Abstract

本实用新型为一种用于背包、书包或其它类似用 品的、可根据使用者体形调整肩带或腰带长度的带有 安全装置的带环。在带环的两外侧形成导口和带有 阶梯键的工作导槽，在工作导槽的中央设有一固定凸 块，在夹带齿下面有一凹形空间，锁固件的插销插到 带环的导口中。连接在带环一侧的锁固件向靠近夹 带齿方向移动并定位，使带子被夹紧，在有震动或对 带环施力时，带子也不会滑落。

Description

本实用新型涉及一用于调整和固定背包、腰包、学生包和其它类似用品的肩带或腰带上的锁紧扣，特别是涉及一带有安全装置、能防止带子在使用中从带环中脱落的带环。
在使用现有技术的带环时，大多数使用者都是先把带子调整到适当的长度再使用背包。但以上描述的现有技术的带环存在几点不足，一般情况下，刚开始使用时，带子不会从带环中脱落滑出，但用了一会儿之后，一点点震动或对其施力都会很容易地使其变松并从带环中脱落滑出，所以在使用中要经常地检查带子。另外，带子在带环中折叠成双层，其厚度比带环或扣环的控制部件要厚，使带子折叠的部分耸出。
为改进上述缺点的现有技术公开在韩国实用新型专利第92－1278号，其名称为：“带有安全装置的带环”。但在此实用新型中，这种带有安全装置的带环也存在一些不足，如，带子是插进带环中，然后用一锁固件锁紧，这种装置，带子不会松，但它的厚度因为锁固装置带有一插带闩而变厚，而且，锁固装置与带环是分开装置的，会因为不小心而丢失或使用中的错误而损坏。
为此，本实用新型最基本的目的是要提供带有安全装置的带环，使其能克服前面所述现有技术中存在的问题。本实用新型另一目的是提供一带有安全装置的带环，使锁固件与带环或扣环整体连接，并可起锁固作用，而且使带子折叠部分的厚度尽可能地薄，以具有更美的外观。
本实用新型的目的是这样达到的，即提供一种带有安全装置的带环，在该带环的两外侧形成导口和带有阶梯键的工作导槽，在工作导槽中央设有一固定凸块，在夹带齿下面有一凹形空间，锁固件的插销插到带环的导口中。
以下，将结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明，附图中：
图1是根据本实用新型的带有安全装置的带环的立体图；
图2A是根据本实用新型的带有安全装置的带环的一截面图，其中，示出了一带子插入带环，锁固件锁紧之前的状况；
图2B是根据本实用新型的带有安全装置的带环的一截面图，其中，示出了一带子插入带环，锁固件锁紧后的状况；
图3是图1中A－A的剖视图；
图4是根据本实用新型的另一实施例的立体图。
根据本实用新型的带有安全装置的带环的推荐实施例将结合图1至图4做详细描述。
根据本实用新型的带有安全装置的带环主要由以下部件组成：一带环1和一锁固件8，一带有阶梯键2的工作导槽3和位于带环1两外侧的导口4，在工作导槽3的中央部位设有一固定凸块5，夹带齿6的一部分比带环1的纵向宽度A要窄，在夹带齿6的下面有一凹形空间7，锁固件8的一个插销9插到带环1的导口4中。
根据本实用新型，如果想把不同类型的书包、背包的带子插到带环1中去并使用此带环，与书包、背包或类似的用品固定的一条带子11插入带环1中，并穿过带环1中的一插带闩10，而且缝合、固定在一起，另一条带子11也插入带环1中，但不缝合，以能够让使用者根据自己的体形调整带子的长度，在这种情况下，带子11穿过夹带齿6前面的空间12，绕过固定件13，然后从夹带齿6下面的凹形空间7拉出，以调节带子的长度。当调整带子长度时，可把固定凸块5向前拉，使锁固件8停在远离夹带齿6的一端，并越过固定凸块5，这时，插销9沿导口4向前移动。由此，锁固件8被牢固固定在夹带齿6对面的工作导槽3中，同时，固定凸块5凸出，并定位于此。
当锁固件8被固定在如上所述的相反方向时，锁固件8将停在夹带齿6下面的凹形空间7中，并固定带子。当锁固件8定位后，固定凸块5将其锁住，使其不会移位。
作这种移动的锁固件8的厚度，被做成与带环1中工作导槽3的阶梯2的厚度相等，这样，锁固件8的尺寸与带环1相同而不凸出，所以，在使用中，锁固件8可以方便地移动。同样，这样的一种安全装置也可以用在背包或学生包的扣环上。
根据本发明所提供的带有安全装置的带环，当带子被固定在某一长度时，锁固件可以做为一安全装置，选定长度的带子不会错位。因此，本实用新型所提供的这种带有安全装置的带环，可以在某一固定的位置使用很长时间，甚至在使用中有些震动或对其施力都不会引起带子滑落。

  1. 一种带有安全装置的带环，其特征在于：在带环(1)两外侧形成导口(4)和带有阶梯键(2)的工作导槽(3)，在工作导槽(3)中央设有一固定凸块(5)，在夹带齿(6)下面有一凹形空间(7)，锁固件(8)的插销(9)插到带环(1)的导口(4)中。
