本发明公开了一种具有防水防尘结构的LED灯具,包括灯板和灯罩,灯板与灯罩密封扣合,在灯板上固定有LED灯,在灯板上设有散热孔,还设有防护盖,在防护盖内设有底面开口且与灯板形状一致的放置腔,在放置腔的内壁上均匀设有V形导水板,在防护盖的侧壁上设有与V形导水板底部相连接的排水口,在V形导水板的内壁上设有防尘网,在防护盖的底端均匀设有卡固孔,在卡固孔内设有卡扣块,在卡扣块与卡固孔的顶壁之间固定有卡扣弹簧,在灯板的侧面上固定有与卡固孔位置相同的卡扣槽,灯板处于放置腔内且卡扣块卡固在卡扣槽内。本发明的结构设置合理,提高了LED灯整体的防水防尘性能,有利于提高其使用寿命和使用稳定性,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防水防尘结构的LED灯具。
背景技术
随着我国LED灯技术的成熟,各种LED灯具使用也越来越多,传统技术的LED灯具主要是由灯座和LED灯头组成,其虽然可以一定程度上实现照明使用,然而在实际使用过程中,需要在灯座上设置散热孔,故而其防水防尘性能较差,故而容易受到雨水或灰尘的浸染,从而会影响LED灯具的使用稳定性和使用可靠性,尤其是户外灯具,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的具有防水防尘结构的LED灯具。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种具有防水防尘结构的LED灯具,包括灯板和灯罩,所述灯板与所述灯罩密封扣合,在所述灯板上固定有LED灯,在所述灯板上设有散热孔,还设有防护盖,在所述防护盖内设有底面开口且与灯板形状一致的放置腔,在所述放置腔的内壁上均匀设有V形导水板,在所述防护盖的侧壁上设有与所述V形导水板底部相连接的排水口,在所述V形导水板的内壁上设有防尘网,在所述防护盖的底端均匀设有卡固孔,在所述卡固孔内设有卡扣块,在所述卡扣块与所述卡固孔的顶壁之间固定有卡扣弹簧,在所述灯板的侧面上固定有与所述卡固孔位置相同的卡扣槽,所述灯板处于放置腔内且所述卡扣块卡固在卡扣槽内。
在所述V形导水板的槽内固定有吸附棉填充层。
在所述防护盖的内壁底部设有密封环槽,在所述密封环槽内设有橡胶密封圈,所述橡胶密封圈的高度大于密封环槽的深度,在所述灯板固定在放置腔内时,所述灯板的外侧面抵压在所述橡胶密封圈上。
在所述防尘网的顶部固定有小型散热风扇,在所述防护盖上设有与所述小型散热风扇相连接的控制开关。
在所述灯罩的底端均匀设有透光孔。
在所述灯板的边缘上均匀固定有加强筋杆,在所述防护盖的底壁上设有调节滑槽,所述加强筋杆的一端通过旋转轴连接在灯板的边缘,另一端固定有工字形滑块,所述工字形滑块设置在所述调节滑槽内且在所述工字形滑块上设有锁紧螺杆。
所述V形导水板与所述防护盖一体成型。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其设置有防护盖,其设置在放置腔内,其设置有V形导水板和防水网,可以防止雨水从防护盖进入灯板内,并且可以将灰尘与灯板相隔离,从而一定程度上提高了LED灯整体的防水防尘性能,有利于提高其使用寿命和使用稳定性,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种具有防水防尘结构的LED灯具,包括灯板1和灯罩2,所述灯板与所述灯罩密封扣合,在所述灯板1上固定有LED灯3,在所述灯板上设有散热孔4,还设有防护盖5,在所述防护盖5内设有底面开口且与灯板形状一致的放置腔6,在所述放置腔6的内壁上均匀设有V形导水板7,在所述防护盖5的侧壁上设有与所述V形导水板7底部相连接的排水口8,在所述V形导水板7的内壁上设有防尘网9,在所述防护盖5的底端均匀设有卡固孔10,在所述卡固孔10内设有卡扣块11,在所述卡扣块与所述卡固孔的顶壁之间固定有卡扣弹簧12,在所述灯板的侧面上固定有与所述卡固孔位置相同的卡扣槽13,所述灯板处于放置腔内且所述卡扣块卡固在卡扣槽内。
在所述V形导水板的槽内固定有吸附棉填充层14。
在所述防护盖的内壁底部设有密封环槽15,在所述密封环槽内设有橡胶密封圈16,所述橡胶密封圈的高度大于密封环槽的深度,在所述灯板固定在放置腔内时,所述灯板的外侧面抵压在所述橡胶密封圈上。
在所述防尘网的顶部固定有小型散热风扇17,在所述防护盖上设有与所述小型散热风扇相连接的控制开关18。
在所述灯罩的底端均匀设有透光孔19。
在所述灯板的边缘上均匀固定有加强筋杆20,在所述防护盖的底壁上设有调节滑槽21,所述加强筋杆20的一端通过旋转轴24连接在灯板的边缘,另一端固定有工字形滑块22,所述工字形滑块设置在所述调节滑槽内且在所述工字形滑块上设有锁紧螺杆23。
所述V形导水板与所述防护盖一体成型。
本发明的结构设置合理,其设置有防护盖,其设置在放置腔内,其设置有V形导水板和防水网,可以防止雨水从防护盖进入灯板内,并且可以将灰尘与灯板相隔离,从而一定程度上提高了LED灯整体的防水防尘性能,有利于提高其使用寿命和使用稳定性,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种具有防水防尘结构的LED灯具,包括灯板和灯罩,所述灯板与所述灯罩密封扣合,在所述灯板上固定有LED灯,在所述灯板上设有散热孔,其特征在于:还设有防护盖,在所述防护盖内设有底面开口且与灯板形状一致的放置腔,在所述放置腔的内壁上均匀设有V形导水板,在所述防护盖的侧壁上设有与所述V形导水板底部相连接的排水口,在所述V形导水板的内壁上设有防尘网,在所述防护盖的底端均匀设有卡固孔,在所述卡固孔内设有卡扣块,在所述卡扣块与所述卡固孔的顶壁之间固定有卡扣弹簧,在所述灯板的侧面上固定有与所述卡固孔位置相同的卡扣槽,所述灯板处于放置腔内且所述卡扣块卡固在卡扣槽内;在所述V形导水板的槽内固定有吸附棉填充层;在所述防护盖的内壁底部设有密封环槽,在所述密封环槽内设有橡胶密封圈,所述橡胶密封圈的高度大于密封环槽的深度,在所述灯板固定在放置腔内时,所述灯板的外侧面抵压在所述橡胶密封圈上;在所述防尘网的顶部固定有小型散热风扇,在所述防护盖上设有与所述小型散热风扇相连接的控制开关;在所述灯罩的底端均匀设有透光孔;在所述灯板的边缘上均匀固定有加强筋杆,在所述防护盖的底壁上设有调节滑槽,所述加强筋杆的一端通过旋转轴连接在灯板的边缘,另一端固定有工字形滑块,所述工字形滑块设置在所述调节滑槽内且在所述工字形滑块上设有锁紧螺杆。
