技术领域
本实用新型涉及按键开关技术领域,尤其涉及一种可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键。
背景技术
在公共场所,由于人员活动频繁,存在着不少细菌和病毒,如大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌等有害病菌;还有一些病毒危害更大,如新冠病毒、腮腺炎病毒、流感病毒等。这些病毒和病菌会附着在公共的按键上,如ATM机、电梯、电灯、公共密码门、公共开关门、公共遥控器、公共饮水机的按键等,手指触摸后若不及时清洗和消毒,人们就可能感染上疾病。因此在公共场所中容易被人们触摸到的地方最应该被重视,此类区域的消毒与杀菌应该非常及时有效才行。尽管在新冠疫情的攻击下,公共场所的按键经常被消毒,但是消毒的效果难以保证,无法做到每时每刻进行消毒。消毒工作人员也不可能一直站在按键旁边,不停地进行消毒工作。因此,发明一种可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键很重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,解决公共按钮的消毒杀菌问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,包括外壳,所述的外壳中设置有滑块,所述滑块的上端开口处设置有透紫外面板,所述的滑块中设置有凹槽,所述的凹槽中设置有第一线路板,所述的第一线路板上相对透紫外面板的位置设置有若干个紫外灯珠;所述的滑块下方设置有第二线路板,所述的第二线路板上设置有按钮,所述的第一线路板与第二线路板电连接。
进一步地,所述的紫外灯珠外侧设置有反射杯。
进一步地,所述的第一线路板上还设置有能感应到人体靠近的传感器,或是在按键之外连接有传感器。
进一步地,所述透紫外面板的边缘设置有倒角结构。
进一步地,所述的滑块下端设置有凸起的压块,所述的按钮与压块相对设置。
进一步地,所述的滑块下端还设置有限位柱,所述的限位柱上套有弹簧。
本实用新型的有益效果:使用本实用新型可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,可自动对按键面板上的病毒和病菌进行紫外线灭杀,无需额外配备消毒人员,并且能在保证紫外光强度的同时,实现消毒效果最优。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,包括外壳1,所述的外壳1中设置有滑块2,滑块2可在外壳1中上下滑动,所述滑块2的上端开口处设置有透紫外面板3,所述的滑块2中设置有凹槽21,所述的凹槽21中设置有第一线路板4,所述的第一线路板4上相对透紫外面板3的位置设置有若干个紫外灯珠5,可使用一个或多个LED紫外灯珠;所述的滑块2下方设置有第二线路板8,所述的第二线路板8上设置有按钮9,所述的第一线路板4与第二线路板8可使用软导线相连接。
进一步地,为了提高紫外线的利用率,通过反射光线的方式来照射透紫外面板3,以实现更好的杀菌效果,所述的紫外灯珠5外侧设置有反射杯6。可以是每个紫外灯珠5加一个反射杯6,也可以是多个紫外灯珠5共用一个反射杯6。
进一步地,为了避免对人体造成伤害,所述的第一线路板4上还设置有能感应到人体靠近的传感器7;或者采用在按键之外增加外置传感器的方式来控制紫外灯珠5,然后将传感器7与第一线路板4或第二线路板8连接,如果按键比较多,可以共用一颗外置传感器来实现同时控制。该传感器7可使用距离传感器。
进一步地,所述透紫外面板3的边缘设置有倒角结构。由于透紫外面板3的边缘很难被紫外线照射到,因此将透紫外面板3的上表面边缘倒角处理,缩小边缘的尺寸,提高杀菌效果。
进一步地,为了更好地配合按钮9的按压,所述的滑块2下端设置有凸起的压块22,所述的按钮9与压块22相对设置。
进一步地,为了让滑块2能自动回弹,所述的滑块2下端还设置有限位柱23,所述的限位柱23上套有弹簧10。
本实用新型中的透紫外面板3所使用的材料必须能最大限度地透过紫外线,可以使用亚克力材料、PC材料、透紫外石英和透紫外玻璃等;因为紫外线在空气中传播的效率很低,很容易被空气吸收,在紫外光辐射强度足够的情况下,紫外灯珠5可尽量减少与透紫外面板3的距离,这样可以减少LED紫外灯珠的用量,大幅度缩减成本;当传感器7检测到人体靠近时自动断开电路,关闭紫外灯,避免对人体造成伤害;若传感器7未检测有人存在,立即开启紫外灯进行杀菌消毒;当然还可根据探测人体的距离远近,来控制LED紫外灯珠的发射强度。
上面结合附图对本实用新型进行了示例性描述,显然本实用新型具体实现并不受上述方式限制,只要采用了本实用新型的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进直接应用于其它场合的均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,包括外壳(1),所述的外壳(1)中设置有滑块(2),其特征是,所述滑块(2)的上端开口处设置有透紫外面板(3),所述的滑块(2)中设置有凹槽(21),所述的凹槽(21)中设置有第一线路板(4),所述的第一线路板(4)上相对透紫外面板(3)的位置设置有若干个紫外灯珠(5);所述的滑块(2)下方设置有第二线路板(8),所述的第二线路板(8)上设置有按钮(9),所述的第一线路板(4)与第二线路板(8)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,其特征是,所述的紫外灯珠(5)外侧设置有反射杯(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,其特征是,所述的第一线路板(4)上还设置有能感应到人体靠近的传感器(7),或是在按键之外连接有传感器(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,其特征是,所述透紫外面板(3)的边缘设置有倒角结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,其特征是,所述的滑块(2)下端设置有凸起的压块(22),所述的按钮(9)与压块(22)相对设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可自动消毒杀菌的公共按键,其特征是,所述的滑块(2)下端还设置有限位柱(23),所述的限位柱(23)上套有弹簧(10)。
