The inventive concepts of the present disclosure will be described hereinafter using terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. These utility concepts may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The directional terms in the present application are all based on the condition that the air conditioner outdoor unit is normally placed or normally installed.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
In the prior art, the condenser of an air conditioner outdoor unit is usually fixed at the bottom of the condenser through a chassis and/or at the middle upper part of the condenser through an air isolating vertical plate; however, the fixing mode of the condenser has the problems that the fixing stress points of the condenser are few, and the assembling firmness of the condenser is poor. In the actual transportation, installation and use processes of the air conditioner outdoor unit, the fixing failure of the condenser and the loosening and separation of the condenser are inevitably caused by the interference of factors such as the inclination and the vibration of the outdoor unit, the normal operation of the air conditioner is influenced, and the mechanical damage of related parts of the air conditioner outdoor unit is even caused.
In order to solve the problem of poor firmness of fixing and assembling a condenser in an air conditioner outdoor unit in the prior art, the embodiment provides a bracket assembly of the air conditioner outdoor unit, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a condenser assembly 2, an air-isolating vertical plate 3 and a base plate 4, wherein the condenser assembly 2 is respectively fixed with the air-isolating vertical plate 3 and the base plate 4; the condenser assembly 2 is identical to the condenser in the prior art, and is not described in detail.

The bracket assembly comprises a condenser bracket 6, the bottom of the condenser bracket 6 is fixedly connected with the chassis 4, one end of the top of the condenser bracket 6 is connected with a front panel and/or a top cover flanging of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the other end of the top of the condenser bracket 6 extends to the upper part of the condenser assembly 2 and is abutted against the top of the condenser assembly 2; specifically, the condenser bracket 6 comprises a first bracket body 61 and a second bracket body 62, the bottom end of the first bracket body 61 is fixedly connected with the chassis 4, the top end of the first bracket body 61 is connected with the second bracket body 62, one end of the second bracket body 62 is connected with a front panel and/or a top cover of an air conditioner external unit in a flanging manner, the other end of the second bracket body 62 extends to the upper side of the condenser assembly 2 and is abutted against the top of the condenser assembly 2, so that the freedom degree of the condenser assembly 2 in the vertical direction can be limited, a mutual supporting effect can be generated between the front panel and/or the top cover and the condenser assembly 2 in the front-back direction of the air conditioner external unit, the source of the supporting force is positioned in the air conditioner external unit between the front panel, the top cover, the chassis 4 and the condenser assembly 2, and the components of the condenser assembly 2 and the external unit can be effectively fixed, The support improves the assembling firmness of the condenser assembly 2, so that the air conditioner outdoor unit can effectively avoid the conditions of toppling, deformation, fixing failure and the like of the condenser assembly 2 in the actual transportation, installation and use processes.
The first frame body 61 and the second frame body 62 may be separate structures, or may be formed by integrally punching plates. However, in consideration of the difficulty of processing and the overall strength of the condenser bracket 6 after processing, the first frame body 61 and the second frame body 62 are preferably of a split structure.
For the connection between the first frame body 61 and the chassis 4, the chassis 4 is provided with a second assembly boss 42, the first frame body 61 is preferably vertically arranged, the bottom end of the first frame body 61 is provided with a bottom flange 612, the bottom flange 612 is provided with an assembly folding edge 613, the second assembly boss 42 is provided with a corresponding assembly inclined edge 45, and the assembly folding edge 613 and the assembly inclined edge 45 are fixedly connected through fasteners such as screws, so that the connection between the first frame body 61 and the chassis 4 is realized; meanwhile, the assembly folding edge 613 and the assembly inclined edge 45 are inclined upwards relative to the horizontal plane, so that possible space interference is avoided, an assembly worker can easily assemble the fastener on the front side of the external machine when the first frame body 61 and the chassis 4 are assembled, and the assembly operation difficulty is reduced.

For the connection of the first frame body 61 and the second frame body 62, the two sides of the first frame body 61 are provided with first side flanges 611, the two sides of the second frame body 62 are provided with second side flanges 622, and the top end of the first side flanges 611 is fixedly connected with the second side flanges 622 through fasteners such as screws. In this application, the second frame body 62 is preferably horizontally disposed, so that a structure similar to a T shape is formed between the first frame body 61 and the second frame body 62, and the condenser bracket 6 can form a stress supporting point with a housing component (a front panel and/or a top cover) of an external unit, the chassis 4 and the condenser assembly 2, thereby being beneficial to improving the assembling firmness of the condenser bracket 6 to the condenser assembly 2.
For the connection between the second frame body 62 and the shell component and the condenser assembly 2, the front end of the second frame body 62 is provided with a front flange 621, the front flange 621 is attached to the inner side of the front panel and/or the inner side of the top cover flange, and the front flange 621 is fixedly connected with the front panel and/or the top cover flange through fasteners such as screws and the like; the rear end of second support body 62 sets up pterygoid lamina 623, pterygoid lamina 623 and the 2 top butts of condenser assembly, the rear end of second side turn-ups 622 and the leading flank butt of condenser assembly 2 to make second support body 62 can produce a clamping-acting force to condenser assembly 2, be favorable to improving the firm nature of assembly to condenser assembly 2 on the one hand, on the other hand second support body 62 can support front panel and/or top cap, condenser assembly 2 simultaneously, can effectively avoid condenser assembly 2 to take place to empty, avoid condenser assembly 2 to take place the fixed failure of assembly.
While the second frame body 62 can simultaneously support the front panel and/or the top cover and the condenser assembly 2, the second frame body 62 is correspondingly subjected to a force acting in the front-rear direction, the second frame body 62 is provided with at least one lightening hole 624, the lightening hole 624 is preferably an elliptical hole, and the long axis of the elliptical hole is parallel to the front-rear direction of the air conditioner outdoor unit. Therefore, the specific lightening holes 624 are arranged, so that the weight of the condenser bracket 6 is reduced, the production and the transportation are facilitated, the stress distribution condition on the second bracket body 62 can be effectively improved, particularly the stress distribution condition in the front-back direction of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the mechanical strength of the second bracket body 62 is guaranteed.
In addition, the bracket component still includes fan support 1, fan support 1 is the same with conventional fan support, all can carry out the fixed stay to the fan, and its assembly condition with the fan is the same with prior art, does not give unnecessary details.
The bottom end of the fan support 1 is fixedly connected with the chassis 4 through fasteners such as screws, the top end of the fan support 1 is clamped with the top of the condenser assembly 2, the freedom degree of the condenser assembly 2 in the vertical direction can be limited, the top of the condenser assembly 2 can be supported in the horizontal direction, and the condenser assembly 2 is prevented from being toppled in the transportation process of an air conditioner external unit. The setting position of the fan bracket 1 is related to the assembling position of the fan, and in the prior art, the setting position is often near the middle part of the chassis 4, and the position basically corresponds to the middle position of the condenser assembly 2, so that the top end of the fan bracket 1 can be clamped with the middle position of the top end of the condenser assembly 2, and the supporting effect on the condenser assembly 2 in the horizontal direction can be further ensured under the condition that the assembling position of the conventional fan bracket is not required to be changed too much.
Specifically, the fan support 1 comprises a first support 11, a second support 12 and a clamping piece 13, wherein the first support 11 is vertically arranged, the bottom end of the first support 11 is fixedly connected with the chassis 4 through fasteners such as screws, one end of the second support 12 is connected with the top end of the first support 11, and the other end of the second support 12 extends towards the front panel of the air conditioner outdoor unit and is fixed with the front panel and/or a top cover flanging of the air conditioner outdoor unit through fasteners such as screws; one end of the clamping piece 13 is connected with the top end of the first support 11 and/or the second support 12, the other end of the clamping piece 13 extends towards the direction of the condenser assembly 2, the clamping piece 13 is provided with a clamping jaw 14 at a position close to the condenser assembly 2, and the clamping jaw 14 is clamped with the top of the condenser assembly 2. Therefore, through the special structure arrangement of the fan bracket 1, on the basis of being fixedly connected with the chassis 4, a mutual supporting effect can be generated between the front panel and/or the top cover and the condenser assembly 2 in the front-back direction of the air conditioner external unit, and the source of the supporting force is positioned in the air conditioner external unit among the front panel, the top cover, the chassis 4 and the condenser assembly 2, so that the condenser assembly 2 and the external unit shell component can be effectively fixed and supported, and the condenser assembly 2 can be effectively prevented from toppling or deforming in the transportation process of the air conditioner external unit. The first support 11, the second support 12 and the clamping piece 13 can be in a split structure, and can also be formed by integrally punching plates.
In addition, for the connection of the first bracket 11 and the chassis 4, the chassis 4 can also be provided with a first assembling boss 41, the bottom of the first bracket 11 is provided with an inclined folding edge, the first assembling boss 41 is provided with an assembling surface which is inclined correspondingly, and the inclined folding edge is connected with the assembling surface through fasteners such as screws and the like, so that the possible space interference is avoided, an assembling worker can assemble the fasteners on the front side of the external machine easily, and the assembling operation difficulty is reduced.
In the present invention, for any air conditioner, the air conditioner may include a bracket assembly of the air conditioner external unit in this embodiment, and on the basis of the related structure and assembly relationship provided in this embodiment, the air conditioner further includes a conventional component of the air conditioner external unit including a fan, a compressor, a housing assembly, and other structures; similarly, the air conditioner also comprises an air conditioner indoor unit and related components; since they are all the prior art, they are not described herein in detail.
