现有的家用烧水壶主要构造有盖、水嘴、提手、壶身等组成。烧水时无论采用那种加热形式壶底受热几乎都是平面。(除去电加热)这样就有许多热量浪费,降低热效率。
本实用新型任务就是提供一种改进型家用烧水壶,它能十分显著提高热效率。
本实用新型是这样完成的:首先在原平面壶底底部改有多圈类似波浪形受热面,因为是一圈一圈的所以也叫受热面圈,如示意图。这样就增多了许多受热面积。在壶底的最外边有挡热圈。也就是壶底最外边高出壶底一定距离。如示意图。它即起到挡热作用。也可以在挡热圈上打一排孔,使一部分热量从孔中穿过,使壶有机会受到更大热量。这种结较适用煤气,型煤等无烟给壶加热热源。也可以不打孔。打孔不打孔可以再销售和使用说明书中加使说明就可以了。相对的壶底内部有散热面圈即在壶外是受热面圈而到壶底内部就变成散热面圈。为了进一步提高向水中散热的能力,在壶内散热面圈顶部设有多圈散热片,如示意图。也可直接在平面壶底内部直接设有散热片省去散热面圈和受热面圈这样效果也是相当不错的。
本实用新型只要把原平面壶底改有大波浪在大波浪上设有散热片,这样比原来家用烧水壶生产成本没有多大提高,确大大提高热效率,节约烧水时间,目前,我国城乡居民使用水壶烧水十分广泛,也是家庭必备。在能源紧张的今天、节约能源、提高能源的利用率和发挥充分的替能有着非常重要的意义。一家节约一点是有限的,许多家庭都节约是可观的。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体结构。
说明书附图是剖去四分之一壶身充分体现内部结构示意图。
图中1、壶身,2、散热片,3、受热面圈和散热面圈。
在散热面圈(3)上设有散热片(2),这就进一步提高向壶中冷水散热的能力。而这种波浪型受热面也可是一行,而散热片也可以是一行一行的。
