For ease of understanding, referring to fig. 2, a light guiding assembly 40 and an electric motor 50 of a mechanical pixel node structure 30 are exemplarily depicted in fig. 2. The light guide component mounting part 21 is arranged on the circuit board body 10 and used for mounting the light guide component 40 of the mechanical pixel node structure 30, and the lamp beads 23 are arranged on the circuit board body 10 and used for being matched with the light guide component 40 to provide light rays for the light guide component 40.
The motor mounting portion 22 is disposed on the circuit board body 10, and is used for mounting the motor 50 of the mechanical pixel node structure 30 and electrically connecting the motor 50 with the circuit board body 10.
In the implementation process, the mechanical pixel screen module circuit board is applied to the mechanical pixel screen module and can drive the motor 50 in the mechanical pixel screen module; simultaneously, lamp pearl 23 on the circuit board body 10 can provide illumination to mechanical pixel screen module, promotes the visual display effect of mechanical pixel screen module.
In the present disclosure, the light guide assembly 40 includes a light guide cylinder 41 and four light guide columns 42, and the four light guide columns 42 are distributed on the wall surface of the light guide cylinder 41. The lower end surface of the light guide cylinder 41 is formed with a positioning pin 43.
The light guide unit mounting portion 21 includes a positioning hole 24 and a positioning mark 25. The positioning hole 24 is formed in the circuit board body 10 for cooperating with the positioning pin 43 of the light guide cylinder 41. The positioning mark 25 includes a mark coil formed on the surface of the circuit board body 10, and the mark coil corresponds to the outer contour line of the light guide cylinder 41.
The number of the lamp beads 23 is four, and the four lamp beads 23 are arranged along the identification coil and correspond to the four light guide columns 42 one by one. In other embodiments, the number of the lamp beads 23 is not limited, and is determined by the number of the light guide columns 42 or the actual requirement of the light guide assembly 40.
When the light guide assembly 40 is installed, the light guide tube 41 is butted against the identification coil with reference to the identification coil, so that the positioning pin 43 is inserted into the positioning hole 24, and the four lamp beads 23 are correspondingly positioned below the light guide column 42, thereby completing the positioning of the light guide assembly 40. Due to the design of the identification coil and the positioning pin 43, the light guide assembly 40 can be quickly positioned on the light guide assembly mounting part 21, improving the efficiency of assembly.
In the present disclosure, as shown in a motor 50 in fig. 2, the motor 50 is provided with a gold finger 51 and two claws 52 for electrical connection.
The motor mounting portion 22 includes a card hole 26 and a socket 27. The socket 27 is formed on the surface of the circuit board body 10, and the socket 27 is configured with a contact 28 electrically connected with the circuit board body 10, and the golden finger 51 of the motor 50 is inserted into the socket 27 and electrically connected with the contact 28. It should be noted that the motor 50 is provided with a connecting plate 53, and the golden finger 51 is arranged on the connecting plate 53, so that the golden finger 51 is stably contacted with the contact piece 28 through the clamping of the connecting plate 53 and the socket 27.
Two card holes 26 are formed in the circuit board body 10, and the two card holes 26 are respectively located at two sides of the socket 27, and through the matching of the clamping claws 52 and the card holes 26, the motor 50 is clamped in the card holes 26, so that the assembly with the circuit board body 10 is realized.
In the implementation process, the motor 50 is provided with two claws 52, and the motor 50 can be quickly assembled on the circuit board body 10 by matching the two claws 52 with the clamping holes 26, and the connection stability of the motor 50 and the circuit board body 10 is ensured; meanwhile, the golden finger 51 of the motor 50 can be electrically connected with the circuit board body 10 through the contact piece 28 in the socket 27. Note that, referring to fig. 1, the node unit 20 includes a motor driving circuit 29a for connecting with the gold finger 51 of the motor 50. The motor drive circuit 29a includes a motor drive chip and a current limiting resistor. The motor 50 is controlled by the motor driving chip, the starting current, the locked-rotor current and the temperature of the motor 50 can be effectively controlled by the current limiting resistor, and the motor 50 and an external circuit can be protected from being damaged by overlarge current.
In order to improve the connection stability between the light guide assembly 40 and the motor 50 and the circuit board body 10, the node unit 20 further includes a fixing portion, the fixing portion includes a chip nut 29 and a screw (not shown) disposed on the circuit board body 10, and the chip nut 29 is fixed to the circuit board body 10. The screws are configured to secure the motor 50 and the light guide assembly 40 to the circuit board body 10 by cooperating with the patch nuts 29.
The light guide cylinder 41 of the light guide assembly 40 is formed with a notch 44, and the motor 50 is received in the notch 44. The motor 50 is provided with a fixing plate 54, the fixing plate 54 is formed with a first screw hole 55, and the notch 44 of the light guide tube 41 is provided with a second screw hole 45 at a position corresponding thereto. The screw passes through the first screw hole 55 and the second screw hole 45 to be connected with the patch nut 29, and the end cap of the nut abuts against the fixing plate 54 and presses the light guide cylinder 41 on the surface of the circuit board body 10.
It should be noted that, this embodiment also provides a mechanical pixel panel module.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a mechanical pixel panel module in this embodiment.
The mechanical pixel panel module includes the mechanical pixel panel module circuit board described above and a number of mechanical pixel node structures 30.
The mechanical pixel node structures 30 correspond to the node units 20 one to one, each mechanical pixel node structure 30 includes a light guide assembly 40, a motor 50 and a turning plate 60, the light guide assembly 40 is mounted on the light guide assembly mounting portion 21, and the motor 50 is mounted on the motor mounting portion 22 and drives the turning plate 60 to rotate in the light guide assembly 40. The light guide assembly 40 includes a light guide cylinder 41 and a light guide pillar 42, the light guide pillar 42 is disposed on a wall surface of the light guide cylinder 41, and the light guide cylinder 41 is formed with a light emitting surface. Light guide tube 41 sets up at circuit board body 10 through leaded light subassembly installation department 21, and lamp pearl 23 is corresponding to light guide post 42, and the light that lamp pearl 23 produced is jetted out by the light emitting area.
Each mechanical pixel node structure 30 and the lamp bead 23 which are arranged on the mechanical pixel screen module circuit board can be controlled to work. the light guide component mounting part is arranged on the circuit board body and used for mounting the light guide component of the mechanical pixel node structure, and the lamp bead is arranged on the circuit board body and used for being matched with the light guide component so as to provide light rays for the light guide component;
the motor installation part is arranged on the circuit board body and used for installing the motor of the mechanical pixel node structure and enabling the motor to be electrically connected with the circuit board body.

the mechanical pixel node structure corresponds to the node units one by one, and comprises a light guide assembly, a motor and a turning plate, wherein the light guide assembly is arranged on the light guide assembly mounting part, and the motor is arranged on the motor mounting part and drives the turning plate to rotate in the light guide assembly.
