The stoppers 60 are provided on the mounting plate 50 in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting plate 50, and the stoppers 60 are fitted into the openings of the slots 51, so that the stoppers 60 provide the mounting pins 30 with a force to prevent the mounting pins 30 from coming out of the slots 51 after the lighting fixture 100 is hung on the mounting pins 30 by the mounting plate 50.
The lighting fixture 100 is mounted and fixed on a ceiling (for example, a ceiling) by the mounting assembly provided by the embodiment of the utility model, before the lighting fixture 100 is mounted on the ceiling, the hooking member 20 and the mounting pin 30 are assembled and fixed on the mounting box 10, and one end of the hanging chain rope 40, the mounting plate 50 and the stopper 60 are assembled and fixed on the back plate 101 of the lighting fixture 100. In the process of installing and fixing the lighting lamp 100 on the ceiling, the installation box 10 is firstly fixed on the ceiling, and then the other end of the hanging chain rope 40 is fixed on the hook 20, so that the hanging chain rope 40 can prevent the lighting lamp 100 from falling to hit people in the installation process or directly hitting the ground to be damaged. Then, the installer can hold the lighting fixture 100 by himself and make the top of the mounting plate 50 abut against the inner side surface of the mounting box 10, at this time, the opening of the clamping groove 51 faces the mounting pin 30, then the installer pushes the lighting fixture 100, so that the mounting pin 30 enters the clamping groove 51 through the opening of the clamping groove 51, at this time, the installer loosens the lighting fixture 100, then the lighting fixture 100 is hung on the mounting pin 30 under the action of gravity, and it is ensured that the lighting fixture 100 is stably installed and is safe and reliable in the using process. Moreover, after the mounting pin 30 enters the card slot 51, the stopper 60 can provide a force to the mounting pin 30 to prevent the mounting pin from coming out of the card slot 51, so that the lighting fixture 100 can be hung and stabilized on the mounting pin 30. Therefore, the installation operation can be completed by only one person when the installation assembly provided by the utility model is used for installing the lighting lamp 100, in the installation process, the lighting lamp can be positioned and hung on the installation pin 30 through the clamping groove 51 on the installation plate 50, the installation speed is high, the lighting lamp 100 is hung on the installation pin 30 under the action of gravity, the installation pin 30 is prevented from falling out of the clamping groove 51 through the resistance of the retainer 60 on the installation pin 30, and the lighting lamp 100 can be stably and safely hung on the installation pin 30.
Referring to fig. 7, in the mounting assembly, the stopper 60 includes a connecting portion 61 and a wave-shaped stopper portion 62, the connecting portion 61 is riveted to the mounting plate 50 by a rivet 81, and in practice, the connecting portion 61 and the stopper portion 62 are integrally formed, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, a straight slit is punched in a steel sheet, one side of the straight slit is punched to form the stopper portion 62, and then both ends of the steel sheet are punched to form the connecting portion 61. The stopper 60 thus formed can adjust the rigidity and the elastic ability of the stopper 62 as needed, that is, when a linear slit is punched, the punching position of the linear slit is adjusted so that the area of the portion formed into the stopper 62 is increased, and thus the rigidity and the elastic ability of the stopper 62 after forming are increased as the area of the portion formed into the stopper 62 is increased. The stop part 62 is elastically deformable relative to the connecting part 61, the stop part 62 has two spaced peaks 621, and the mounting pin 30 is retained between the two peaks 621 after passing through the opening of the locking slot 51 and over one of the peaks 621. After the openings of the respective slots 51 are aligned with the corresponding mounting pins 30, the lighting fixture 100 is moved, and during the process that the mounting pins 30 pass through the openings of the slots 51, the mounting pins 30 will press against the first peak 621 that meets, so as to press and sink the first peak 621 to pass through the first peak 621, and then the mounting pins 30 enter between the two peaks 621, at this time, the two peaks 621 block the mounting pins 30, so that the mounting pins 30 are limited between the two peaks 621.
In this embodiment, after the installation pin 30 enters the two wave crests 621, the installation pin 30 is limited between the two wave crests 621, but the installation pin 30 still has a small gap between the two wave crests 621 and can move, so that when the lighting fixture 100 encounters an external force, the lighting fixture 100 will slide and rock between the small gap, and slide and rock for eliminating the external force applied to the lighting fixture 100, therefore, the installation assembly further includes at least one limiting component 70, and the limiting component 70 limits the relative position between the installation box 10 and the installation plate 50 after the installation pin 30 enters the slot 51, thereby eliminating the sliding and rock of the lighting fixture 100 caused by the external force, and preventing the installation pin 30 from coming out of the slot 51.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in particular, the limiting assembly 70 includes a locking screw 71 and a nut 72, the nut 72 is fixedly embedded in the mounting box 10, and the locking screw 71 corresponds to the nut 72. And, the mounting plate 50 is provided with a hole 52, and when the mounting pin 30 enters the catching groove 51, a locking screw 71 is inserted into the hole 52 after being screwed through a nut 72. Thus, the locking screw 71 is engaged with the hole 52 of the mounting plate 50, so that the relative position and stable connection relationship between the lighting fixture 100 and the mounting box 10 are further limited, and the lighting fixture 100 can be stably and safely hung on the mounting pin 30 of the mounting box 10 even if the lighting fixture 100 is subjected to a certain external force. Preferably, the holes 52 are designed as kidney-shaped holes.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9, the width H between two peaks 621 is greater than or equal to the width L of hole 52 (the width L of hole 52 is the length of the kidney-shaped hole), wherein the width L of hole 52 ranges from 8mm ≦ L ≦ 9mm, preferably L ≦ 8.5 mm. In this manner, during installation of the locking screw 71, the installer can adjust the light fixture 100 so that the hole 52 can be aligned with the end of the locking screw 71. In addition, the holes 52 formed in the mounting plate 50 enable an installer to adjust the relative position between the lighting fixture 100 and the mounting box 10, so as to accurately assemble the locking screws 71, thereby reducing the machining precision of the holes corresponding to the locking screws 71 in the mounting plate 50 and reducing the machining difficulty.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the mounting plate 50 includes a first plate 510 and a second plate 520, the first plate 510 and the second plate 520 are connected to form an L-shaped plate, specifically, the mounting plate 50 is a steel plate, and the steel plate is punched and bent to form the first plate 510 and the second plate 520. The first plate 510 is fixed on the back plate 101 of the lighting fixture 100, and the back plate 101 of the lighting fixture 100 is a steel plate, and the first plate 510 is welded and fixed on the back plate 101. The locking groove 51 is provided on the second plate 520, and a locking step 521 for blocking the mounting pin 30 from being released from the locking groove 51 is provided on a wall of the locking groove 51 away from the first plate 510. After the mounting pin 30 enters the slot 51 through the opening of the slot 51 and the installer releases his hand, under the gravity of the lighting fixture 100, the mounting pin 30 bears the mounting plate 50, and at this time, when the lighting fixture 100 is subjected to an external force and slides to the opening of the slot 51, the anti-falling step 521 can block the mounting pin 30, so as to block the mounting pin 30 from falling off the slot 51.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, the slot 51 is provided with a slope 522 at a position away from the opening of the slot wall of the first plate 510, the mounting pin 30 is a cylindrical pin rod, and the slope 522 can guide the mounting pin 30 to guide the mounting pin 30 into the slot 51.
In the present embodiment, the number of the mounting plates 50 is three, the three mounting plates 50 are arranged in a triangle, and preferably, the holes 52 are opened on the two mounting plates 50 of the two second plates 520 located in the same plane (the hole 52 may be provided on the remaining one mounting plate 50, and the locking screw 71 is correspondingly assembled; the hole 52 may not be provided on the remaining one mounting plate 50, and only the mounting pin 30, the card slot 51 and the stop member 60 are cooperatively assembled with each other), so that the assembling position between the lighting fixture 100 and the mounting box 10 is locked by the two locking screws 71 and the two holes 52, which is safer and more reliable. Alternatively, the number of the mounting plates 50 of the present embodiment is four, and the four mounting plates 50 are arranged in a rectangular shape, wherein a hole 52 is formed on each of the two mounting plates 50 which are connected in the same direction as the direction in which the lighting fixture 100 slides relative to the mounting box 10. The other two mounting plates 50 are not provided with holes 52, and only the mounting pins 30, the slots 51 and the stoppers 60 are fitted to each other.
