step four: the clamping sleeve parts are respectively sleeved at the two ends of the corrugated pipe body 9 to clamp the net sleeves 91, so that the clamping sleeve parts, the net sleeves 91 and the corrugated pipe body 9 are kept in tight fit connection, and redundant net sleeves 91 are cut off at the clamping sleeve positions.
