Specifically, in the present embodiment, the key assembly 50 is disposed in the third casing 13 and fixed on the third casing 13.
Specifically, the third housing 13 is provided as a metal member, which reinforces the rigidity of the rear portion of the flashlight 100.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the key assembly 50 includes a key plate 52 and a key cap 53, the key plate 52 is fixed on the third casing 13, the third thimble 51 is disposed on the key plate 52, the third thimble 51 and the key cap 53 are respectively disposed on two sides of the key plate 52, and the key cap 53 is disposed outward, so that a user can press the key cap 53 conveniently. The edge of the key cap 53 is fixed on the third casing 13, the middle of the side of the key plate 52 away from the third thimble 51 is a pressing part, the middle of the key cap 53 is located outside the key plate 52 and faces the pressing part of the key plate 52, and the middle of the key cap 53 is used for being pressed to press the key plate 52, so as to trigger the key plate 52 to start or close the battery 40. In which the key cap 53 is provided in an elastically restorable structure.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third thimble 51 is fixed on one side of the key board 52, and at least a portion of the third thimble 51 extends into the key board 52, so as to shorten the distance between the key board 52 and the battery 40 and reduce the overall length of the flashlight 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the number of the third ejector pins 51 is three, the three first ejector pins 31 are uniformly disposed on one side of the key board 52 facing the battery 40, and the three first ejector pins 31 are simultaneously abutted and conducted with one end of the battery 40, so as to prevent the first housing 11 and the third housing 13 from being electrically conductive to affect the explosion-proof performance of the flashlight 100.
Specifically, in this embodiment, an LED lamp (not shown) may be further disposed on the key board 52 as required, the LED lamp is electrically connected to the key board 52, the key cap 53 is made of a transparent material, and when the middle portion of the key cap 53 is pressed to start the key board 52, the LED lamp is started, which is an azimuth lamp at the tail of the flashlight 100. The LED lamp can be set to any color, and when the azimuth lamp is not needed, the LED lamp can not be set.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, a pressing plate 55 is further disposed on an inner side wall of the third casing 13, the pressing plate 55 is an annular pressing plate 55, the key cap 53 and the key plate 52 are both fixed on the pressing plate 55, the key plate 52 is located in the pressing plate 55, and an edge of the key cap 53 is fixed on the pressing plate 55, so as to fix and limit the key cap 53.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the third sealing ring 132 is supported between the inner side wall of the third casing 13 and the outer side wall of the pressing plate 55, and the third sealing ring 132 may be a sealing ring structure made of a rubber ring, a silica gel ring or other materials, so as to enhance the fixation between the third casing 13 and the pressing plate 55, and meanwhile, the sealing at the joint of the third casing 13 and the pressing plate 55 may be realized, so as to be used for waterproofing, and facilitate the installation and the removal between the third casing 13 and the pressing plate 55.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a buffer 54 is abutted between the battery 40 and the key board 52, the buffer 54 is provided with a clearance hole, the third thimble 51 passes through the clearance hole 541 and abuts against the battery 40, so as to provide a compression space between the key board 52 and the battery 40, prevent the third thimble 51 from directly impacting the battery 40 to damage the third thimble 51, and meanwhile, properly adjust the abutting relationship between the third thimble 51 and the battery 40, and enhance the conduction between the third thimble 51 and the battery 40.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the buffer 54 is a cushion pad, which has elasticity, and the buffer 54 may be a rubber pad or a silicone pad or other elastic structure.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first sealing ring 122, the second sealing ring 123 and the third sealing ring 132 may be silicon rubber rings, rubber rings or other elastic and sealing rings.

Claims (10)

1. A flashlight, comprising:
a housing;
the lighting assembly is arranged at one end of the inner cavity of the shell;
the circuit board is provided with a first thimble and a second thimble at two ends, and the first thimble is abutted against the lighting assembly and is electrically connected with the lighting assembly;
the battery is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell, and one end of the battery is abutted and electrically connected to the second ejector pin;
and the key assembly is arranged at the other end of the inner cavity of the shell, a third ejector pin is arranged on the key assembly, and the other end of the battery is abutted and electrically connected to the third ejector pin.
2. The flashlight of claim 1, wherein the illumination assembly comprises an ejector plate, a lamp panel and a display lamp disposed on the lamp panel, the lamp panel is electrically connected to the ejector plate, and the first thimble abuts against a side of the ejector plate.
3. The flashlight of claim 2, wherein the housing comprises a first housing and a second housing, the second housing at least partially extending into and secured within the first housing, the ejector plate and the light source plate both being disposed on the second housing.
4. The flashlight of claim 1, wherein the housing is a metal piece.
5. The flashlight of claim 3, wherein a transparent member and a reflector are disposed in the second housing, the reflector is cup-shaped and has one end covered on the display lamp, and the transparent member abuts against the other end of the reflector and is sealed on the second housing.
6. The flashlight of claim 5, wherein a positioning plate is disposed on the second housing, the light source board is limited between the positioning plate and the second housing, and one end of the reflector abuts against the positioning plate.
7. The flashlight of claim 3, wherein the first housing is provided with an electric quantity display window for displaying the electric quantity of the battery, the inner side wall of the first housing is respectively fixed with a first bracket and a second bracket, the first bracket abuts against the second bracket, a sealing element abuts between the second bracket and the first housing, and the sealing element is arranged on the outer edge of the electric quantity display window.
8. The flashlight of claim 3, wherein the housing further comprises a third housing, the third housing is secured to the first housing, a seal ring is disposed between the third housing and the first housing, and the key assembly is secured to the third housing.
9. The flashlight of claim 8, wherein the key assembly includes a key plate secured to the third housing and a key cap, the third thimble is disposed on the key plate, the key cap is secured to the third housing at an edge thereof, and a central portion of the key cap is located outside the key plate and is configured to be pressed to press the key plate.
10. The flashlight of claim 9, wherein a buffer member is abutted between the battery and the button plate, the buffer member is provided with a clearance hole, and the third ejector pin penetrates through the clearance hole.
