As shown in fig. 1, a basket support fixing plate 524 folded and unfolded in an opposite state is formed at one end of the basket fixing seat 52 facing the chain 35 and at one end thereof remote from the chain 35, a basket support fixing plate screw hole 5241 is opened in the basket support fixing plate 524, and the basket bottom wall fixing hole screw 4111 is inserted through the basket support fixing plate screw hole 5241 and is defined by a screw retaining nut 41111 screwed to the tip end of the basket bottom wall fixing hole screw 4111.
