Abstract

一种改良的自行车辅助把手,尤指一种可做多种 变换握持方式的辅助把手,主要是将整支辅助把手本 体中段设成向一侧曲弧凸出较粗的端环状,于端环一 侧向内凹设一凹孔槽,由向外一侧凸出弧面的中央切 设一开口槽深入到凹孔槽底部,并于端环凸出部分依 开口槽上下两侧分别设相对的穿孔及螺孔,供辅助把 手插组到车把手杆端后,可通过螺栓锁合开口槽使其 固接在把手杆上,而于本体锥斜顶端供与一辅助手杆 锁接,共同组成一完整的辅助把手。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种改良的自行车辅助把手,主要为一种具曲弧流线造形握持舒适设计,且其顶部可插接具任意转向辅助手杆的新式辅助把手。
现行常见的一般辅助把手杆的设计,其大致如图4所示,其主要将把手杆本体40设成具上、下两个不同的穿孔41、42,其中下端部的穿孔42为一圆孔并呈一倾斜状穿设,而两穿孔41、42间则设留一连接肋片43,于肋片43的中央开设一开口槽44,使两穿孔41、42呈一相连状,而于被锯开的开口槽44的两半,配合由柄体的一侧向内凹设一贯穿的凹槽孔,而于相对位置的另一半部则设留一螺孔,供一螺栓45配合锁装,将握柄本体40插组到车把手杆46的一端后,配合以螺栓45向内锁入,待其锁紧操作,即可使整个开口槽44的间距适当缩小,使辅助把手杆46可固装于车把手杆46上,达到握持操控的使用。
然而,上述的辅助把手杆的设计,其构造不仅单薄,更因其整体造形为一扁平状设计,且仅及于车把手杆46的上方或依辅助把手锁装的一侧位置,故就握持的区域限制而言,其明显受限而不尽实用,尤其以自行车的使用范围在现行的社会里,有极大多数的人将其当做休闲用工具,灵活的操控性便为首要,而以上述的一般常见辅助把手的使用,其明显限制住整部车把手的握持方式,相对亦限制住整个行车操控的灵活性,故极待改良。
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种适用于各种车把手杆使用具特殊弯弧曲线设计的辅助把手,依上半段把手杆插合组装的设计,使辅助把手杆的上半段设成一具活动转向变换握持方向的辅助把手杆设计,达到握持舒适、操控安全的目的。
本实用新型主要提供一种可做多种变换握持方式的辅助把手,主要将整支辅助把手本体中段设成向一侧曲弧凸出较粗的端环状,于端环一侧向内凹设一凹孔槽,由向外一侧凸出弧面的中央切设一开口槽深入到凹孔槽底部,并于端环凸出部分,依开口槽的上下两侧分别设相对的穿孔及螺孔,供辅助把手插组到车把手杆端后,可通过螺栓锁合开口槽使其固接在把手杆上,而于本体的锥斜顶端供与一辅助手杆锁接,共同组成一完整的辅助把手。
本实用新型改良的自行车辅助把手,包含有一辅助手杆及车把手杆等构件:其特征在于:将整支辅助把手设成一把手杆及一设成树干状的辅助把手本体,其中本体下半段成一直杆状,而于中央设成一树干节眼般的扁平端环,端环的中央设留一凹落的孔槽,一侧向外凸伸出的端环部,开设一开口槽延伸到凹孔槽的近底部,而于外侧配合以一螺栓以锁合开口槽,供将辅助把手的本体予以锁固在车把手杆一端,而于本体的上半段则由直杆段延伸到顶部自成一锥斜状的接头,接头中央设留一贯穿孔,供配合以螺栓由底部插入锁接另一辅助手杆,使构成一分布于车把手杆上下两侧均可握持的辅助把手。
所述改良的自行车辅助把手,其中辅助手杆与本体间,可通过一钨司插组于辅助手杆内做锁固连接组合。
所述改良的自行车辅助把手,其中本体顶部的锥形接头可设成中空的锥斜管状。

本实用新型的改良的自行车辅助把手,如图1、2所示,其中辅助把手的本体10一端设成直杆状,中间则设成一扁平端环11状,并向一侧弯弧外凸伸出,另延直杆的位置向上延伸成一弯凸出的锥形状中空接头12,其整体造形有如一树干的节眼状,其中于中段扁平的端环11中央预设一凹落的孔槽13,直径恰与车把手杆30的杆径相同,可使本实用新型的辅助把手的本体10直接插合于车把手杆30的一端,而于扁平向外凸伸出的一侧,由外向孔槽13的中央具设一开口槽14,槽深延伸到孔槽13近底部处,并于扁平端环11外凸出的一侧,由底侧向上与开口槽14呈垂直状的钻设,于开口槽14的两相对边上分设一穿孔15及螺孔16,使配合螺栓17的锁紧操作,可将辅助把手的本体10予以固装于车把手杆30的一端,达到使用的安全。
另值得一提的即是于本体10顶部凸伸出的锥斜接头12,除具中空的管形设计外,更于底部以一穿孔18与其相对底端的凹槽孔19相连通,其主要可配合一钨司21的插组以延接一辅助手杆20,而通过辅助手杆20活动式的插接设计,可通过锁紧螺栓22放松钨司21的固定情形,即可做为辅助手杆20的放松转向调整,如图3所示的组装调整变换的转向示意,使整支辅助把手的组装,更富变换的弹性,更符实际使用的方便特性。
而以本实用新型所示辅助把手的本体10造形设计,其与车把手杆30相互插组的凹孔槽13予以设计于本体10的中段,使辅助把手的握持范围分布于车把手杆30的上、下两侧,尤其以本实用新型本体10上中段特殊的弯弧状外形曲弧线设计,可方便手部握持姿势可做上下不同位置的任意调整变换,将大幅改善整个车行操控性,亦将使整个握持更符舒适安全的特性,此亦正是一般辅助把手设计使用上所无法改善,而以本实用新型的辅助把手设计,将可确实的改善一般常见同类产品使用上的诸多不便,可说是自行车界辅助把手的一大创新改良。

Claims (3)

1、一种改良的自行车辅助把手,包含有一辅助手杆及车把手杆等构件:其特征在于:将辅助把手设成一把手杆及一设成树干状的辅助把手本体,其中本体下半段成一直杆状,而于中央设成一树干节眼般的扁平端环,端环的中央设留一凹落孔槽,一侧向外凸伸出的端环部,开设一开口槽延伸到凹孔槽的近底部,而于外侧配合以一螺栓以锁合开口槽,供将辅助把手的本体予以锁固在车把手杆一端,而于本体的上半段则由直杆段延伸到顶部自成一锥斜状的接头,接头中央设留一贯穿孔,供配合以螺栓由底部插入锁接另一辅助手杆,使构成一分布于车把手杆上下两侧均可握持的辅助把手。
2、如权利要求1所述改良的自行车辅助把手,其特征在于:辅助手杆与本体间,可通过一钨司插组于辅助手杆内做锁固连接组合。
3、如权利要求1所述改良自行车辅助把手,其特征在于:本体顶部的锥形接头可设成中空的锥斜管状。
