In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a simple reinforcing member for an arc-shaped shear wall, which is mainly applied to the technical field of formwork reinforcement, and includes two arc-shaped shear wall formworks 2 and a reinforcing assembly.
The two shear wall templates 2 are oppositely arranged and respectively arranged at two sides of the arc-shaped shear wall 5 to be poured, in the embodiment, the two shear wall templates 2 are multilayer plywood, and arc centers of the two shear wall templates are located at the same side.
The reinforcing component comprises two arc-shaped reinforcing steel bars 1, at least two counter-pulling screw rods 3 and at least two straight rods 4, the two reinforcing steel bars 1 are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the two shear wall formworks 2, and the radian of each reinforcing steel bar 1 is the same as that of the corresponding shear wall formwork 2, so that each reinforcing steel bar 4 can be more attached to the outer side surface of the corresponding shear wall formwork 2; in this embodiment, the number of the counter-pulling screws 3 is two, the number of the straight rods 4 is two, one straight rod 4 is arranged between the shear wall formwork 2 and the reinforcing steel bar 1 on the same side, each counter-pulling screw 3 penetrates through the two shear wall formworks 2, two ends of each counter-pulling screw 3 extend to the outer sides of the reinforcing steel bars 1 on the corresponding side, and any one end of each counter-pulling screw 3 is connected with the reinforcing steel bar 1 on the corresponding side, so that each reinforcing steel bar 1 abuts against the corresponding straight rod 4, and the corresponding straight rod 4 abuts against the corresponding shear wall formwork 2, so that the two shear wall formworks 2 can be reinforced; furthermore, the two straight rods 4 are respectively arranged between the same ends of the two opposite-pulling screws 3, in this embodiment, each straight rod 4 is perpendicular to the corresponding reinforcing steel bar 1, so that the two shear wall formworks 2 can be stressed uniformly when being abutted tightly.
In this embodiment, each straight rod 4 is a hollow steel tube, which is convenient for obtaining materials. It can be understood that the straight rod 4 may also be a rod body with a circular cross section, such as a steel bar, and the like, and may be flexibly selected according to application scene conditions, without being limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, each of the tie rods 3 includes a tie rod and two tie nuts 305, wherein the tie rod penetrates through the two shear wall forms 2, two ends of the tie rod extend to the outer sides of the reinforcing steel bars 1 on the corresponding sides, the two tie nuts 305 are respectively sleeved on two ends of the tie rod, and each of the tie nuts 305 is in threaded connection with the tie rod.
Each pull rod comprises a middle pull rod 301 and two outer pull rods 304, wherein the middle pull rod 301 is arranged between the two shear wall templates 2, connectors 302 are respectively arranged at two ends of the middle pull rod 301, one end of each connector 302, which is far away from the middle pull rod 301, abuts against the inner wall of the corresponding shear wall template 2, the maximum distance between the two connectors 302 is equal to the thickness of the arc-shaped shear wall 5, a water stop sheet 306 is further arranged in the middle of the middle pull rod 301, and the water stop sheet 306 is used for preventing the intercommunication of inner water and outer water after the arc-shaped shear wall 5 is poured; the outer walls of the two outer side pull rods 305 are provided with threads, one end of each outer side screw rod 305 penetrates through the corresponding shear wall formwork 2 from outside to inside and is in threaded connection with the corresponding connecting head 302, the other end of each outer side screw rod is sequentially sleeved with the corresponding counter pull nut 304 and the corresponding gasket 303 along the direction from the end point to the middle point of the rod, each counter pull nut 304 can drive the corresponding gasket 303 to enable the gasket 303 to abut against the corresponding outer side surface of the reinforcing steel bar 1, each gasket 303 can be a plastic gasket or a steel gasket, in the embodiment, the gasket 303 is a steel gasket, and therefore the two shear wall formworks 2 can abut against each other by screwing each counter pull nut 304, and the effect of reinforcing the two shear wall formworks 2 is achieved.
