As shown in fig. 2, the power pump 63 is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe, so that impurities can be prevented from being blocked in the liquid inlet pipe, the filter 70 and the liquid outlet pipe, the circulation of sewage in the liquid inlet pipe and clean water in the liquid outlet pipe is ensured, the sewage is ensured to be effectively filtered, and the filtered clean water can be stored in the liquid storage tank 20.
In this embodiment, the cleaning device 100 further includes a detection sensor 64. A detection sensor 64 is disposed on the effluent conduit between the filter 70 and the power pump 63.
The detection sensor 64 is used for detecting whether liquid flows in the liquid outlet pipe or not. This detection sensor 64 can make level sensor, through detecting the liquid level value in the drain pipe, obtain whether there is the liquid level signal of liquid circulation in the drain pipe. In addition, the main structure of the detection sensor 64 may also be two electrode plates that are in contact with each other, and when there is liquid flowing in the liquid outlet pipe, the two electrode plates are conducted, so as to obtain a signal that there is liquid flowing in the liquid outlet pipe.
The cleaning device 100 of the present embodiment further includes a controller electrically connected to the detection sensor 64 to receive the detection signal transmitted from the detection sensor 64. The controller is electrically connected with the power pump 63 to control the power pump 63 to be switched on and off according to the detection signal.
When the detection sensor 64 transmits a detection signal for detecting whether liquid flows in the liquid outlet pipe to the controller, and the controller receives the detection signal and judges whether liquid flows in the liquid outlet pipe through processing and analysis, the controller controls the power pump 63 to be turned off, so that the cleaning equipment 100 stops working.
In addition, referring to fig. 1 and 8, the cleaning apparatus 100 further includes a charging assembly 80, and the charging assembly 80 is provided on the base 10 for charging the cleaning robot. The cleaning apparatus 100 further includes a service cover 90, and the service cover 90 is provided on the case main body 40 and is provided corresponding to the filter 70. The service cover 90 is detachably provided to the housing body 40 to facilitate the replacement of the filter element in the filter 70 at a later time.
When the cleaning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment is in use, the mop of the cleaning robot is cleaned in the cleaning chamber 51 of the contaminated liquid collection tank 50. The sewage generated in the sewage collecting tank 50 is firstly primarily filtered by the filter screen 52, the primarily filtered sewage enters the filter 70 through the liquid outlet pipe under the suction action of the power pump 63 and is filtered into clear water by the filter piece, and the filtered clear water enters the liquid storage tank 20 through the liquid inlet pipe. Under the action of the air supply pump 61, the mixed gas of ozone and air enters the liquid storage tank 20, and the clear water in the liquid storage tank 20 is sterilized, disinfected and deodorized. The clean water after being sterilized enters the dirty liquid collecting box 50 through the clean water pipe 31 to clean the mopping piece, so that the cyclic utilization is completed.
In the sweeping operation, the above steps are repeated until the washing is completed, and the cleaning apparatus 100 stops operating.
To the cleaning device of this embodiment, be equipped with the pipeline on the liquid reserve tank, the pipeline is worn to establish in the connector of liquid reserve tank. The first port of pipeline stretches into the inside of liquid reserve tank, and the second port is arranged in the outside of liquid reserve tank, can circulate liquid in this pipeline, also can circulate gas to supplementary clean function that realizes cleaning device. In the direction of height of liquid reserve tank, set the high position of connector to the high position that is higher than the first port of pipeline, can make liquid or gaseous circulation in the pipeline smoothly, avoid gaseous or liquid medium to take place the backward flow in the pipeline for corresponding medium can flow in smoothly or flow out the liquid reserve tank, guarantees the smooth realization of cleaning device cleaning function, ensures the better cleaning performance of cleaning device.

Claims (11)

1. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a base;
the liquid storage tank is arranged on the base, the interior of the liquid storage tank is used for storing liquid, and a connecting port is formed in the liquid storage tank;
the pipeline penetrates through the connecting port, and two ports of the pipeline are a first port and a second port respectively; the first port extends into the interior of the reservoir and the second port is disposed outside of the reservoir; the height position of the connection port is higher than the height position of the first port in the height direction of the reservoir tank.

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a dirty liquid collecting tank provided on the base; the inside of foul solution collecting box is equipped with washs the chamber, foul solution collecting box on seted up with wash the inlet and the liquid outlet of chamber intercommunication.

The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 2, wherein the conduit comprises a clean water pipe having an interior for circulating a liquid; the first port of the clean water pipe extends into the liquid storage box and is arranged below the liquid level of the liquid in the liquid storage box, and the second port of the clean water pipe is communicated with the liquid inlet of the dirty liquid collecting box.

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pipeline comprises a clean water filter head, one end of the clean water filter head is open and hollow, the open end of the clean water filter head is communicated with the first port of the clean water pipe, and a plurality of filter holes are arranged on the clean water filter head at intervals.

The cleaning device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising a gas feed pump and an ozone generator, wherein the gas feed pump is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, the gas inlet is used for introducing air, and an inlet of the ozone generator is communicated with the gas outlet of the gas feed pump; the pipeline includes the air supply pipe, the first port of air supply pipe stretches into the inside of liquid reserve tank, the second port of air supply pipe with ozone generator's export intercommunication, the inside circulation ozone of air supply pipe and the mist of air.
6. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 5, wherein the first port of the air supply tube extends to a bottom of the tank.

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the pipeline comprises a flow divider, one end of the flow divider is open and the flow divider is hollow, the open end of the flow divider communicates with the first port of the gas supply pipe, and a plurality of flow dividing holes are formed at intervals on the flow divider.
8. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 2, wherein the dirty liquid collection tank includes a filter screen disposed in the wash chamber.

The cleaning device according to claim 2 or 8, wherein a liquid storage inlet is formed in the liquid storage tank and is communicated with the interior of the liquid storage tank; the cleaning equipment also comprises a filter, a filter cavity is arranged in the filter, and the filter is provided with a filtering inlet and a filtering outlet which are communicated with the filter cavity; the filter comprises a filter element arranged in the filter cavity, and the filter element is used for filtering liquid; the liquid outlet of the dirty liquid collecting box is communicated with the filtering inlet through a liquid inlet pipe, and the filtering outlet is communicated with the liquid storage inlet of the liquid storage box through a liquid outlet pipe.
10. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 9, further comprising a powered pump disposed on the outlet pipe.
11. The cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 10, further comprising a detection sensor disposed on said effluent channel for detecting the presence of fluid flow in said effluent channel;
the cleaning device also comprises a controller which is electrically connected with the detection sensor to receive the detection signal transmitted by the detection sensor; the controller is electrically connected with the power pump so as to control the power pump to be switched on and off according to the detection signal.
