The shell assembly of claim 6, wherein the flange is provided with a first fastening hole, the cross plate is provided with a second fastening hole, and the connecting piece is provided with a third fastening hole corresponding to the first fastening hole and a fourth fastening hole corresponding to the second fastening hole;
one of the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole, the third fastening hole and the fourth fastening hole is a kidney-shaped hole.
8. The housing assembly of claim 6 wherein said connecting member is a plate-like connecting plate, a first end of said connecting plate resting on said cross plate and a second end of said connecting plate resting on said flange.

The housing assembly of claim 8 wherein a portion of the top surface of the cross plate is recessed to form a recess having a bottom wall that is flush with the top surface of the flange, the first end of the web contacting the bottom wall of the recess and the second end of the web contacting the top surface of the flange.
10. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising the casing assembly of any one of claims 1 to 9.
