本实用新型提供一种三明治板的拼接连接结构;包括第一板体、第二板体和连接块,连接块内部的两侧均滑动连接有贯穿连接块的连接板,且连接块内侧壁的中心处焊接有定位座,定位座的内部通过转轴活动连接有蜗轮,且连接板靠近定位座相邻的一侧均开设有螺孔,蜗轮贯穿定位座的转轴上平键连接有螺杆。本实用新型利用转母带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动啮合的蜗轮转动,蜗轮带动螺杆在螺孔的内部转动,使得连接板可带动插板进行伸展收缩,提升第一板材和第二板材的连接后的紧凑性和稳定性,插板插接在插槽的内部时,梯形块在限位板和涡簧的作用下契合在梯形槽的内部,使得插板与插槽之间契合更加的紧凑稳定。

本实用新型具体涉及三明治板技术领域,尤其是一种三明治板的拼接连接结构。
背景技术
三明治板之主要构件俗称夹芯蕊系夹芯复合物的俗称,夹芯蕊除以金属片、保丽龙或瓦楞纸为材料者系固定之形式外。各种形式之蜂巢状夹芯蕊均具有横向伸缩之结构特性可以缩小体积便于仓储与运输。夹芯蕊形式众多,由早期的瓦楞纸发展到蜂巢状或各式几何形的蕊芯。主要材料分为金属材料和非金属材料,其中金属材料有不锈钢板或质轻之铝板等,非金属材料有保丽龙、纸板、石绵或玻璃纤维等。
现有的技术中,三明治板进行拼接时往往采用螺栓固定安装连接的方式,这就使得三明治板拆卸安装极为不便,同时拼接后的美观度较差。因此亟需一种三明治板的拼接连接结构来解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,适应现实需要,提供一种结构设计新颖的三明治板的拼接连接结构。
为了实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种三明治板的拼接连接结构,包括第一板体、第二板体和连接块,所述连接块内部的两侧均滑动连接有贯穿连接块的连接板,且连接块内侧壁的中心处焊接有定位座,所述定位座的内部通过转轴活动连接有蜗轮,且连接板靠近定位座相邻的一侧均开设有螺孔,所述蜗轮贯穿定位座的转轴上平键连接有螺杆,且螺杆螺纹连接在螺孔的内部,所述连接块顶端和底端的内壁上通过轴承活动连接有蜗杆,且蜗杆与蜗轮之间相啮合。
进一步的,所述蜗杆贯穿连接块的顶端焊接有转母,且转母的外侧壁上开设有防滑条纹。
进一步的,所述第一板体和第二板体两侧外壁的中心处均开设有插槽,且连接板远离连接块的一侧外壁上焊接有插板,所述插板插接在插槽的内部。
进一步的,所述插板相邻一侧外壁的中心处均开设有矩形槽,且矩形槽的内部插接有梯形块,所述梯形块位于矩形槽内部的一侧焊接有限位板,且限位板远离梯形块的一侧外壁上焊接有呈等距离结构分布的涡簧。
进一步的,所述插槽靠近梯形块的内壁上开设有梯形槽,所述第一板体和第二板体相邻的一侧外壁上分别焊接有呈交错式结构分布的凸块。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
(1)本实用新型利用转母带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动啮合的蜗轮转动,蜗轮带动螺杆在螺孔的内部转动,使得连接板可带动插板进行伸展收缩,提升第一板材和第二板材的连接后的紧凑性和稳定性,结构新颖,设计合理,实用性强。
(2)本实用新型利用梯形块,插板插接在插槽的内部时,梯形块在限位板和涡簧的作用下契合在梯形槽的内部,使得插板与插槽之间契合更加的紧凑稳定,结构合理,操作方便,适合推广。
(3)本实用新型利用凸块,凸块的交错式分布使第一板体和第二板体连接时更加紧凑平整,进而提升了板材拼接后的美观度,第一板体、第二板体和连接块之间的搭配使用,使得板体进行拼接时更加的稳定紧凑。

参见图1至图5,本实用新型是一种三明治板的拼接连接结构,包括第一板体1、第二板体2和连接块4,连接块4内部的两侧均滑动连接有贯穿连接块4的连接板13,且连接块4内侧壁的中心处焊接有定位座9,定位座9的内部通过转轴活动连接有蜗轮10,且连接板13靠近定位座9相邻的一侧均开设有螺孔12,蜗轮10贯穿定位座9的转轴上平键连接有螺杆11,且螺杆11螺纹连接在螺孔12的内部,连接块4顶端和底端的内壁上通过轴承活动连接有蜗杆8,且蜗杆8与蜗轮10之间相啮合,蜗杆8带动啮合的蜗轮10转动,蜗轮10带动螺杆11在螺孔12的内部转动,使得连接板13可带动插板7在插槽5的内部进行缩紧,进而使第一板体1、第二板体2和连接块4之间贴合更加紧凑稳定。
蜗杆8贯穿连接块4的顶端焊接有转母6,且转母6的外侧壁上开设有防滑条纹,防滑条纹使操作者转动转母6具有了很好的防滑作用。
第一板体1和第二板体2两侧外壁的中心处均开设有插槽5,且连接板13远离连接块4的一侧外壁上焊接有插板7,插板7插接在插槽5的内部,使得第一板体1和第二板体2之间连接更加紧凑稳定。
插板7相邻一侧外壁的中心处均开设有矩形槽14,且矩形槽14的内部插接有梯形块18,梯形块18位于矩形槽14内部的一侧焊接有限位板17,且限位板17远离梯形块18的一侧外壁上焊接有呈等距离结构分布的涡簧15,梯形块18在限位板17和涡簧15的作用下契合在梯形槽16的内部,使得插板7与插槽5之间契合更加的紧凑稳定。
插槽5靠近梯形块18的内壁上开设有梯形槽16,第一板体1和第二板体2相邻的一侧外壁上分别焊接有呈交错式结构分布的凸块3,凸块3的交错式分布使第一板体1和第二板体2连接时更加紧凑平整,进而提升了板材拼接后的美观度。
综上所述,本实用新型的工作原理为:该三明治板的拼接连接结构使用时,操作者首先将连接块4两侧的插板7插接在插槽5的内部,而后转动转母6,转母6带动蜗杆8转动,蜗杆8带动啮合的蜗轮10转动,蜗轮10带动螺杆11在螺孔12的内部转动,使得连接板13可带动插板7在插槽5的内部进行缩紧,此时,梯形块18在限位板17和涡簧15的作用下契合在梯形槽16的内部,使得插板7与插槽5之间契合更加的紧凑稳定,在第一板体1、第二板体2和连接块4拼接后,凸块3的交错式分布使第一板体1和第二板体2连接时更加紧凑平整,进而提升了板材拼接后的美观度,第一板体1、第二板体2和连接块4的搭配使用,使得板体进行拼接时更加的稳定紧凑。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种三明治板的拼接连接结构,其特征在于:所述蜗杆(8)贯穿连接块(4)的顶端焊接有转母(6),且转母(6)的外侧壁上开设有防滑条纹。
