本实用新型涉及一种节能热水壶。
目前人们使用的多种类型的烧开水用的的热水壶,无论是铝材的还是合金的,其燃烧效率均较低,能源浪费较大,如普通热水壶烧水时,火焰对壶底部加热,传导给壶内冷水使水温不断升高,同时火焰沿着壶底四周向外喷出,造成能量大量辐射损失,对世界能源较为缺乏的今天,更要开发出耗能相对少的新产品。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,易加工,节约能源的热水壶。
本实用新型是通过下列技术方案来解决的。它包括壶体、壶嘴、壶盖、壶底、壶把,其结构特点是沿壶体内侧设有一组相互平行的空心管,空心管的上端穿过壶体与外界相通,下端穿过壶底与设在壶底的一组槽沟相配合。
下面结合实施例附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
图1为本实用新型实施例结构示意图。
如图所示,该热火壶包括壶体1、壶嘴2、壶盖3、壶把4、壶底5,在沿壶体1内侧设有一组相互平行的空心管6,空心管6的上端7穿过壶体1与外界相通,下端穿过壶底与设在壶底5的一组槽沟8相配合。
当装满水的热水壶放在液化气灶或煤炉上加热时,火焰沿着壶底5的槽沟8通过空心管6从上端7喷出,使大部分热量被水吸收,只有绝少热量向壶底四周辐射损失。
从上述可知,本实用新型具有结构简单,生产加工容易,经济耐用,节约能源,经实验比较,本实用新型同普通热水壶相比,可提高效率33.5%。
