Description

本实用新型属电光源技术领域,是一种整体式双U形节能荧光灯。
现有的双U形节能荧光灯(SL灯)的灯管由玻管经弯曲而制成,灯管的封有灯丝电极的两支管脚或是夹持在定位构件上,或是粘接于定位构件的两个圆孔内,从而实现对灯管的装架。由于这种灯的灯管仅有两支管脚与定位构件固接,灯管的装架不够牢固,受到横向振动、轻微受力或碰撞时灯管容易碎裂。这种灯一般外加玻璃或塑料罩壳,灯的装拆也很不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种装架牢固、结构紧凑、不带外罩壳的整体式双U形节能荧光灯。
本实用新型由双U形荧光灯管、固定灯管用的塑料上盖和安置镇流器的塑料下壳构成。双U形灯管涂有稀土三基色荧光粉。上盖的上边部分为方柱形或圆柱形壳体,壳体的左边部分开有两个圆孔,孔径略大于荧光玻管管径;右边部分有一个椭圆形孔。上盖的下口外周边有一凸筋。双U形灯管封有灯丝电极的两支管脚封装于上盖的两个圆孔中,双U形灯管与两灯脚同端的灯管弯曲部分封装于上盖的椭圆形孔中,从而使灯管和上盖形成粘接固定。下壳的上口形状与上盖的下口形状匹配,内周边有一凸筋,上盖下口与下壳上口通过凸筋成弹性卡接固定,构成整体式双U形节能荧光灯。

由荧光玻管弯制而成的双U形灯管1的结构如图2和图3所示。图中4和5为灯管封有灯丝电极的两个灯脚,6为与灯脚4和5同端的灯管弯曲部分。
塑料上盖2的上边部分为一方柱形或圆柱形壳体,下口为一圆形或正方形倒置盘状体,如图4和5所示。方柱形或圆柱形壳体的左边部分开有两个圆孔7和8,孔径略大于荧光玻管的外径,孔间距略小于灯管玻管间的间距;方柱形或圆柱形壳体的右边部分开有一个椭圆形孔9,椭圆形孔的孔长比两个圆孔轴心间的距离大4~6mm、孔宽与两个圆孔的直径相同。在两圆孔7和8以及椭圆孔9中涂以粘接剂,将灯脚4和5以及灯管弯曲部分6分别插入圆孔7和8以及椭圆孔9中,使灯管牢固地粘接在塑料上盖2上。圆形或正方形倒置盘状体的外周边带有一圈凸筋10,高约2.0mm,凸出约0.2~0.3mm。
塑料下壳3的形状为圆柱形或方柱形,中间安置有镇流器,如图6和7所示。其上口的内周边带有一圈高约1.0~1.5mm的凸筋11,凸出约0.1~0.2mm;下端圆锥形收缩、构成外径更为小的能与标准灯头连接的圆筒体。借助于塑件的弹性,塑料上盖2和下壳3通过凸筋10和11构成可拆式牢固连接。
本实用新型结构简单,灯管的装架牢固,不需外加罩壳即可使用,修理时装拆十分方便,可广泛用作日常照明用灯。
实施例:本实用新型双U形荧光灯管1的玻管的外径为9.5mm,管长240mm,玻管间距为4.0mm。塑料上盖2的上边部分为一方柱形壳体,长、宽和高为26×26×10mm;下口为一倒置圆盘状体,盘外径40mm,盘高6.5mm,外周边带有一圈高2.0mm、凸出0.2mm的凸筋。方柱形壳体左边部分两圆孔的直径为10mm,右边部分椭圆形孔的长、宽为20×10mm。在两圆孔和椭圆孔中涂以粘接剂(例如硅橡胶),将灯管1的两个灯脚4和5以及灯管的弯曲部分6分别插入圆孔7和8以及椭圆孔9中,构成牢固连接。塑料下壳3为一圆筒体,外径40mm,高22mm。其上口内周边带有一圈高1.5mm、凸出0.15mm的凸筋。下壳3的下端圆锥形收缩成外径为16.5mm的圆筒体,以和E14灯头连接。将粘接有双U形荧光灯管的塑料上盖和装有镇流器的带E14灯头的塑料下壳相合,就构成了如图1所示的无外罩壳的整体式双U形紧凑荧光灯。

  1. 一种整体式紧凑双U节能荧光灯,由双U形荧光灯管、固定灯管用的塑料上盖和安置镇流器的塑料下壳组成,其特征在于上盖的上边部分为方柱形或圆柱形壳体,壳体的左边部分开有两个圆孔,孔径略大于荧光灯管管径,右边部分开有一个椭圆形孔;上盖的下口为一圆形或正方形倒置盘状体,外周边有一圈凸筋;双U形灯管封有灯丝电极的两支管脚借助粘接剂封装于上盖的两个圆孔内,灯管的与两灯脚同端的灯管弯曲部分借助粘接剂封装于上盖的椭圆形孔内;下壳的上口形状与上盖的下口形状配合,下壳上口的内周边有一圈凸筋,上盖的下口与下壳的上口通过凸筋成弹性卡接。
