Example two:
as shown in fig. 6 to 13, it shows a schematic structural diagram of a lighting device provided by the second embodiment of the present invention.
The lighting apparatus provided in the second embodiment has the following differences compared with the lighting apparatus provided in the first embodiment: in the lighting apparatus of the second embodiment, the stopper 532 is a stopping elastic piece, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, one end of the stopping elastic piece is fixedly connected to the back plate 101, the other end of the stopping elastic piece is a free end extending toward the pressing portion 512, and the free end of the stopping elastic piece abuts against the pressing portion 512. Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the force application supporting member 521, the guide rail 531 and the stopper spring are integrally formed on a plate by a blanking process.
Therefore, in the second embodiment, during the process of assembling the second connecting structure 50, the force application supporting member 521, the guide rail 531 and the stopper spring are simultaneously fixed on the back plate 101, that is, the plate material is fixed on the back plate 101 by welding or screws. Then, the main body 513 of the movable connecting member 51 abuts against the stopping elastic sheet and is pressed down to make the stopping elastic sheet abut against the back plate 101, then the main body 513 slides into the guide rail 531 for a short section and stabilizes the main body 513, then the two ends of the spring 522 are respectively connected to the force application supporting member 521 and the hook portion 511, and then the main body 513 continues to slide into the guide rail 531 and passes over the stopping elastic sheet, so that the stopping elastic sheet is bounced under the action of the elastic force of the stopping elastic sheet. Then, the pressing portion 512 is released, and the movable connecting member 51 slides toward the stopper elastic piece under the action of the pre-tightening elastic force of the spring 522, so that the free end of the stopper elastic piece abuts against the pressing portion 512. Thus, the second connecting structure 50 can be assembled more quickly, and the assembly efficiency can be improved.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the movable connector 51 further includes two guide ribs 514, the two guide ribs 514 are respectively disposed on two sides of the hook portion 511 along a connecting line between the hook portion 511 and the pressing portion 512, and the two guide ribs 514 can increase the connection strength between the hook portion 511 and the main body portion 513. On the other hand, each guide rib 514 is provided with a guide slope 515, and, as shown in fig. 12, the side wall 11 of the mounting box 10 where the hooking opening 111 is opened is provided with two guide pieces 60, the two guide pieces 60 are obliquely arranged on both sides of the hooking opening 111, and surfaces of the two guide pieces 60 are respectively matched with the guide slopes 515 of the two guide ribs 514. Thus, in the process that the hook portion 511 is hooked into the hook opening 111, the two guide pieces 60 and the two guide inclined surfaces 515 are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner to position and guide the hook portion 511, so that the assembling work between the hook portion 511 and the hook opening 111 is quicker and more accurate.
As shown in fig. 13, the first connecting structure 40 includes a vertical plate 41, a through hole 411 is opened on the vertical plate 41, and is preferably configured as a waist-shaped hole through the through hole 411, the vertical plate 41 is fixedly connected to the back plate 101, and the length direction of the waist-shaped hole is parallel to the plate surface of the back plate 101. As shown in fig. 11, the corresponding side wall 11 of the mounting box 10 is provided with a convex pillar 113, and the convex pillar 113 is inserted into the waist-shaped hole. This reduces the accuracy required for the hole forming process through the hole 411, and improves the processing efficiency.
In the second embodiment, the number of the second connecting structures 50 is two, wherein the first connecting structure 40 may be one, and one of the first connecting structures 40 and the two second connecting structures 50 are arranged in a triangle, and the first connecting structure 40 is located on a perpendicular line connecting the two second connecting structures 50 (i.e. one of the first connecting structures 40 and the two second connecting structures 50 are in an isosceles triangle), so that the luminaire 100 is more stably hung on the mounting box 10. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the number of the first connecting structures 40 may be two, the number of the second connecting structures 50 may be two, and the two first connecting structures 40 and the two second connecting structures 50 are oppositely arranged in a one-to-one manner.
Compared with the lighting device of the first embodiment, the lighting device of the second embodiment has the same structure except that the structure is different, and thus the description is omitted.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 14 to 19, it shows a schematic structural diagram of a lighting device provided in the third embodiment of the present invention.
The lighting apparatus provided in the third embodiment has the following differences compared with the lighting apparatuses provided in the first and second embodiments:
as shown in fig. 14 to 19, in order to press the two pressing portions 512 simultaneously more conveniently, the lighting apparatus further includes a linkage rod 70, and two ends of the linkage rod 70 are respectively connected with the pressing portions 512 of the two second connecting structures 50. Thus, the operator only needs to apply force to the linkage rod 70 to push the two pressing portions 512 at the same time, so that the two movable connecting pieces 51 slide at the same time, and then the two hooking portions 511 hook into the corresponding hooking openings 111 at the same time.
Compared with the lighting devices of the first and second embodiments, the lighting device of the third embodiment has the same structure except for the above structure, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the utility model, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
