Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging box suitable for use in packaging articles sensitive to impact or mechanical pressure.
As this type of conventional packaging box, for example, a packaging box comprising a plurality of foamed polystyrene foams formed in conformity with the outer shape of the article and an outer box for storing the article equipped with these cushions. It is used.
However, when a foamed polystyrene cushion is used as in the above-described conventional packaging box, it is necessary to form the cushion according to the shape of the article, which increases the cost. In addition, when a foam made of foamed polystyrene is used, there is a problem in that the amount of waste increases, and it takes time and labor to separate the waste.
Then, as a thing which can solve the above problems, there exists a packaging box proposed by
In the packaging box according to
However, in the packaging box according to
Moreover, in order to ensure the holding | maintenance force of the articles | goods by a resin film, you have to affix on the corrugated paper in the state which fully stretched the resin film. For this reason, there is a problem in that it is difficult to produce a packaging box because it requires a high level of affixing work such that the resin film is affixed to the cardboard while applying a predetermined tension evenly in all directions.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can be packaged even if the strength of the article is low, can protect the article from impact or mechanical pressure, and can be easily manufactured. Is intended to provide.
In order to achieve the object, the packaging box according to the present invention comprises:
In a packaging box formed by inserting a pair of frames into the outer box so as to face each other,
Each frame body includes a frame portion having an opening into which an article can be fitted,
The flexible sheet is affixed to the frame portion so as to hold the article fitted through the opening (first invention).
In the present invention, it is preferable that the frame portion is provided with a side plate that contacts the plate surface of the outer box over the entire circumference (second invention).
In the present invention, it is preferable that a folding flap that is folded when the article is fitted through the opening and pressed against the article via the flexible sheet is provided on the periphery of the opening (third invention). .
In the present invention, the flexible sheet is preferably made of a cloth fabric or a nonwoven fabric (fourth invention).
In the packaging box of this invention, a flexible sheet is affixed on each frame part of a pair of frame body, and articles | goods are hold | maintained by these flexible sheets. For this reason, a compressive force that causes deformation or breakage does not act on the article from these flexible sheets, and the article can be packaged even when the strength of the article is low.
Moreover, in the packaging box of this invention, articles | goods are hold | maintained via a flexible sheet | seat by a pair of frame body inserted in an outer box. For this reason, the impact or mechanical pressure which is going to be transmitted from the outer box to the article can be greatly suppressed by the flexible sheet, and the article can be protected from the impact or the mechanical pressure.
Moreover, in the packaging box of this invention, a flexible sheet | seat is affixed on the frame part of a frame body. Such a sticking operation is simple and a packaging box can be easily produced.
According to the packaging box of the present invention, packaging is possible even if the strength of the article is low, the article can be protected from impact or mechanical pressure, and the production is easy.
By adopting the configuration of the second invention, the strength of each of the pair of frames can be improved over the entire circumference, and the pair of frames can be packaged by being inserted into the outer box. The rigidity of the whole box can be improved.
In the packaging box according to
By adopting the configuration of the third invention, not only the article is more stably held by the folding flap, but also the deformation of the outer box due to the action of impact or mechanical pressure is the flexibility of the inside. Even if it reaches the sheet, the folding or flap can suppress the impact or mechanical pressure.
By adopting the configuration of the fourth invention, it is possible to produce a flexible sheet at a relatively low cost, and to reduce the labor of sorting and the like when discarded.
Next, specific embodiments of the packaging box according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

<Description of the effects of this embodiment>
According to the
As mentioned above, although the packaging box of this invention was demonstrated based on one embodiment, this invention is not limited to the structure described in the said embodiment, The structure is suitably changed in the range which does not deviate from the meaning. It is something that can be done.
For example, instead of the
In the above embodiment, an example is shown in which only one
