Claims (10)

1. The automatic cleaning device for the glue equipment is characterized by comprising a pressurizing piece and a pipeline assembly, wherein the pipeline assembly comprises a cleaning pipeline, a three-way ball valve, a glue inlet pipeline, a glue outlet pipeline and a glue discharge pipe;
the pressurizing piece is used for pressurizing the glue cleaning agent and extruding the pressurized glue cleaning agent out of an outlet of the pressurizing piece;
an inlet of the cleaning pipeline is communicated with an outlet of the pressurizing piece, and an outlet of the cleaning pipeline is communicated with a first inlet of the three-way ball valve;
a second inlet of the three-way ball valve is communicated with an outlet of the glue inlet pipeline, and an outlet of the three-way ball valve is communicated with an inlet of the glue outlet pipeline;
the outlet of the glue outlet pipeline is communicated with the inlet of the equipment to be cleaned, and the inlet of the glue discharging pipe is communicated with the outlet of the equipment to be cleaned.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the manifold assembly further comprises a filter valve through which the outlet of the plenum communicates with the inlet of the purge manifold.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said automatic cleaning apparatus further comprises a receiving barrel, and an outlet of said glue discharging tube is communicated with said receiving barrel.
4. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the purge line comprises a first purge line and a second purge line, the three-way ball valve comprises a first three-way ball valve and a second three-way ball valve, the glue inlet line comprises a first glue inlet line and a second glue inlet line, the glue outlet line comprises a first glue outlet line and a second glue outlet line, the line assembly further comprises a three-way pipe;
an inlet of the three-way pipe is communicated with an outlet of the pressurizing piece, a first outlet of the three-way pipe is communicated with an inlet of the first cleaning pipeline, and a second outlet of the three-way pipe is communicated with an inlet of the second cleaning pipeline;
an outlet of the first cleaning pipeline is communicated with a first inlet of the first three-way ball valve, and an outlet of the second cleaning pipeline is communicated with a first inlet of the second three-way ball valve;
the outlet of the first three-way ball valve is communicated with the inlet of the first glue outlet pipeline, the outlet of the second three-way ball valve is communicated with the inlet of the second glue outlet pipeline, the outlet of the first glue outlet pipeline is communicated with the inlet of the first equipment to be cleaned, and the outlet of the second glue outlet pipeline is communicated with the inlet of the second equipment to be cleaned.

The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the purge line comprises a first purge line and a second purge line, the three-way ball valve comprises a first three-way ball valve and a second three-way ball valve, the glue inlet line comprises a first glue inlet line and a second glue inlet line, the glue outlet line comprises a first glue outlet line and a second glue outlet line, the line assembly further comprises a three-way pipe;
an inlet of the three-way pipe is communicated with an outlet of the pressurizing piece, a first outlet of the three-way pipe is communicated with an inlet of the first cleaning pipeline, and a second outlet of the three-way pipe is communicated with an inlet of the second cleaning pipeline;
an outlet of the first cleaning pipeline is communicated with a first inlet of the first three-way ball valve, and an outlet of the second cleaning pipeline is communicated with a first inlet of the second three-way ball valve;
the outlet of the first three-way ball valve is communicated with the inlet of the first glue outlet pipeline, the outlet of the second three-way ball valve is communicated with the inlet of the second glue outlet pipeline, the outlet of the first glue outlet pipeline is communicated with the first inlet of the equipment to be cleaned, and the outlet of the second glue outlet pipeline is communicated with the second inlet of the equipment to be cleaned.
6. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the automatic cleaning device for the glue equipment further comprises a fixing plate, and the three-way ball valve is arranged on the fixing plate.
7. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plenum member includes a plurality of outlets, the conduit assembly is provided in plurality, and a plurality of the conduit assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of outlets of the plenum member.
8. A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plenum comprises a pressure barrel, the outlet of which communicates with the inlet of the purge line.
9. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plenum comprises a tubing pump, an outlet of the tubing pump communicating with an inlet of the cleaning circuit, the outlet of the tubing pump being adapted to communicate with a glue cleaner holding tank.

A glue equipment cleaning structure, characterized by comprising a glue equipment and the automatic cleaning device of the glue equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the outlet of the glue outlet pipeline is communicated with the glue inlet of the glue equipment, and the inlet of the glue discharge pipe is communicated with the glue outlet of the glue equipment.
