As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a pipe harness staple fixing device, including: a first fixing block 3, a second fixing block 4, and a fixing clip 5.
Specifically, the second fixing block 4 has a first side surface 41 and a second side surface 42 opposite to each other, the first side surface 41 is fixed to one end of the first fixing block 3, a mounting hole 43 is formed in the second side surface 42, and a mounting angle of the mounting hole 43 is adjustable. The fixed clamp 5 is fixed at the other end of the first fixed block 3, an installation ring 51 for a pipe harness to pass through is arranged on the fixed clamp 5, and the inner diameter of the installation ring 51 is adjustable.

Further, the volume of the second fixing block 4 is smaller than that of the first fixing block 3, and the first side surface 41 of the second fixing block 4 is entirely fixed to the first fixing block 3.
In an embodiment of the present application, the second fixing block 4 is cylindrical, a radius of the second fixing block 4 is equal to a radius of curvature of the second arc-shaped surface, and a circle formed by a projection of the first side surface 41 on the first fixing block 3 is inscribed in an arc of the second arc-shaped surface closer to the first side surface 41.

the orthographic projection of the first side face on the surface of the first fixed block is inscribed in the second arc-shaped face.
5. The pipe harness staple fixing device of claim 1 wherein the first and second fixed blocks are both rubber blocks.
6. The pipe harness staple fixing device of claim 1 wherein the first fixed block and the second fixed block are both integrally formed structures.
7. The pipe harness staple fixing device of claim 1 wherein the first fixed block is glued to the first side of the second fixed block.
8. The tube harness staple fixation device of claim 1 wherein the tube harness staple fixation device further comprises a magnetic sheet;
the magnetic sheet is arranged on the hole wall of the mounting hole or on the second side surface.
9. The tube harness staple fixation device of claim 1 wherein the mounting hole is a hex hole.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
a frame having a bolt; and
the tube harness staple fastening apparatus of any one of claims 1-9, the mounting hole being mounted on a bolt head of the bolt.
