Schematically, the second bracket 3 is provided with a notch, the notch and the main board 21 enclose a containing groove, and the battery 4 is located in the containing groove and is fixedly connected with the main board 21. In one possible embodiment, the outer side of the second carrier 3 is provided with a plurality of key contacts 31 facing the control keys 111, wherein a plurality of key contacts 31 arranged at intervals may be provided on two opposite sides of the second carrier 3. It is worth mentioning that, in the related art, a battery compartment for installing or detaching the battery 4 is provided inside the housing 1, and in order to ensure that the battery 4 can be installed or detached smoothly, a fit gap needs to be provided between the battery 4 and the battery compartment. In this embodiment, the battery 4 is fixedly mounted on the main board 21, so that a fit gap can be avoided, and the overall thickness of the multifunctional lighting device is further reduced.
In this embodiment, the second bracket 3 may play a role of fixing the battery 4, and the key contact 31 may be disposed on the outer side surface of the second bracket 3, so that the key contact 31 does not increase the thickness of the main board 21. By installing the battery 4 in the accommodating chamber of the second bracket 3, the thickness of the combined body formed by the battery 4, the main board 21 and the key contacts 31 can be reduced, so that the overall thickness of the multifunctional lighting device can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the multifunctional lighting device further includes a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface and an indicator light 28, wherein the USB interface 27 may be a Type-C interface, and the indicator light 28 may be a light-emitting diode (LED). The USB interface 27 is installed on the main board 21, and the USB interface 27 is electrically connected to the main board 21, so that the multifunctional lighting device can transmit data to an external device through a cable by providing the USB interface 27, and simultaneously, an external power supply can supply power to the battery 4 of the multifunctional lighting device through the USB interface 27. It is easy to understand that, the casing 11 is provided with a plug wire hole facing the USB interface 27, and an external cable can be plugged into the USB interface 27 through the plug wire hole. Fig. 2 and 7 show that a rubber plug 114 for sealing the wire insertion hole is further disposed on the housing 11 to prevent external dust or moisture from damaging the USB interface 27.
An indicator lamp 28 is mounted on a side of the light source board 26 facing the front cover 12, and the indicator lamp 28 is electrically connected to the light source board 26. Accordingly, a second light-transmitting hole 127 facing the indicator light 28 is provided on the front cover 12 of the housing 1. Exemplarily, a light guide column is disposed between the indicator light 28 and the second light hole 127, two ends of the light guide column respectively abut against the edges of the indicator light 28 and the second light hole 127, and light emitted from the indicator light 28 is guided to the second light hole 127 by the light guide column. The USB interface 27 is provided to facilitate charging of the battery 4 and data transmission between the multifunctional lighting device and other devices, and the indicator light 28 can display the charging/discharging status of the television, for example, the indicator light 28 emits light during the charging process of the battery 4 to display that the battery 4 is being charged.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 6, as a specific implementation of the multifunctional lighting device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the multifunctional lighting device further includes a receiving antenna 71, a first transmitting antenna 72 and a second transmitting antenna 73, wherein the receiving antenna 71 can receive a plurality of different signals, for example, a four-in-one antenna can be used as the receiving antenna 71. The first transmitting antenna 72 and the second transmitting antenna 73 may respectively transmit two different signals, for example, a WiFi antenna may be used as the first transmitting antenna 72, and a 4G antenna may be used as the second transmitting antenna 73. Fig. 3 shows that the receiving antenna 71, the first transmitting antenna 72 and the second transmitting antenna 73 are all metal sheet structures. The receiving antenna 71 and the second transmitting antenna 73 are both mounted on the front cover 12, the first transmitting antenna 72 is mounted on the second bracket 3, and the receiving antenna 71, the second transmitting antenna 73 and the first transmitting antenna 72 are electrically connected to the main board 21 respectively. Fig. 5 shows that a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) socket 211 is installed on the main board 21, a SIM card can be inserted into the SIM socket 211, and a 4G signal can be transmitted through the SIM card and the 4G antenna, so that the multifunctional lighting device can be used for intercommunication.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 6, two sets of antenna contacts 251 are disposed on the first bracket 25, wherein two ends of one set of antenna contacts 251 are electrically abutted against the receiving antenna 71 and the main board 21, respectively, and two ends of the other set of antenna contacts 251 are electrically abutted against the second transmitting antenna 73 and the main board 21, respectively. The second bracket 3 is also provided with an antenna contact 251, and two ends of the antenna contact 251 are respectively and electrically abutted against the second transmitting antenna 73 and the main board 21. Fig. 4 and 6 show the antenna contacts 251 metal posts with which electrical connection between the antenna and the main board 21 can be achieved.
In a possible implementation manner, the multifunctional lighting device may install a positioning module, such as a GPS positioning module, on the main board 21, and the positioning module transmits the position information through the first transmitting antenna 72 and the second transmitting antenna 73, that is, the multifunctional lighting device provided in this embodiment may further have a function of remote positioning. In another possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the control key 111 further includes an SOS key, and correspondingly, the key contact 31 includes an SOS contact opposite to the SOS key, and when the operator presses the SOS key to make the SOS key electrically contact with the SOS contact, the main board 21 may send a distress signal to the remote terminal through the first transmitting antenna 72 and the second transmitting antenna 73, that is, the multifunctional lighting device provided in this embodiment may further have a function of calling for help by one key.
In this embodiment, the multifunctional lighting device is provided with the first receiving antenna 71 and the second receiving antenna 71, so that the multifunctional lighting device can use two communication protocols for communication, and the reliable communication of the working personnel in a remote place can be ensured.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 6, as a specific implementation of the multifunctional lighting device provided in the embodiments of the present application, the lighting component 23 includes an illuminating lamp 231 and a floodlight lens 232, and an LED may be used as the illuminating lamp 231. The illumination lamp 231 is mounted on the first bracket 25, and in particular, the illumination lamp 231 may be mounted on the light source plate 26 on a side of the first bracket 25 facing the front cover 12. The light 231 is electrically connected with the main board 21, the floodlight lens 232 is arranged on the front cover 12, and the floodlight lens 232 is arranged right opposite to the light 231. In a possible implementation manner, a second mounting hole facing the illuminating lamp 231 is formed in the front cover 12, and the reflective lens may be mounted inside the second mounting hole. It is easily understood that the floodlight lens 232 can expand the illumination range of the illumination lamp 231, so that the illumination member 23 can function as floodlight.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 2-4, as a specific implementation of the multifunctional lighting device provided in the embodiment of the present application, an air vent 121 is formed on the front cover 12, and a waterproof air permeable film 122 is installed on an inner side of the front cover 12 and is opposite to the air vent 121. The waterproof and breathable film 122 can be fixed on the front cover 12 by adhesion. It is easy to understand that when the multifunctional lighting device is in operation, the main board assembly 2 generates heat, and the ventilation holes 121 are formed in the front cover 12 to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation. The waterproof breathable film 122 can prevent external moisture from entering the inside of the housing 1 through the vent holes 121, and the specific structure of the waterproof breathable film 122 is not limited in this embodiment, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable waterproof breathable film 122 according to actual needs.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to fig. 4, as a specific implementation manner of the multifunctional lighting device provided in the embodiment of the present application, a sound pickup hole 123 facing the microphone 24 is further formed on the front cover 12, wherein the sound pickup hole 123 may be a circular through hole formed on the front cover 12, and a waterproof sound-transmitting film 124 facing the sound pickup hole 123 is installed on an inner side of the front cover 12. It is easily understood that the sound pickup hole 123 facilitates the transmission of external sound into the interior of the casing 1 to be received by the microphone 24, and the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane 124 prevents external moisture from entering the interior of the casing 1 through the sound pickup hole 123.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 7, as a specific implementation manner of the multifunctional lighting device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the multifunctional lighting device further includes a display screen 8, a window for installing the display screen 8 is opened on a side of the housing 11 facing the front cover 12, wherein the window may be opened on a side of the housing 11 facing away from the front cover 12, and the display screen 8 is electrically connected to the main board 21. In this embodiment, the staff can check the use status of each functional component of the multifunctional lighting device through the display screen 8. In a possible implementation manner, a plurality of screen keys are arranged on the bottom edge of the display screen 8, and the information displayed by the display screen 8 can be switched by pressing the screen keys by a worker.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 as a specific implementation of the multifunctional lighting device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the multifunctional lighting device further includes a back clip 9, the back clip 9 includes a first connecting piece 91 and a second connecting piece 92, and schematically, the first connecting piece 91 and the second connecting piece 92 may be both of a strip-shaped sheet-shaped structure. One end of the first connecting piece 91 is hinged to the housing 11, illustratively, one end of the first connecting piece 91 is hinged to the top end of the housing 11, and the position between the back clamp 9 and the housing 1 can be adjusted by rotating the first connecting piece 91, so that the worker can conveniently check the information displayed by the display screen 8. The second connecting member 92 is pivotally mounted to the first connecting member 91, and specifically, an end of the second connecting member 92 is pivotally mounted to the first connecting member 91 near a connection point with the housing 11. When the worker carries the multifunctional illumination apparatus, the edge of the collar or the pocket may be clamped between the first connector 91 and the second connector 92. In this embodiment, through setting up back splint 9, the staff of being convenient for carries multi-functional lighting device.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-function lighting device, comprising:
the shell comprises a shell body with an accommodating chamber and a front cover arranged on the shell body in a covering mode;
the main board assembly comprises a main board arranged in the accommodating cavity, a first support arranged on the side surface of the main board facing the front cover, and an illuminating component and a microphone which are respectively arranged on the side surface of the first support facing the front cover, wherein a camera is also arranged on the first support, and the camera, the illuminating component and the microphone are respectively and electrically connected with the main board;
the battery is arranged in an area enclosed by the main board and the front cover, and the battery is electrically connected with the main board.

The multifunctional lighting device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a speaker installed inside the receiving chamber, the speaker being provided in a region spaced between the main board assembly and the inner circumferential surface of the housing, the speaker being electrically connected to the main board.
3. The multifunctional lighting device as claimed in claim 2, wherein said housing has a sound outlet hole formed therein and facing said speaker, a sealing gasket is disposed between said speaker and an inner circumferential surface of said housing, and said sound outlet hole is formed in said sealing gasket.
4. The multifunctional lighting device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second bracket mounted on a side of the main board facing the front cover, the second bracket being spaced apart from the first bracket, and a receiving groove for receiving the battery being defined between the second bracket and the main board.
5. The multifunctional lighting device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a receiving antenna, a first transmitting antenna and a second transmitting antenna, wherein the receiving antenna and the second transmitting antenna are both mounted on the front cover, the first transmitting antenna is mounted on the second bracket, and the receiving antenna, the second transmitting antenna and the first transmitting antenna are respectively electrically connected to the main board.
6. The multi-function lighting fixture of claim 1 wherein said lighting component comprises a light mounted to said first support, said light electrically connected to said main board, and a flood lens mounted to said bezel, said flood lens positioned opposite said light.
7. The multifunctional lighting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the front cover is provided with air holes, and a waterproof air permeable film is installed on the inner side of the front cover and faces the air holes.
8. The multifunctional lighting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the front cover further defines a sound pickup hole facing the microphone, and a waterproof sound-transmitting film facing the sound pickup hole is mounted on an inner side of the front cover.
9. The multifunctional lighting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a display screen, wherein a window for mounting the display screen is formed on a side of the housing facing the front cover, and the display screen is electrically connected to the main board.
10. The multi-function lighting device as recited in any one of claims 1-6, further comprising a back clip, said back clip comprising a first connector and a second connector, said first connector being hingedly mounted to said housing at one end, said second connector being hingedly mounted to said first connector.
