背景技术
墙角灯在照明领域应叫作入墙灯，在室内安装时距地0.3M较为适宜，其通常采用的光源有节能灯，白炽灯。
现有的墙角灯装置密封防水性不佳、对线路防护性不高，针对上述情况，在现有的嵌入式墙角灯装置基础上进行技术创新。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种圆形嵌入式墙角灯装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种圆形嵌入式墙角灯装置，包括压铸铝灯体面盖、压铸铝灯体底盖和工程塑料注塑预埋件，所述压铸铝灯体面盖的下方设有压铸铝灯体底盖，且压铸铝灯体底盖的下方设有工程塑料注塑预埋件，所述压铸铝灯体底盖的边缘设有防水硅胶垫圈，所述压铸铝灯体底盖的底部设有橡胶防水护线圈。
进一步的，所述压铸铝灯体底盖的外侧边缘安装有光学布纹玻璃。
进一步的，所述压铸铝灯体底盖内安装有LED灯板支架。
进一步的，所述压铸铝灯体面盖与压铸铝灯体底盖之间卡合装配。
进一步的，所述压铸铝灯体面盖与工程塑料注塑预埋件之间卡合装配。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：设有橡胶防水护线圈，可以起到防水作用，而且可以对线路进行保护，避免线路受损；设有防水硅胶垫圈，对灯具边缘进行密封，防水性更佳。

如图1所示，一种圆形嵌入式墙角灯装置，包括压铸铝灯体面盖1、压铸铝灯体底盖2和工程塑料注塑预埋件3，压铸铝灯体面盖1的下方设有压铸铝灯体底盖2，压铸铝灯体底盖2通过一个集中入口将材料送到要铸"注"造的型腔内，形成零件，且压铸铝灯体底盖2的下方设有工程塑料注塑预埋件3，压铸铝灯体底盖2的边缘设有防水硅胶垫圈6，防水硅胶垫圈6对灯具边缘进行密封，防水性更佳，压铸铝灯体底盖2的底部设有橡胶防水护线圈7，橡胶防水护线圈7呈奶嘴状结构，橡胶防水护线圈7可以起到防水作用，而且橡胶防水护线圈7可以对线路进行保护，避免线路受损，压铸铝灯体底盖2的外侧边缘安装有光学布纹玻璃4，光学布纹玻璃4的表面，其全身的纹理和光面性，会在清洁时较容易些，方便清洁，压铸铝灯体底盖2内安装有LED灯板支架5，压铸铝灯体面盖1与压铸铝灯体底盖2之间卡合装配，压铸铝灯体面盖1与工程塑料注塑预埋件3之间卡合装配，压铸铝灯体面盖1、压铸铝灯体底盖2和工程塑料注塑预埋件3三者之间通过卡合装配，方便整个灯体进行拆装，压铸铝灯体底盖2的底部卡合安装于工程塑料注塑预埋件3的内部，同时压铸铝灯体面盖1与工程塑料注塑预埋件3上端进行卡合安装。

1.一种圆形嵌入式墙角灯装置，包括压铸铝灯体面盖(1)、压铸铝灯体底盖(2)和工程塑料注塑预埋件(3)，其特征在于，所述压铸铝灯体面盖(1)的下方设有压铸铝灯体底盖(2)，且压铸铝灯体底盖(2)的下方设有工程塑料注塑预埋件(3)，所述压铸铝灯体底盖(2)的边缘设有防水硅胶垫圈(6)，所述压铸铝灯体底盖(2)的底部设有橡胶防水护线圈(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形嵌入式墙角灯装置，其特征在于，所述压铸铝灯体底盖(2)的外侧边缘安装有光学布纹玻璃(4)。
