According to the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, the top wall of the mounting cavity 11 and the top of the first cooking container 20 are positioned by the positioning convex part 12 and the positioning concave groove 25, so that the first cooking container 20 can be mounted in place in the mounting cavity 11 of the base 10, and the first cooking container 20 is not influenced by self weight when moving in the mounting process, thus the operation of a user is more labor-saving and convenient, and the experience is better.
The following description will be given taking as an example the positioning groove 25 on the top of the first cooking container 20 and the positioning protrusion 12 on the top wall of the mounting cavity 11, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the positioning groove 25 on the top of the first cooking container 20 and the positioning protrusion 12 on the top wall of the mounting cavity 11 are provided according to the following description.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning protrusion 12 is movable in the longitudinal direction, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. During the process that the first cooking container 20 moves into the mounting cavity 11, the positioning convex part 12 can move upwards along the longitudinal direction to avoid the edge of the positioning groove 25; when the positioning groove 25 is aligned with the positioning protrusion 12 and the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place, the positioning protrusion 12 can move downward along the longitudinal direction to protrude into the positioning groove 25 for positioning. Of course, during the process of removing the first cooking container 20 from the mounting cavity 11, the positioning protrusion 12 may also move longitudinally to avoid the edge of the positioning groove 25, so that the first cooking container 20 moves smoothly.
The movable positioning protrusion 12 is beneficial to reduce the height of the base 10, and the size of the positioning protrusion 12 extending into the positioning groove 25 can be larger to improve the positioning effect. Meanwhile, the action that the positioning convex part 12 extends into the positioning groove 25 has a more obvious effect of reminding the user of the in-place, and the user can judge whether the positioning convex part is installed in place more easily.
Further, the distance that the positioning protrusion 12 may be moved may be less than or equal to 20mm to prevent the positioning structure from occupying too much space in the longitudinal direction to cause an increase in the height of the base 10 and the first cooking container 20. For example, in some embodiments, the movable distance of the positioning boss 12 is 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the top wall of the mounting chamber 11 may be provided with a guide groove 13, the positioning protrusion 12 is provided in the guide groove 13, and the positioning protrusion 12 is movable along the guide groove 13. The positioning convex part 12 is limited and guided through the guide groove 13, so that the positioning convex part 12 is prevented from being clamped obliquely, and the positioning effect is improved. For example, the guide groove 13 may be a longitudinally extending groove to guide the positioning protrusion 12 to move in the longitudinal direction.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the cooking utensil 100 may further include a reset piece 14, the reset piece 14 is connected to the positioning protrusion 12, for example, in the example shown in fig. 4, the positioning protrusion 12 is provided with a mounting groove, one end of the reset piece 14 extends into the mounting groove and abuts against a groove bottom wall of the mounting groove, and the other end of the reset piece 14 abuts against a groove bottom wall of the guide groove 13 to connect between the positioning protrusion 12 and the guide groove 13. And the restoring member 14 can apply a driving force toward the positioning concave 25 to the positioning convex 12. During the movement of the first cooking container 20 into the mounting cavity 11, the first cooking container 20 moves the positioning protrusion 12 upward against the driving force of the restoring member 14; when the first cooking container 20 is mounted in place, the positioning protrusion 12 may be inserted into the positioning groove 25 by the driving force of the restoring member 14, so as to achieve automatic restoration. For example, the return member 14 may be a coil spring.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the side groove wall of the guide groove 13 is provided with a limiting surface 131, the outer circumferential surface of the positioning protrusion 12 is provided with a limiting protrusion 121, and the limiting protrusion 121 is located on a side of the limiting surface 131 facing away from the positioning groove 25. The distance between the stopper surface 131 and the groove bottom wall of the guide groove 13 is the movable distance of the positioning convex portion 12, and the positioning convex portion 12 can be prevented from coming off from the guide groove 13 by the stopper surface 131.
For example, in some embodiments, the top wall of the mounting cavity 11 includes a wall body and a fixing cover 18, the wall body has a through hole, the edge of the through hole is provided with an upturned edge, the fixing cover 18 has a cover cavity, the upturned edge is inserted into the cover cavity to connect the wall body and the fixing cover 18, the top wall of the cover cavity forms a bottom wall of the guide groove 13, and the upper surface of the upturned edge forms a limiting surface 131. In the assembling process, the positioning convex part 12 is firstly inserted into the through hole of the wall body, and then the fixed cover 18 is connected with the wall body, so that the positioning convex part 12 is easier to install.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top of the first cooking container 20 is further provided with a driving surface 26, one end of the driving surface 26 is connected to the notch of the positioning recess 25, and the driving surface 26 extends from one end to the other end thereof in a direction away from the positioning protrusion 12 to form an inclined surface. Accordingly, the driving surface 26 can abut against the positioning protrusion 12, and as the first cooking container 20 moves into the mounting cavity 11, the driving surface 26 can drive the positioning protrusion 12 to gradually move in a direction away from the positioning recess 25, so that the resistance of the engagement between the positioning protrusion 12 and the driving surface 26 to the movement of the first cooking container 20 is small, and the first cooking container 20 can be more smoothly attached and detached.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving surface 26 may be a surface of an inclined rib provided on the top of the first cooking container 20, and the driving surface 26 may be a part of the upper surface of the first cooking container 20.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the driving surface 26 is an annular surface disposed around the positioning groove 25, the inner periphery of the annular surface is connected to the notch of the positioning groove 25, and the annular surface extends from inside to outside and downward to form a generally conical surface, which not only helps to reduce the resistance to the movement of the driving positioning protrusion 12, but also makes the appearance of the first cooking container 20 more beautiful.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the peripheral wall of the positioning groove 25 includes a first inclined surface 252, the first inclined surface 252 extends in a direction away from the positioning protrusion 12 and is inclined inward (i.e., inclined toward the center of the positioning groove 25), the positioning protrusion 12 has a second inclined surface 122, and the second inclined surface 122 can be abutted to the first inclined surface 252. For example, in the example shown in fig. 4, the first ramp 252 extends obliquely downward and inward. On one hand, when the positioning convex part 12 extends into the positioning groove 25, the positioning convex part and the positioning groove can be stably matched, and the positioning convex part and the positioning groove are not easy to shake; on the other hand, during the process of removing the first cooking container 20 from the mounting cavity 11, the first inclined surface 252 and the second inclined surface 122 are abutted to drive the positioning convex part 12 to move upwards, so that the moving resistance is smaller and the operation is easier.
In some embodiments, the first inclined surface 252 and the second inclined surface 122 may be both annular surfaces, which have better stability in matching with the annular surfaces and lower requirements on machining precision, and the second inclined surface 122 not only can abut against the first inclined surface 252 to move the positioning protrusion 12 upward, but also can abut against the driving surface 26 to move the positioning protrusion 12 upward, so that the movement resistance can be effectively reduced during the process of moving the first cooking container 20 into the mounting cavity 11 and moving the first cooking container out of the mounting cavity 11.
It should be noted that the first inclined surface 252 and the second inclined surface 122 may be inclined along a straight line or may be inclined along an arc line. For example, in one embodiment, the first inclined surface 252 and the second inclined surface 122 are part of a spherical surface, such that the positioning protrusion 12 is formed as a ball plunger, the positioning groove 25 is formed as a hemispherical groove, and the ball plunger and the hemispherical groove cooperate to form an in-place structure, thereby allowing easy access to the first cooking container 20.
In other embodiments, the first inclined surfaces 252 are symmetrically disposed, and the second inclined surfaces 122 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the first inclined surfaces 252. For example, in fig. 3 and 4, the two first inclined surfaces 252 are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the positioning protrusion 12, and the distance between the two first inclined surfaces 252 decreases downward, which also can achieve stable positioning when the positioning protrusion 12 extends into the positioning recess 25, and reduce the resistance during the first cooking easy movement.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first cooking container 20 has a cooking cavity, the positioning protrusion 12 is provided with the air outlet passage 123, the bottom wall of the positioning groove 25 is provided with an air outlet 251, and the air outlet 251 communicates with the cooking cavity. Under the state that first cooking container 20 targets in place in installation cavity 11, location convex part 12 stretches into positioning groove 25, makes gas outlet channel 123 can communicate with gas vent 251, and the gas in the cooking cavity can be discharged through gas vent 251 and gas outlet channel 123 to make the pressure in the cooking cavity satisfy the culinary art demand. For example, in the embodiment adopting the steam cooking mode, the steam in the cooking cavity is discharged through the air outlet channel 123, so that the hot steam can smoothly enter the cooking cavity, and the smooth supply of the steam in the cooking cavity is ensured. The positioning protrusion 12 may be used not only for positioning but also for exhausting air, and the structure of the cooking appliance 100 is simpler without providing an additional exhaust structure.
In some embodiments, positioning boss 12 has outlet pipe 124, outlet pipe 124 defines outlet passage 123, and the inlet of outlet passage 123 is formed on the end face of positioning boss 12 facing positioning groove 25, so that the inlet of outlet passage 123 can be in facing communication with outlet opening 251. The outlet pipe 124 may also communicate with the outside through the outlet pipe 50 to directly discharge the steam to the outside, preventing the steam from entering the inside of the susceptor 10 to cause damage or mildew to components inside the susceptor 10. The exhaust pipe 50 may be a flexible pipe, such as a silicone tube, so that the exhaust pipe 50 is easier to arrange in the base 10 and the extending direction is more convenient to place.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cooking appliance 100 may further include a sealing member 30, the sealing member 30 is installed at the gas outlet 251, and the sealing member 30 extends in a ring shape along a circumferential direction of the gas outlet 251, and the sealing member 30 may be in sealing contact with the positioning protrusion 12 to seal a gap between an edge of the gas outlet 251 and the positioning protrusion 12, preventing gas from leaking from the gap between the positioning protrusion 12 and the gas outlet 251.
