6. The low emissivity film of claim 2, wherein the fourth dielectric layer is a second SiNxAnd (3) a layer.
7. The low emissivity film of claim 1, wherein the first, second, and third Ag layer protecting layers are independently Ni or NiCr layers.
8. The low emissivity film of claim 1, wherein the first, second, and third dielectric caps are AZO.
9. The low emissivity film of claim 1, wherein the first solar shading layer has a thickness of 0.5 to 3 nm.
10. The low emissivity film of claim 1, wherein the second solar shading layer has a thickness of 0.5 to 3 nm.
11. A coated glass, comprising:
a first glass substrate;
the low-emissivity film of any one of claims 1 to 10, attached to the first glass substrate, wherein the first dielectric layer of the low-emissivity film is attached to a surface of the first glass substrate.
12. The coated glass of claim 11, further comprising a second glass substrate and an interlayer, wherein the second glass substrate is attached to the other surface of the first glass substrate opposite to the low-emissivity film through the interlayer.
13. The coated glass of claim 12, wherein the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate are both bent steel glass.
