In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the controller further includes a hole cap 9, and the hole cap 9 is disposed in the fixing hole 116. The hole cap 9 is placed in the fixing hole 116, so that the corrosion of the threaded connector in the fixing hole 116 can be prevented, and the flatness of the surface of the face shell 11 can be ensured. The cap 9 may be rubber, silicone or other materials as are known in the art.
Based on the same inventive concept, the utility model also provides an embodiment of the signal control system, which comprises an actuator and the controller; the controller is used for sending an execution command signal to the actuator; the actuator is used for executing the function matched with the execution instruction signal according to the execution instruction signal. For example, the actuator is an air conditioner control host, the controller is electrically connected with the air conditioner control host through the flat cable, and the controller may be a module integrated in the air conditioner control host or an external module electrically connected with the air conditioner control host; the controller receives an external control message and then sends a control signal to the air conditioner control host through the control message, so that the aim of controlling the working state of the air conditioner is fulfilled; the control message may be a control message sent by an air conditioner remote controller, or a control message sent by an intelligent carrier such as a mobile phone or a tablet, which is provided with corresponding control software.

Claims (24)

1. A controller, comprising:
the shell is provided with an accommodating part;
the communication assembly is arranged in the accommodating part and comprises at least one microswitch which is arranged to protrude out of the shell;
the indication direction of the indication component protrudes towards the microswitch to one side of the shell and is connected with the communication component.
2. The controller of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a face shell and a bottom cover, the face shell and the bottom cover are detachably connected, and the micro switch is disposed to protrude from the face shell.
3. The controller of claim 2, further comprising a sealing member, wherein a waterproof groove is formed in a periphery of the inner edge of the face shell, the sealing member is placed in the waterproof groove, a waterproof rib is correspondingly formed in a periphery of the edge of the bottom cover, and the waterproof rib abuts against the sealing member.
4. The controller of claim 3, wherein the seal has a thickness greater than a spacing between the water-resistant channel and the water-resistant rib.
5. The controller according to claim 3, wherein the front cover is provided with at least one first mounting hole, the bottom cover is correspondingly provided with at least one second mounting hole, the at least one first mounting hole is arranged outside the waterproof groove, and the at least one second mounting hole is arranged outside the waterproof rib.
6. The controller of claim 2, wherein the communication assembly further comprises a PCB board, the micro switch is fixed on the PCB board, and the controller further comprises a PCB fixing portion for fixing the PCB board.
7. The controller of claim 6, wherein the PCB securing portion comprises at least one first PCB securing stud disposed on a bottom surface of the face housing; or the PCB fixing part comprises at least one second PCB fixing stud arranged on the bottom cover; or, the PCB fixing part comprises at least one positioning rib arranged on the bottom cover and at least one fixing rib arranged on the bottom surface of the face shell, the positioning rib is used for positioning the PCB, and the fixing rib is used for fixing the PCB.
8. The controller of claim 7, wherein the PCB board is provided with a PCB fixing hole, and the first PCB fixing stud or the second PCB fixing stud or the positioning rib passes through the PCB fixing hole.
9. The controller of claim 8, wherein at least one PCB support part is provided inside the housing for carrying the PCB board, the PCB support part comprising a first PCB support rib provided on the bottom surface of the face housing and/or a second PCB support rib provided on the bottom cover.
10. The controller of claim 6, wherein the inner side wall of the face shell is provided with at least one PCB limiting rib, and the PCB limiting rib abuts against the PCB.
11. The controller of claim 6, wherein the communication assembly further comprises a communication cord set, and a connection terminal disposed on the PCB board, the connection terminal being connected to the communication cord set.
12. The controller of claim 11, wherein said face shell is provided with a notch at one side, the inside of said notch being provided with a first half-threading hole; a convex block is arranged at the position of the bottom cover corresponding to the notch, and a second half threading hole is formed in the convex block; the first half-threading hole is matched with the second half-threading hole, so that the first half-threading hole and the second half-threading hole are combined to form a wire outlet when the face shell and the bottom cover are in a covering state, and the communication wire group passes through the wire outlet.
13. The controller of claim 11, wherein the face shell is provided with an outlet through which the set of communication lines passes; or the bottom cover is provided with an outlet, and the communication line group penetrates through the outlet.
14. The controller according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the communication line set is a flat cable, a flat cable terminal is disposed at one end of the flat cable, the flat cable terminal is connected to the connection terminal, and the flat cable and the outlet are sealed by a sealant.
15. The controller of claim 6, further comprising a cover membrane disposed on the bottom exterior surface of the face housing, the cover membrane having a shape that conforms to the shape of the bottom exterior surface of the face housing.
16. The controller as claimed in claim 15, wherein the face housing is provided with at least one key hole corresponding to the micro switch, the micro switch at least partially protrudes from the key hole, and the cover film is provided with a bump key corresponding to the key hole.
17. The controller of claim 16, wherein the communication assembly further comprises at least one relay disposed on the PCB board, and the indicating assembly comprises at least one operating status indicator light connected to the relay and at least one switch indicator light connected to the micro switch.
18. The controller of claim 17, wherein the front housing has at least one first light-transmitting portion and at least one second light-transmitting portion, the first light-transmitting portion is used for transmitting light of the operation status indicator light, the second light-transmitting portion is used for transmitting light of the switch indicator light, and the cover film has light-transmitting holes at positions corresponding to the first light-transmitting portion and the second light-transmitting portion.
19. The controller of claim 18, wherein the first light transmission portion and/or the second light transmission portion is a light transmission through hole or a thinned light transmission structure.
20. A control as claimed in any of claims 3 to 5, wherein the face shell is further provided with at least one fixing aperture, the fixing aperture being arranged to accommodate the mounting of a threaded connector.
21. The controller of claim 20, wherein said front cover is provided with at least one hollow portion, said fixing hole being provided in said hollow portion.
22. The controller of claim 20, wherein the at least one securing hole is disposed outside of the watertight slot.
23. The controller of claim 21 or 22, further comprising an orifice cap disposed in the fixation orifice.
24. A signal control system comprising an actuator and a controller according to any one of claims 1 to 23;
the controller is used for sending an execution command signal to the actuator;
the actuator is used for executing the function matched with the execution instruction signal according to the execution instruction signal.
