Detailed Description
The present application is described below based on examples, but the present application is not limited to only these examples. Well-known methods, procedures, flows, and components have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the nature of the application.
Moreover, those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the drawings are provided herein for illustrative purposes and that the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.
Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, throughout the description and the claims, the words "comprise", "comprising", and the like are to be construed in an inclusive sense as opposed to an exclusive or exhaustive sense; that is, it is the meaning of "including but not limited to".
In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. Furthermore, in the description of the present application, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
In order to solve the problem that the sealing failure easily occurs in the process of installing the steam valve in the existing cooking vessel, the applicant found that the sealing failure is caused by the structure of a sealing member in the cooking vessel, namely a sealing ring described later, taking the sealing ring shown in fig. 1 and 2 as an example, the part, close to the middle hole 11', of the sealing ring 1' shown in fig. 1 is flat, the part, close to the middle hole 11", of the sealing ring 1″ shown in fig. 2 is upturned, and the sealing rings with the two structures are extremely easy to be pushed away by the steam valve 3 in the process of installing the steam valve 3 (refer to fig. 3, the arrow direction is the installation direction of the steam valve 3), so that the sealing failure is caused.
Based on this, the present application provides a seal suitable for sealing between a first structure and a second structure mounted by means of relative sliding, and the present application mainly uses a cover body of a cover of a cooking vessel as the first structure, and a steam valve as the second structure to describe various embodiments of the seal, of course, it is understood that the seal can be used between other structures mounted by means of relative sliding.
As shown in fig. 6, the present application also provides an appliance cover with the above-mentioned sealing member, the appliance cover comprises a cover body 2 and a steam valve 3 which is installed in the cover body from the side of the cover body 2, namely, the steam valve 3 is of a side-drawing type structure, specifically, the cover body 2 comprises an inner cover 21, a face cover 22 and a panel 23 covering the face cover 22 which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, wherein the 'inner' and the 'outer' are the inner close to the interior of the cooking appliance and the outer far from the interior of the cooking appliance relative to the cooking appliance. A mounting cavity 24 of the steam valve 3 is formed between the panel 23 and the cover 22 and a mounting opening 25 of the mounting cavity 24 is formed at a side portion of the appliance cover, and the steam valve 3 can be fitted into the mounting cavity 24 through the mounting opening 25. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the surface cover 22 is bent towards the inside of the cooking appliance near the radial edge to form a groove structure 221, the groove structure 221 and the panel 23 enclose a mounting cavity 24, and a mounting opening 25 of the mounting cavity 24 is formed between the edge of the surface cover 22 and the edge of the panel 23.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sealing member 1 comprises a fixing portion 11 and a sealing portion 12 connected with the fixing portion 11, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing portion 11 is fixedly connected with the cover body 2, the sealing portion 12 is abutted against the steam valve 3, specifically, an air inlet 31 and a backflow port 32 are formed in the bottom wall of the steam valve 3, a hole 121 is formed in the sealing portion 12, at least part of the structure of the sealing portion 12 penetrates through the face cover 22 to extend into the mounting cavity, after the steam valve 3 is mounted in the mounting cavity 24, the sealing portion 12 is abutted against the bottom wall of the steam valve 3, the hole 121 in the sealing portion 12 is communicated with the air inlet 31 and the backflow port 32, so that steam generated in the steam device can enter the steam cavity of the steam valve 3 through the hole 121 and the air inlet 31, and water in the steam valve 3 can flow back into the steam device through the backflow port 32 and the hole 121, and steam is prevented from leaking.
The sealing member 1 further comprises a guiding portion 13, the guiding portion 13 being configured such that, during the mounting of the steam valve 3 into the lid body 2, the guiding portion 13 cooperates with the steam valve 3 to guide the sealing portion 12 located at the front side of the hole 121 in the mounting direction of the steam valve 3 in a direction away from the steam valve 3, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the mounting direction of the steam valve 3 is from the outside to the inside in the radial direction of the lid (refer to the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 6), and the sealing portion 12 located at the front side of the hole 121 in the mounting direction of the steam valve 3, i.e., the portion of the sealing portion 12 located at the inside of the hole 121 in the radial direction of the lid, is guided by the guiding portion 13 in a direction away from the steam valve 3 (e.g., guided toward the inside of the steaming appliance, i.e., below the steam valve 3 in the embodiment shown in fig. 6), thereby avoiding pushing the sealing portion 12 open during the mounting of the steam valve 3, and ensuring the sealing effect of the sealing member 1 after the mounting of the steam valve 3.
The guiding part 13 may be any structure that can cooperate with the steam valve 3 to enable the steam valve 3 to press the sealing part 12 towards the inner side of the cooking appliance during the installation of the steam valve 3, preferably, the guiding part 13 comprises a guiding inclined surface 131 arranged on the sealing part 12, and the guiding inclined surface 131 inclines away from the steam valve 3 along the radial direction of the hole 121 from the direction away from the hole 121 to the direction close to the hole 121, so that when the steam valve 3 is installed, the steam valve 3 moves from outside to inside along the radial direction of the appliance cover, and the steam valve 3 acts on the guiding inclined surface 131, so that the sealing part 12 moves away from the steam valve 3 under the driving of the guiding inclined surface 131, thereby effectively avoiding the situation that the sealing part 12 is pushed up by the steam valve 3 to cause the sealing failure shown in fig. 3.
In order to simplify the structure, it is further preferable that the seal portion 12 includes a seal lip ring 14, a radially inner edge of the seal lip ring 14 encloses the hole 121, and at least a portion of a side face of the seal lip ring 13 near the steam valve 3 constitutes a guide slope 131, and since the seal lip ring 14 structure around the hole 121 is easily pushed up by the steam valve 3, it is preferable that the guide slope 131 is provided near the hole 121.
