本实用新型是一种节能、省时的烧开水用壶。
目前,市场上常见的烧开水用壶多为平底式、电热管式加热壶,这些壶的热能未充分利用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能、省时的烧开水用壶。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型包括壶身、壶底、把手、壶嘴等,壶底的周边开有若干均匀分布的开口槽,壶底正中设有圆形凹槽,凹槽周边外制有若干与之相通的月状形沟槽,沟槽与开口槽相通。上述圆形凹槽可为圆柱体或截圆锥体。
本实用新型具有如下优点:增加壶底受热面积,延长热流体在壶底的传热时间,提高热流体速度,有效利用热能。该壶受热面积增加1.33倍,节能22—35%、省时22—35%,使用的燃料可以是燃气、煤油、煤、柴。壶的容积有2升、4升、6升、8升等规格。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述:如图2所示,壶底(2)的周边开有若干均匀分布的开口槽(1),壶底(2)正中设有圆形凹槽(10),凹槽(10)周边外制有若干与之相通的月状形沟槽(9),沟槽(9)与开口槽(1)相通。圆形凹槽(10)可为圆柱体或截圆锥体。如图1所示,(3)、(4)、(5)、(6)、(7)、(8)分别为壶身、支耳、壶盖、塑料圆把手、壶把、壶嘴。
