An irrigation emitter is described in detail in one particular embodiment with reference to fig. 1. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended as a specific limitation on the utility model.
As shown in FIG. 1, an irrigation emitter comprises an emitter body 100 and a refraction cone 150.
Wherein, the spray head body 100 is provided with a water containing cavity 110, the bottom is provided with a water inlet 120, the top is provided with a water outlet 130, the water inlet 120 and the water outlet 130 are both communicated with the water containing cavity 110, and a bracket 140 is arranged in the water containing cavity 110; the refraction cone 150 comprises a cone head 170 and a cone rod 160 connected with the tip of the cone head 170, the cone head 170 is located above the water outlet 130, the cone rod 160 penetrates through the water outlet 130 to be connected with the support 140, the cone rod 160 is further provided with a water inlet hole 180, a water outlet hole 190 is arranged on the side face of the cone head 170, and a channel 200 communicating the water inlet hole 180 with the water outlet hole 190 is arranged in the refraction cone 150.
When water enters the water containing cavity 110 from the water inlet 120, part of the water is sprayed out from the water outlet 130, the part of the water is sprayed out to the periphery under the blocking action of the conical head 170, the other part of the water enters from the water inlet hole 180 of the conical rod 160 and is sprayed out from the water outlet hole 190 on the side surface of the conical head 170, water is sprayed to a target in a specific direction, and the distance between the water sprayed to the periphery and the water sprayed to the specific direction can be controlled by adjusting the sizes of the water outlet 130 and the water outlet hole 190 so as to adapt to the distribution of plants and be beneficial to saving water.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bracket 140 includes a support base 210 for mounting the taper rod 160, and a support rod 220 connecting the support base 210 and the inner wall of the water containing chamber 110. The supporting seat 210 is arranged to be connected with the conical rod 160, the supporting rod 220 is arranged to be connected with the inner wall of the water containing cavity 110, the structure is simple and stable, and the stable operation of the refraction cone 150 is guaranteed.
Specifically, a threaded hole is formed in the support base 210, and an external thread corresponding to the threaded hole is formed on the taper rod 160. The arrangement is beneficial to the installation and fixation of the refraction cone 150, and the distance between the cone head 170 and the water outlet 130 can be adjusted to adjust the water spraying radius.
In addition, a water inlet pipe 230 is provided at the water inlet 120, and the water inlet pipe 230 is provided with an internal thread corresponding to the external thread of the taper rod 160. Thus, the tapered rod 160 can be screwed into the water inlet pipe 230, so that the inlet water directly enters the water inlet hole 180 and is sprayed out of the water outlet hole 190, and the irrigation nozzle only sprays water intensively in a specific direction instead of spraying water all around.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cone head 170 includes a cone disk 240 and a water spray column 250, the tip of the cone disk 240 is connected to the cone rod 160, the water spray column 250 is connected to the plane of the cone disk 240 on the side away from the cone rod 160, and the water outlet hole 190 is disposed on the side of the water spray column 250. The cone head 170 separates the two water streams of the water jet to the periphery and the water jet to a specific direction by providing the cone disk 240 and the water jet 250, so that the two water streams do not interfere with each other.
Specifically, there are two outlet holes 190, and the two outlet holes 190 are located on two opposite sides of the water spray column 250. The water outlet hole 190 is arranged in such a way, so that the targets on two sides of the irrigation nozzle can be sprayed, and meanwhile, the structure is simple and the processing is convenient.
In addition, the outlet hole 190 is provided with a blocking plug 260 for blocking the outlet hole 190. Through setting up the shutoff at apopore 190 and blocking 260, can control the play water quantity of apopore 190, also can all shutoff, make irrigation spray head only to spraying water all around, and do not spray water to specific direction.
Further, the aperture of the water inlet 180 is larger than that of the water outlet 190. Thus, the inlet water can enter from the inlet hole 180, and the water sprayed from the outlet hole 190 is more, and the distance is farther.
It is worth mentioning that a filter screen 270 is disposed at the connection position of the water outlet 130 and the water containing cavity 110. By arranging the filter screen 270, foreign materials outside are prevented from entering the water containing cavity 110 to cause blockage.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
