Abstract

本实用新型属于环保技术领域,具体涉及一种用于烟气净化的洗涤塔。
背景技术
烟气净化设备的主要部分由洗涤塔构成,用于净化工业中燃烧产生的烟气,烟气被引入到该洗涤塔的下部。烟气相对抗重力垂直向上流经洗涤塔,并且通过洗涤塔上部中的出口开口离开洗涤塔。在洗涤塔中提供反应区,在反应区中通过相应的喷嘴或者喷淋装置来喷淋液态的试剂,该液态试剂与废气反应,目前广泛应用于工业废气净化、除尘等方面的前处理。
目前,烟气洗涤塔普遍存在烟气处理效果不佳,由于喷淋液回收困难造成处理成本高的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种用于烟气净化的洗涤塔,大大提高烟气的净化效果,降低成本。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:其包括塔本体,设置在所述塔本体内部顶部的除沫层,间隔设置在所述塔本体内部的喷淋喷头组和塔板层,每个所述喷淋喷头组的下方对应一个塔板层;所述塔板层为泡罩塔板、浮阀塔板和斜孔溢流塔板中的一种;
所述喷淋喷头组与烟气处理液储罐连接,所述塔本体的底部设置有烟气进气口和处理液出液口,所述塔本体的顶部设置有烟气出气口。
进一步地,所述斜孔溢流塔板包括上斜孔板和位于所述上斜孔板下方的下斜孔板,所述上斜孔板和下斜孔板上分别均布有斜孔,所述上斜孔板上的斜孔倾斜朝向与下斜孔板上斜孔的倾斜朝向相反;
所述上斜孔板一侧的侧面和下斜孔板另一侧的侧面均设有降液管。
进一步地,还包括烟气处理液回收装置,所述烟气处理液回收装置包括第一回收装置和过滤罐;
所述第一回收装置包括依次连通的第一沉降池、第二沉降池和第三沉降池;所述第一沉降池与所述处理液出液口连接;所述第二沉降池与所述第一沉降池相邻连通且有一个侧壁共壁;所述第三沉降池与所述第二沉降池相邻连通且有一个侧壁共壁;
所述第三沉降池与过滤罐的进口端连接,所述过滤罐的出口端与烟气处理液储罐连接。
进一步地,所述第二沉降池和第三沉降池的共侧壁的高度高于所述第一沉降池和第二沉降池的共侧壁的高度。
进一步地,所述第一沉降池和第二沉降池的底部均为U形或V形。
进一步地,所述第一沉降池的内侧壁上方设置有防溅板,所述防溅板位于第一沉降池与第二沉降池共侧壁的对面侧壁上。
进一步地,所述防溅板包括固定在第一沉降池内壁上的连接板以及设置在所述连接板底端的斜板;
所述连接板为7型,所述斜板朝向第一沉降池远离第一沉降池与第二沉降池共侧壁的方向。
进一步地,每个喷淋喷头组包括若干个喷头。
进一步地,所述第一沉降池与所述处理液出液口之间设置有水泵。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型使用时,待处理的烟气进入到洗涤塔内,洗涤塔为喷淋塔,喷淋的液体为烟气处理液,该烟气处理液由上至下从喷淋喷头组的喷头喷淋出来,烟气从下至上移动,这样烟气和喷淋的烟气处理液逆向流动,相互作用,喷淋的烟气处理液与洗涤塔搭配可有效去除烟气中的有害物质,将烟气予以净化,
所述上斜孔板上的斜孔倾斜朝向与下斜孔板上斜孔的倾斜朝向相反;斜孔的倾斜角度可以根据实际情况进行选择。上下两个斜孔板的斜孔朝向相反的设置方式可以增进气液之间的交换充分程度,提高了烟气处理效率和效果。
本实用新型还包括烟气处理液回收装置,所述烟气处理液回收装置包括第一回收装置和过滤罐;经过上述三个沉降池内净化的烟气处理液,进入到过滤罐内进一步净化,最后从过滤罐内流出通过烟气处理液储罐和喷淋喷头组重新返回洗涤塔内循环使用。
本实用新型系统通过上述烟气处理液回收装置,使得烟气处理液可以循环使用,提高利用率。
经过本实用新型洗涤塔处理后,经过对烟气的含量进行测试,从测试结果看,经过洗涤塔处理后大大去除了烟气中的有害物质。

为了能更清楚地理解本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型涉及一种用于烟气净化的洗涤塔,其包括塔本体1-1,设置在所述塔本体1-1内部顶部的除沫层1-2,间隔设置在所述塔本体1-1内部的喷淋喷头组1-3和塔板层1-4,每个所述喷淋喷头组1-3的下方对应一个塔板层1-4;所述塔板层1-4为泡罩塔板、浮阀塔板和斜孔溢流塔板1-5中的一种;优选地为斜孔溢流塔板1-5。本实施例以斜孔溢流塔板1-5为例进行说明。
所述喷淋喷头组1-3与烟气处理液储罐6连接,进一步地,所述喷淋喷头组1-3的喷头与烟气处理液储罐6连接,烟气处理液储罐6为喷淋喷头组1-3的喷头提供喷射的物料。
所述塔本体1-1的底部设置有烟气进气口1-6和处理液出液口1-7。烟气处理液储罐6内装载有用于烟气喷淋的烟气处理液。
所述塔本体1-1的顶部设置有用于烟气净化后排出的烟气出气口。
每个喷淋喷头组1-3包括若干个喷头。所述喷头的数量为一个或一个以上。喷头的喷射方向朝下。所述喷头为纳米气泡喷嘴。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述斜孔溢流塔板1-5包括上斜孔板1-5-1和位于所述上斜孔板1-5-1下方的下斜孔板1-5-2,所述上斜孔板1-5-1和下斜孔板1-5-2上分别均布有斜孔,所述上斜孔板1-5-1上的斜孔倾斜朝向与下斜孔板1-5-2上斜孔的倾斜朝向相反;上斜孔板1-5-1和下斜孔板1-5-2之间形成的空腔为气液交换提供了空间和场所。
所述上斜孔板1-5-1一侧的侧面和下斜孔板1-5-2另一侧的侧面均设有降液管1-5-3。
使用时,待处理的烟气进入到洗涤塔1内,洗涤塔1为喷淋塔,喷淋的液体为烟气处理液,该烟气处理液由上至下从喷淋喷头组1-3的喷头喷淋出来,烟气从下至上移动,这样烟气和喷淋的烟气处理液逆向流动,相互作用,喷淋的烟气处理液与洗涤塔搭配可有效去除烟气中的有害物质,将烟气予以净化,本实施例中烟气处理液选用羫基吸收液,该羫基吸收液与洗涤塔搭配起到事半功倍的作用。优选地,所述羫基吸收液中一个水分子团由4-8个水分子组成;pH为10-13.5,优选地,pH为12;所述羫基吸收液中质量分数99.8%以上为H2O。所述羫基吸收液,为一种富含氢氧根羫基自由基之液体,不含其他化学物质,为羟基产生器所产生之吸收液。
所述喷淋喷头组1-3与烟气处理液储罐6连接,烟气处理液储罐6中的烟气处理液通过喷淋喷头组1-3的喷头对洗涤塔1内部的烟气进行喷淋,所述洗涤塔1的底部设置有烟气进气口1-6和处理液出液口1-7。待处理的烟气从烟气进气口1-6进入到洗涤塔1内,由下而上上行。喷淋后的烟气处理液通过处理液出液口1-7排出。
本实用新型中,一个喷淋喷头组1-3和一个塔板层1-4为一组,洗涤塔1中可以有一组也可以有若干组,具体设置多少组也就是喷淋喷头组1-3和塔板层1-4的数量是根据实际烟气处理量和处理规模决定的,并随着处理量的增减而增减喷淋喷头组1-3和塔板层1-4的数量,本实用新型结构灵活,适用范围广,可以适用于不同规模的工艺中。
斜孔溢流塔板1-5使用时,喷淋喷头组1-3的喷头喷淋出的烟气处理液沿着上斜孔板1-5-1上的斜孔留下来,从洗涤塔1底部的烟气进气口1-6进入的烟气通过下斜孔板1-5-2的上斜孔上行,由此,在上斜孔板1-5-1和下斜孔板1-5-2之间形成的空仓内充分混合,扰动,使气液充分混合,高效去除烟气中的有害物质。
所述上斜孔板1-5-1上的斜孔倾斜朝向与下斜孔板1-5-2上斜孔的倾斜朝向相反;如图2所示,上斜孔板1-5-1上的斜孔倾斜朝向为向左,而下斜孔板1-5-2上斜孔的倾斜朝向为向右,上下两个斜孔板的斜孔朝向相反。斜孔的倾斜角度可以根据实际情况进行选择。上下两个斜孔板的斜孔朝向相反的设置方式可以增进气液之间的交换充分程度,提高了烟气处理效率和效果。
所述上斜孔板1-5-1一侧的侧面和下斜孔板1-5-2另一侧的侧面均设有降液管1-5-3。防止溢流情况的发生。
如图3所示,本实用新型还包括烟气处理液回收装置,所述烟气处理液回收装置包括第一回收装置和过滤罐7;
所述第一回收装置包括依次连通的第一沉降池8、第二沉降池9和第三沉降池10;所述第一沉降池8与所述处理液出液口1-7连接;所述第二沉降池9与所述第一沉降池8相邻连通且有一个侧壁共壁;所述第三沉降池10与所述第二沉降池9相邻连通且有一个侧壁共壁;
所述第三沉降池10的另一侧与过滤罐7的进口端连接,所述过滤罐7的出口端与烟气处理液储罐6连接。
所述第二沉降池9和第三沉降池10的共侧壁的高度高于所述第一沉降池8和第二沉降池9的共侧壁的高度。
所述第一沉降池8和第二沉降池9的底部均为U形或V形。
所述第一沉降池8与所述处理液出液口1-7之间设置有水泵。在水泵的泵送的作用下将处理液出液口1-7的处理液输送至第一沉降池8,进行沉淀过滤处理。
所述第一沉降池8的内侧壁上方设置有防溅板11,所述防溅板11位于第一沉降池8与第二沉降池9共侧壁的对面侧壁上。
所述防溅板11包括固定在第一沉降池8内壁上的连接板11-1以及设置在所述连接板11-1底端的斜板11-2;所述防溅板11作为一个罩体,罩在第一沉降池8的进液口处,防止外溅。从处理液出液口1-7排出的液体从第一沉降池8的进液口进入到第一沉降池8内。
所述连接板11-1为7型,所述斜板11-2朝向第一沉降池8远离第一沉降池8与第二沉降池9共侧壁的方向。如图3所示,第一沉降池8的左侧壁靠近烟气处理液的进口端,第一沉降池8的右侧壁靠近第一沉降池8的出口端也就是靠近第一沉降池8与第二沉降池9共侧壁。所述防溅板11设置在第一沉降池8的左侧壁上,斜板11-2向左侧壁倾斜,目的是为了防止烟气处理液流入第一沉降池8时外溅。
烟气处理液依次流入第一沉降池8、第二沉降池9和第三沉降池10并分别在三个沉降池中沉淀,沉淀下来的为烟气处理过程中的杂质或有害物质。
所述第一沉降池8和第二沉降池9的底部均为U形或V形,这样有助于烟气处理过程中的杂质或有害物质的沉降和收集。所述第二沉降池9和第三沉降池10的共侧壁的高度大于所述第一沉降池8和第二沉降池9的共侧壁的高度,这样烟气处理液在第一沉降池8内液体高度越来越高后,越过第一沉降池8和第二沉降池9的共侧壁流入到第二沉降池9中,在第二沉降池9内继续进一步的完成沉降,进一步对烟气处理液提纯除杂,当烟气处理液液面不断提高,提高到一定程度,烟气处理液越过第二沉降池9和第三沉降池10的共侧壁进入到第三沉降池10内,在第三沉降池10内进一步完成沉降。所述第三沉降池10与过滤罐7连通,所述过滤罐7的另一端与烟气处理液储罐6连接。
经过上述三个沉降池内净化的烟气处理液,进入到过滤罐7内进一步净化,最后从过滤罐7内流出通过烟气处理液储罐6和喷淋喷头组1-3重新返回洗涤塔1内循环使用。
本实用新型系统通过上述烟气处理液回收装置,使得烟气处理液可以循环使用,提高利用率。
经过本实用新型洗涤塔1处理后,经过对烟气的含量进行测试,结果为:NOx≦50mg/m3, SO2≦10 mg/m3,烟尘≦10 mg/m3,无氨气和石灰雾滴。从测试结果看,经过洗涤塔1处理后大大去除了烟气中的有害物质。
本实用新型的保护目的在于保护洗涤塔的整体结构、斜孔溢流塔板以及烟气处理液回收装置等结构,以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施方式,故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

所述喷淋喷头组(1-3)与烟气处理液储罐(6)连接,所述塔本体(1-1)的底部设置有烟气进气口(1-6)和处理液出液口(1-7),所述塔本体(1-1)的顶部设置有烟气出气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烟气净化的洗涤塔,其特征在于,所述斜孔溢流塔板(1-5)包括上斜孔板(1-5-1)和位于所述上斜孔板(1-5-1)下方的下斜孔板(1-5-2),所述上斜孔板(1-5-1)和下斜孔板(1-5-2)上分别均布有斜孔,所述上斜孔板(1-5-1)上的斜孔倾斜朝向与下斜孔板(1-5-2)上斜孔的倾斜朝向相反;
所述上斜孔板(1-5-1)一侧的侧面和下斜孔板(1-5-2)另一侧的侧面均设有降液管(1-5-3)。

所述第一回收装置包括依次连通的第一沉降池(8)、第二沉降池(9)和第三沉降池(10);所述第一沉降池(8)与所述处理液出液口(1-7)连接;所述第二沉降池(9)与所述第一沉降池(8)相邻连通且有一个侧壁共壁;所述第三沉降池(10)与所述第二沉降池(9)相邻连通且有一个侧壁共壁;
所述第三沉降池(10)与过滤罐(7)的进口端连接,所述过滤罐(7)的出口端与烟气处理液储罐(6)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于烟气净化的洗涤塔,其特征在于,所述第二沉降池(9)和第三沉降池(10)的共侧壁的高度高于所述第一沉降池(8)和第二沉降池(9)的共侧壁的高度。
