Abstract

本实用新型是一种电子节能反射灯,以电子节能灯为光源,包括有灯头、壳体、灯管等,改变传统射灯的装配连接结构,将反射器连接于壳体下部形成一体,且将灯管罩住,使灯具与光源有机地合成一体,整个灯具结构简洁自然、反射装饰效果好,生产成本大大降低、安装使用方便,广泛适用于家居、办公室、商业场所等的装饰照明。

一种电子节能反射灯
本实用新型涉及灯具构造的技术领域。
电子节能灯光效高、节约能源而被广泛应用,传统的射灯、筒灯为避免电子节能灯光源产生的眩光,一般需配套反射罩、接线盒、连接支架等构件。这样的构造尽管能将电子节能灯光源的光线汇聚反射、改善照明效果,但其代价是灯具整体结构繁复、零部件多,大大增加了灯具的成本。因此,如何在装饰效果、照明反射效果、生产成本等方面取得最佳平衡点,这是传统电子节能灯灯具所欠缺考虑的。
本实用新型的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、成本低、装饰反射效果好的一体化电子节能反射灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:一种电子节能反射灯,以电子节能灯作为光源,电子节能灯由内装镇流器的壳体、壳体上方的灯头、壳体下方的灯管构成,其特征在于:壳体下部还接有反射器,反射器把灯管罩住。进一步地,反射器上部设有定位连接用的凸起,而壳体下部则开有与凸起对应的楔形凹槽。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的结构和优点作进一步说明。

图2是本实用新型的立体装配示意图。
参见图1、图2,本实施例主要由电子节能灯和铝制反射器1两大部分构成,电子节能灯由灯头2、塑料壳体3、“U”型灯管4以及装于塑料壳体3内的镇流器等电子元件组成,特点是反射器1与壳体3下部连成一体,且将“U”型灯管4完全罩住。反射器1上部内侧有三个凸起11,而壳体3下部外侧有三个与凸起11对应的楔形凹槽31,将反射器1与壳体3对应套接,由凸起11与楔形凹槽31相互压紧咬合即连成一体,成为电子节能反射灯。
当然,上述实施例仅列举出一种较佳的实施方式,而实际上反射器与与壳体可以采用铆接、粘接、紧固件连接等常用的连接方式连接成一体,而反射器也可采用其它金属、塑料等材料制成;灯管可采用单“U”、双“U”、多“U”型或其它形状的节能灯管;这里不再赘述。
显然,本实用新型仅由反射器与节能灯构成,结构大为简化,省去了传统接线盒、支架、托架等构件,灯具简单、自然,装配使用方便,生产成本低,装饰反射效果好,是一种新颖、富创意的光源灯具。

Claims (2)

1、一种电子节能反射灯,以电子节能灯作为光源,电子节能灯由内装镇流器的壳体、壳体上方的灯头、壳体下方的灯管构成,其特征在于:壳体下部还接有反射器,反射器把灯管罩住。
2、根据权利要求1所述的反射灯,其特征是反射器上部设有定位连接用的凸起,而壳体下部则开有与凸起对应的楔形凹槽。
