Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the utility model is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the utility model. As used herein, the term "or/and" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The current packaging liners are mostly liners made of folded cardboard or plastic liners having a shape adapted to the shape of the product to be carried. The existing packaging lining can not provide good buffering and shock absorption protection for a product, and the shock is easily transmitted to the product; in addition, for reliably bearing the product, prevent that the product unstability from rocking, the structure of packing inside lining is complicated, needs to set up locating surface or adaptation face according to the shape of being born the product, and this leads to packing inside lining's manufacturing cost height, and production efficiency is low. Specifically, the folding process of the cardboard liner is complicated, a specific folding device is required, the shape of the plastic liner depends on the shape of the product to be carried, and a special design process is required.
The present invention provides a packaging unit 100 comprising a product 102 and a packaging liner 101 carrying the product 102. The packaging lining 101 comprises a positioning pad 10, the positioning pad 10 comprises a first pad 11 and a second pad 12 which are oppositely arranged, and the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 are respectively provided with a first window 111 and a second window 121; the packaging liner 101 further comprises a first cover film 21 at least partially covering the first liner 11 and a second cover film 22 at least partially covering the second liner 12. Since the first liner 11 and the second liner 12 are disposed to face each other, the first coating film 21 and the second coating film 22 are also disposed to face each other.
Please refer to fig. 9, fig. 1 to fig. 2, and fig. 5 to fig. 8. The product 102 is disposed between the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 and protrudes through the first window 111 and the second window 121, respectively. The side of the product 102 extending out of the first window 111 tensions the first cover film 21 and the side of the product 102 extending out of the second window 121 tensions the second cover film 22. Under the tension of the product 102, the first film 21 and the second film 22 are subjected to drawing deformation.
For convenience of description, a portion of the product extending out of the first pad 11 is defined as a first side portion, and a portion of the product extending out of the second pad 12 is defined as a second side portion.
The product 102, although extending beyond the first window 111 and the second window 121, does not contact the edges of the first window 111 and the edges of the second window 121. The clamping fixation of the product 102 is completely ensured by the pressure and static friction of the first and second cover films 21, 22 acting on the first and second side portions, respectively.
The product 102 is suspended from the ground-proximal ends of the first liner 11 and the second liner 12 by being clamped together by the first cover film 21 and the second cover film 22. The proximal ends of the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 refer to: when the packaging unit 100 is placed on the carrying surface, the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 contact one end of the carrying surface, respectively. Thus, the product 102 does not contact the carrying surface.
The carrying surface may be a shop window platform plane, a counter or a table, or an inner bottom wall of the outer packaging body 210 for accommodating the packaging unit 100.
The present invention is not limited to any particular type or function of the product 102 in the packaging unit 100, and the product 102 may be a monitoring device, a sensing device, an alarm device, or a portable audio-visual entertainment device.
The packaging unit 100 provided by the utility model has the following beneficial effects:
1) the product is clamped in a mode that the first covering film and the second covering film generate deep drawing deformation, when external vibration impact acts on the packaging lining, the first covering film and the second covering film convert mechanical energy of the first liner and the second liner after the first liner and the second liner are impacted into respective deformation potential energy of the first covering film and the second covering film, so that the effects of buffering and filtering shock are achieved, and sufficient buffering and shock absorption protection can be provided for the product;
2) the product is suspended without contacting the first liner and the second liner, so that the phenomenon that the deformation of the first coating and/or the second coating is insufficient after the first liner or the second liner contacts the product can be avoided, namely, the clamping and fixing of the product are completely ensured by the pressure and the static friction force of the first coating and the second coating acting on the product, and the buffering and shock absorption protection effects of the packaging liner on the product are better;
3) the packaging unit of the utility model adopts the packaging lining with simpler structure and lower production and processing cost, and does not need to configure special folding equipment aiming at the appearance structure of the carried product or design a specific packaging lining production process.
The larger the tensile force of the first side portion to the first coating 21 and the tensile force of the second side portion to the second coating 22, the larger the clamping pressure and static friction force of the first coating 21 and the second coating 22 to the product, and thus the stronger and safer the product is clamped.
In this embodiment, the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 are both flat plate-like structures; in other embodiments, the first pad 11 and/or the second pad 12 may also be other structures, such as a polygonal frame structure.
To ensure that the packaging unit 100 can be stably placed on the carrying surface, in the present embodiment, the proximal end of the first pad 11 and the proximal end of the second pad 12 are disposed in a coplanar manner.
The first liner 11 and the second liner 12 may be corrugated cardboard or plastic sheets, and the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the first cover film 21 and the second cover film 22 can be reliably supported to prevent the first cover film 21 and the second cover film 22 from being wrinkled.
In a preferred embodiment, in the present embodiment, both the first coating film 21 and the second coating film 22 are transparent coatings 20, and may be completely transparent colorless coatings or may be colored translucent coatings 20. The transparent film is selected to facilitate the purchaser to observe the structure of the product 102 through the first film 21 and the second film 22 without taking out the product 102, so that the packaging unit 100 can be used as a display sample.
Of course, if the first cover film 21 and the second cover film 22 are used only as the clip product 102, the first cover film 21 and the second cover film 22 may also be opaque cover films.
The structural state of the package liner 101 when carrying the product is: the first gasket 11 and the second gasket 12 are disposed oppositely. The relative arrangement here includes both the case where the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 are arranged in parallel and the case where the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 form an included angle therebetween, as long as the product 102 is allowed to simultaneously protrude through the first window 111 and the second window 121.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first gasket 11 and the second gasket 12 are disposed in parallel and have the same shape.
For convenience of description, the following description "when the package liner 101 carries a product" indicates that the first liner 11 and the second liner 12 are disposed opposite to each other.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first window 111 is covered with all of the first coating film 21, and the second window 121 is covered with all of the second coating film 22. Thus, the area of the first side part contacting the first coating film 21 and the area of the second side part contacting the second coating film 22 can be increased, and the stability of the product clamped by the first coating film 21 and the second coating film 22 is improved.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first window 111 may be partially covered by the first film 21, and the second window 121 may be partially covered by the second film 22.
Further, the positioning pad 10 further includes a connection support portion 13 between the first pad 11 and the second pad 12, and the proximal end of the first pad 11 is connected through the connection support portion 13 and the proximal end of the second pad 12. When the first and second coatings 21 and 22 sandwich the product, the product 102 does not contact the connection support 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a packaging liner 101 according to an embodiment of the present invention in a flat state; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the positioning pad 10 in a flat state according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the connection support portion 13 is a flat plate structure, and the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 are integrally connected with the connection support portion 13 and are formed by bending. Wherein, a first fold 131 is arranged between the ground-proximal end of the first pad 11 and the connecting support portion 13, and a second fold 132 is arranged between the ground-proximal end of the second pad 12 and the connecting support portion 13.
Before the first pad 11, the second pad 12 and the connecting support portion 13 are bent, the pad 10 is positioned in a flat plate structure, outlines of the first pad 11, the second pad 12 and the connecting support portion 13 are obtained by cutting the flat plate structure, and then materials are removed on the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 to obtain the first window 111 and the second window 121, respectively.
In other embodiments, the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 may be connected by other methods, and they are not necessarily integrally formed; even more, the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 may not necessarily be connected as one body, and may be two separate structures.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4 together, fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a transparent cover film 20 in a flat state according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the first film 21 and the second film 22 are integrally connected, and both belong to the same transparent film 20, and the transparent film 20 is continuously bonded and fixed to one side of the positioning pad 10. When the packaging liner 101 carries a product, the first cover film 21 is located on the side of the first liner 11 facing the second liner 12, and the second cover film 22 is located on the side of the second liner 12 facing the first liner 11.
The transparent coating film 20 is bonded to the positioning pad 10 at one side thereof: the transparent cover film 20 is attached to the same side of the positioning pad 10 in the state that the first pad 11, the second pad 12 and the connecting and supporting portion 13 are flattened into a flat plate shape.
Due to the arrangement, the production and processing steps of the packaging lining 101 are fewer, so that the production efficiency of the packaging lining 101 is improved, and the beat is reduced; further, the first and second coatings 21 and 22 have higher connection strength to the first and second spacers 11 and 12, and the first and second coatings 21 and 22 are less likely to fall off from the positioning spacer 10 when a product applies a drawing force to the first and second coatings 21 and 22, respectively.
In one embodiment, the positioning pad 10 further includes a first anti-sloshing portion 151 and a second anti-sloshing portion 152 integrally connected to the connection support portion 13, the first anti-sloshing portion 151 and the connection support portion 13 are disposed in a flush and coplanar manner on a side away from the product 102 and protruding from a side of the first pad 11 away from the second pad 12, and the second anti-sloshing portion 152 and the connection support portion 13 are disposed in a flush and coplanar manner on a side away from the product 102 and protruding from a side of the second pad 12 away from the first pad 11.
The connecting support portion 13 is away from the product 102, i.e. the connecting support portion 13 directly contacts the carrying surface when the packaging unit 100 is placed on the carrying surface.
In this embodiment, the first and second shaking prevention parts 151 and 152 are integrally formed with the first and second liners 11 and 12 and the connection support part 13.
With such an arrangement, the packaging unit 100 can be more securely placed in a counter or a display window, the contact area between the packaging lining 101 and the carrying surface is larger, and the packaging unit 100 is less prone to shaking.
In one embodiment, the positioning pad 10 further comprises a first positioning portion connected to the first pad 11 facing away from the second pad 12 and a second positioning portion connected to the second pad 12 facing away from the first pad 11, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are respectively used for providing positioning and supporting for the first pad 11 and the second pad 12 when the packaging liner 101 is placed in the outer package body 210, so as to eliminate a sloshing gap of the packaging unit 100 relative to the outer package body 210.
When the first gasket 11 is disposed opposite to the second gasket 12, the first positioning portion protrudes with respect to the surface of the first gasket 11 on the side away from the second gasket 12, and the second positioning portion protrudes with respect to the surface of the second gasket 12 on the side away from the first gasket 11. The protruding height of the first positioning portion is greater than the height of the product extending out of the first window 111, and the protruding height of the second positioning portion is greater than the height of the product extending out of the second window 121.
The protruding height of the first positioning portion refers to the distance from the edge of the first positioning portion relatively far away from the first gasket 11 to the side of the first gasket 11 away from the second gasket 12, and the protruding height of the second positioning portion refers to the distance from the edge of the second positioning portion relatively far away from the second gasket 12 to the side of the second gasket 12 away from the first gasket 11.
With this arrangement, when the packaging unit 100 is placed in the exterior body 210, the inner wall surface of the exterior body 210 does not apply pressure to the product 102 by contacting the first cover film 21 or the second cover film 22, and therefore the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion can block the inner wall surface of the exterior body 210 from pressing against the product 102.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion have the same shape and structure, and the protruding heights of the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are the same. For convenience of description, the structure and function of the first positioning portion are described in detail below, and the structure of the second positioning portion can refer to the first positioning portion and is not expanded in detail.

The first positioning plate 141 is connected to a far end of the first pad 11 opposite to the near end, and the second positioning plate 142 is located between the near end and the far end of the first pad 11, and the two positioning plates are arranged adjacently; the first positioning portion further includes a bridging portion 143 connected to one of the first positioning plate 141 and the second positioning plate 142, and the bridging portion 143 is attached and fixed to the other of the first positioning plate 141 and the second positioning plate 142.
Alternatively, the fold between the first positioning plate 141 and the first pad 11 and the fold between the second positioning plate 142 and the first pad 11 are perpendicular to each other. When the product 102 is carried by the packaging liner 101, the first positioning plate 141 and the second positioning plate 142 are both bent toward the side of the first pad 11 facing away from the second pad 12, and the bending angle of the overlapping part 143 with respect to one of the first positioning plate 141 and the second positioning plate 142 is 90 °. If the packaging unit 100 is placed in the outer package 210, the side and edge of the first positioning plate 141 and the side and edge of the second positioning plate 142 are abutted against the inner wall of the outer package 210.
Furthermore, the positioning pad 10 further includes an anti-falling portion 144, the anti-falling portion 144 is connected to one of the first positioning plate 141 and the second positioning plate 142 for attaching the overlapping portion 143, and the overlapping portion 143 is provided with an anti-falling clamping groove 145; the retaining portion 144 can be bent and rotated with respect to the first positioning plate 141 or the second positioning plate 142 attached to the engaging portion 143. When package liner 101 carrying product 102 is to be placed in outer packaging body 210, retaining portion 144 extends into retaining groove 145, and the width of retaining portion 144 extending into retaining groove 145 is greater than the width of retaining groove 145.
In this embodiment, the retaining portion 144 is trapezoidal, and a bottom edge of the retaining portion 144 with a shorter length is rotatably connected to the first positioning plate 141 or the second positioning plate 142.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the retaining portion 144 is integrally formed with the positioning portion, and the positioning portion, the retaining portion 144, the first liner 11, the second liner 12 and the connecting and supporting portion 13 are all obtained by cutting, removing waste material and bending a complete flat plate-shaped structure.
Please refer to fig. 1 to fig. 2, and fig. 5 to fig. 8 again. The first positioning plate 141 connected with the first pad 11 is provided with a first toggle hole 112, and the first positioning plate 141 connected with the second pad 12 is provided with a second toggle hole 122.
So set up, first stir hole 112 and second stir hole 122 provide convenience for the manual fifty percent discount first liner 11 of personnel and second liner 12, and the finger stretches into behind first stir hole 112 and the second stir hole 122 alright knead first liner 11 and second liner 12 fast to the realization is to the centre gripping of product.
