In order to facilitate the connection with the fixing member 42 and make the support part 412 fit the edge of the projection screen 2, one end of the support part 412 far away from the connection part 411 is bent, so that the support part 412 fits the edge of the projection screen 2.
The fixing member 42 includes a fastening seat 421 and a fastening plate 422, and the fastening seat 421 is provided with a fastening interface 423. The edge of the fastening plate 422 is bent to form a fastening part 424 for fastening the fastening interface 423. The fastening seat 421 is fixedly connected to the support 41 or the projection screen 2, and the fastening plate 422 is correspondingly and rotatably connected to the projection screen 2 or the support 41. In this embodiment, the fastening seat 421 is fixedly connected to the bent portion of the supporting portion 412 of the supporting member 41, and the fastening plate 422 is rotatably connected to the projection screen 2, so that when the supporting portion 412 needs to be detachably connected to the projection screen 2, only the fastening plate 422 is rotated to fasten the fastening portion 424 to the fastening interface 423.
In addition, a fastening base 43 is further disposed between the fastening plate 422 and the projection screen 2, the fastening base 43 is fixedly connected to the projection screen 2, the fastening plate 422 is rotatably connected to the fastening base 43, and the fastening base 43 is provided with a connecting groove 431 disposed away from the opening of the projection screen 2. The fastening plate 422 is fixedly connected with a connecting block 425, the connecting block 425 is positioned in the connecting groove 431, and the connecting block 425 is rotatably connected with the groove wall of the connecting groove 431, so that the fastening plate 422 is rotatably connected with the projection screen 2 through the connecting block 425 and the fastening base 43.
In other embodiments, an elastic member, such as a spring, a torsion spring, a rubber block, or the like, may be further disposed in the connecting groove 431, the elastic member is located on a side of the connecting block 425 away from the supporting portion 412, and the elastic member abuts against the fastening plate 422, so that the fastening plate 422 can maintain a tendency to rotate toward the projection screen 2. In other embodiments, the fixing member 42 can be selected from a snap, a post snap, a hook and loop fastener, and a bolt, so as to detachably connect the supporting portion 412 to the projection screen 2.
Referring to fig. 6, since the position and angle of the projection screen 2 are adjustable, the projector 1 is further provided with a second mounting mechanism 5 for mounting thereto for adaptively adjusting the position of the projector 1.
The second mounting mechanism 5 includes a mounting plate 51 and a mounting box 52, the mounting plate 51 is mounted on the rear skeleton 81, the mounting box 52 is further opened with a projection hole 521 for projection, and the projector 1 is mounted on the mounting box 52. Mounting box 52 is slidably attached to mounting plate 51, with the direction of sliding movement of mounting box 52 being parallel to the central axis of rotation of the directional tire for adjusting the position of mounting box 52.
In other embodiments, the mounting plate 51 may also be mounted in other locations, such as the top, sides, etc. within the vehicle body; meanwhile, the second mounting mechanism 5 can also adopt a universal adjusting pipe to mount the projector 1 in the vehicle body through the second mounting mechanism 5, so that the projector 1 can be adjusted to any position.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the mounting plate 51 is horizontally disposed, the mounting box 52 is slidably connected to the mounting plate 51, the sliding direction of the mounting box 52 is parallel to the central axes of two directional tires of the vehicle body, and the sliding direction of the mounting box 52 in this embodiment is perpendicular to the projection direction of the projector 1 and horizontally disposed.
The mounting plate 51 is provided with at least one sliding opening 511 extending along the sliding direction of the mounting box 52, the mounting box 52 is connected to the mounting plate 51 in a sliding manner through a locking bolt penetrating through the sliding opening 511, so that the mounting box 52 can slide along the extending direction of the sliding opening 511, and the mounting box 52 can also slide to a target position through a nut on the locking bolt and then stop.
In other embodiments, the sliding opening 511 may be configured as a groove structure, a sliding block may be slidably and clamped in the sliding opening 511, and the installation box 52 is fixedly connected to the sliding block to realize the sliding connection of the installation box 52 to the installation plate 51.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the mounting plate 51 includes two sliding mounting plates 512 and two connecting plates 513, the plate surfaces of the two sliding mounting plates 512 are perpendicular to each other, one of the sliding mounting plates 512 is disposed horizontally, and the sliding opening 511 is opened in the sliding mounting plate 512. The connecting plate 513 is of an L-shaped plate-shaped structure, and two ends of the L-shape of the connecting plate 513 are respectively and fixedly connected to the two sliding mounting plates 512 through bolts, so that the weight of the mounting plate 51 can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the two sliding mounting plates 512 can support multiple positions of the mounting box 52, and the stability of the mounting box 52 in use is optimized; the weight of the mounting plate 51 as a whole can also be reduced.
The mounting plate 51 is provided with at least one fastener 6 for mounting the projector 1 in the vehicle body. In the present embodiment, two fastening members 6 are provided, and the two fastening members 6 are respectively provided at both ends of the mounting plate 51 in the horizontal direction, so that the projector 1 is fixedly connected to the fastening members 6 by the second mounting mechanism 5.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the fastening member 6 includes a fastening elastic ring 61, a fixing ring 62, and a fastening ring 63, and the fastening elastic ring 61, the fixing ring 62, and the fastening ring 63 are all fitted to the vertical portion of the rear skeleton 81. The fastening elastic ring 61 is made of an elastic material, such as a rubber ring or a silicone ring.
The fastening elastic ring 61 is sleeved on the vertical portion of the rear-row framework 71, the fixing ring 62 is sleeved on the fastening elastic ring 61, and the fixing ring 62 is fixedly connected with the first fixing plate 64. The outer wall of the fastening plate 621 or the inner wall of the fastening ring 63 is in a conical surface structure, in this embodiment, the outer wall of the fastening plate 621 is in a conical surface structure, and the fastening plate 621 is inserted between the fastening ring 63 and the fastening elastic ring 61. Wherein, the edge of the upper opening of the fastening ring 63 is chamfered so as to facilitate the insertion of the fastening plate 621.
When installing mounting panel 51, because fastening elastic ring 61 is elastic shrinkage, and the outer wall of mounting plate 621 is the conical surface form structure, under projecting apparatus 1, second installation mechanism 5's effect, can make solid fixed ring 62 and mounting plate 621 have the trend of gliding downwards, because the restriction of fastening ring 63, can make mounting plate 621 buckle towards fastening elastic ring 61, thereby make fastening ring 63 with the relatively inseparable laminating in fastening elastic ring 61 of mounting plate 621, for the installation, and can do the buffering through fastening elastic ring 61, reduce the rigid vibration of installation box 52 and projecting apparatus 1 in the use.
In other embodiments, the fastening ring 63 may also be threaded onto the securing ring 62 to further increase stability in use. Further, the fastener 6 may also be a bolt screwed to the vehicle body to fixedly attach the mounting plate 51 to the vehicle body directly by the fastener 6; the installation pipe can be directly and fixedly connected in the vehicle body, so that the installation pipe can be sleeved with the fastening elastic ring 61, the fixing ring 62 and the fastening ring 63.
The implementation principle of the vehicle-mounted projection system in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the projection screen is used, the light rays directly irradiating the eyes of a user can be effectively reduced only by projecting the light rays to the projection screen 2 through the projector 1, so that the damage to the eyes of the user is reduced. When the position and the angle of the projection screen 2 need to be adjusted, the angle of the projection screen 2 can be adjusted only by rotating the projection screen 2; in addition, the position of the projection screen 2 can be adjusted through the height adjusting component 31 and the horizontal adjusting component 32 so as to meet the requirements of users; when the position of the projection screen 2 is adjusted, the mounting box 52 can be slid along the mounting plate 51 according to the user's needs, so as to adjust the positions of the mounting box 52 and the projector 1 mounted on the mounting box 52.

Claims (10)

1.
