Claims (10)

1. A full-automatic plate spraying machine is characterized in that,
comprises a case, a test plate moving mechanism, a spray gun moving mechanism, a test plate fixing frame and a spray gun;
a spraying chamber is arranged in the case, the test plate moving mechanism and the spray gun moving mechanism are arranged in the spraying chamber, and a shutter which can be opened and closed is arranged at the position of the case opposite to the spraying chamber;
the test plate moving mechanism is connected with the test plate fixing frame and is used for controlling the test plate fixing frame to rotate and move towards and away from the spray gun;
the spray gun moving mechanism is connected with the spray gun and is used for controlling the spray gun to lift and translate on a vertical plane;
the test board fixing frame is used for mounting a test board to be sprayed;
the spraying direction of the spray gun faces the test board fixing frame, and the spray gun is connected with a coating tank.
2. The fully automatic plate sprayer of claim 1,
the test board moving mechanism comprises a distance adjusting motor, a distance adjusting screw rod, a distance adjusting guide rail, a distance adjusting platform, a distance adjusting hanging frame and a rotating motor;
the distance-adjusting motor is arranged at the top of the spraying chamber;
the distance adjusting screw rod is connected with an output shaft of the distance adjusting motor, and the distance adjusting screw rod is horizontally arranged;
the distance adjusting guide rail and the distance adjusting screw rod are arranged in parallel;
the distance adjusting platform is slidably mounted on the distance adjusting guide rail, the distance adjusting screw rod penetrates through the distance adjusting platform, and the distance adjusting platform is in threaded connection with the distance adjusting screw rod;
the distance adjusting hanging frame is hung below the distance adjusting platform;
the rotating motor is arranged on the distance adjusting hanging rack and connected with the test board fixing rack;
the distance adjusting motor is used for driving the distance adjusting screw rod to rotate, the rotation of the distance adjusting screw rod is used for controlling the test panel fixing frame to move towards and away from the spray gun, and the rotating motor is used for controlling the test panel fixing frame to rotate.
3. The fully automatic plate sprayer according to claim 2, wherein a rotary table is connected to the rotary motor, the rotary motor is used for driving the rotary table to rotate, and the rotary table is detachably connected to the test plate holder.

The fully automatic plate sprayer according to claim 3, wherein a surface of said turntable facing said test plate holder is provided with a recess, and a magnet is provided in said recess; the surface of the test panel fixing frame facing the rotary disc is provided with a metal fixing block, the metal fixing block is embedded into the groove, and the metal fixing block is magnetically attracted with the magnet.
5. The fully automatic plate sprayer of claim 1,
the surface of the test plate fixing frame facing the spray gun is provided with a plurality of suckers, and the surface of the test plate fixing frame departing from the spray gun is provided with an air suction pipeline;
the full-automatic plate spraying machine further comprises a vacuum pump, the vacuum pump is connected and communicated with the air suction pipeline, the air suction pipeline is connected and communicated with the suckers, and the vacuum pump is used for adsorbing the test plate by using the suckers.
6. The fully automatic plate injector of claim 1, wherein a plurality of test plate positioning magnets are disposed on said test plate holder, and said test plate positioning magnets are used for attracting the test plate.
7. The fully automatic plate sprayer of claim 1,
the spray gun moving mechanism comprises a lifting motor, a lifting screw rod, a lifting guide rail and a lifting platform;
an output shaft of the lifting motor is connected with the lifting screw rod, the lifting screw rod is vertically arranged, the lifting guide rail is arranged in parallel with the lifting screw rod, the lifting platform is slidably mounted on the lifting guide rail, the lifting screw rod penetrates through the lifting platform, and the lifting platform is in threaded connection with the lifting screw rod; the lifting motor is used for driving the lifting screw rod to rotate, and the rotation of the lifting screw rod is used for controlling the lifting platform to lift;
the lifting platform is provided with a straight guide rail, a synchronous wheel and a translation motor; the straight guide rail is horizontally arranged, a movable platform capable of sliding is arranged on the straight guide rail, and the movable platform is provided with the spray gun and the coating tank; the two synchronous wheels are respectively arranged at two ends of the straight guide rail, a synchronous belt is sleeved on the two synchronous wheels, and the synchronous belt is fixedly connected with the movable platform; the translation motor is connected with one of the synchronizing wheels and used for driving the synchronizing belt to control the movable platform to translate.
8. The fully automatic plate sprayer of claim 1,
the full-automatic movable plate spraying machine also comprises an exhaust fan, and the exhaust fan is communicated with the inside of the spraying chamber;
the stop door is provided with a front filter screen, the spraying chamber is communicated with the outside through the front filter screen, a rear filter screen is arranged in the spraying chamber, and the rear filter screen covers the exhaust fan and the communicating part of the spraying chamber.
9. The fully automatic plate sprayer of claim 1,
the coating tank comprises a top cover, an outer cylinder, a locking head, a clamping seat, a flexible inner container and an inner cover;
the top cover covers one end of the outer cylinder, a ventilation hole is formed in the top cover and communicated with the interior of the outer cylinder, and the ventilation hole is used for being connected with an inflating device or an air extracting device;
the locking head covers the other end of the outer barrel and is connected with the clamping seat;
the flexible liner and the inner cover are arranged in a space surrounded by the top cover, the outer cylinder and the locking head, the periphery of the flexible liner is attached to the periphery of the inner cover, and the periphery of the flexible liner and the periphery of the inner cover are clamped by the outer cylinder and the locking head to form sealing;

a sliding buckling structure is arranged between the locking head and the clamping seat; when the plurality of bayonet locks are respectively arranged on the plurality of wide groove sections, the locking head and the clamping seat are in a detachable state; when the plurality of bayonet locks are respectively arranged in the plurality of narrow groove sections, the locking head and the clamping seat are in a fastening and fixing state.
