed with the first positioning module; and a guide bolt is arranged in the second prepositioning hole and inserted into the flexible mounting plate for prepositioning.
10. The flexible corner seat clamp of claim 9 wherein the bottom plate has a screw on its bottom surface for attachment to the flexible mounting plate; the flexible mounting plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes and a plurality of positioning sliding grooves at intervals; the flexible mounting plate is fixedly provided with a second positioning block, a third positioning block and a fourth positioning block in a position-adjustable manner through mounting holes; guide sliding blocks are arranged on the bottom surfaces of the second positioning block and the third positioning block, and the second positioning block and the third positioning block are in sliding alignment in the direction of the positioning sliding grooves through the guide sliding blocks.
11. The flexible corner seat clamp of claim 10 further comprising a clamping assembly disposed on said base plate; the clamping assembly is provided with a mounting seat, and the bottom of the mounting seat is arranged on the bottom plate through a concave position; and a third prepositioning hole is formed in the bottom plate, and a guide bolt is arranged in the third prepositioning hole to be inserted into the clamping component for prepositioning.
12. The corner seat machining equipment is characterized by comprising a flexible corner seat clamp, an installation tray and a drilling assembly, wherein the flexible corner seat clamp is used for clamping and fixing a corner seat workpiece; the mechanical arm clamps the flexible angle seat clamp through the clamping assembly and then fixes the flexible angle seat clamp on the mounting tray; the mounting tray is transported to a position to be processed through a transport assembly; the drilling assembly is aligned above the surface to be processed of the angle seat workpiece; the flexible corner seat clamp is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
